fort: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20
"How in the seven hells did it get behind me?"
iceblade: 1d20 + 9 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 9 + 2 - 2 = 23 (power attack]
2d6 + 7 + 2 + 4 ⇒ (2, 2) + 7 + 2 + 4 = 17

49/78 damage so far.
We will go to round 3. Gabbi can take 2 actions this round.
The Spider pops behind Talon once again and attacks.
1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 10 + 2 = 25..Damage to Talon: 2d6 + 7 ⇒ (3, 6) + 7 = 16
Gur you fight the poison off and you can take an action this round. If and when you charge you will be hitting the spider from the front this time.
Talon make another Fort attempt to fully resist the poison.

Clobbidrin smacks at the Spider again.
Attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
The spiders movement caught him off guard, but the blow connects with one of it's legs.
Gur
Gur pulls himself from the muck and throws off the poisonous ruin coursing through his veins. Seeing this threat to his parties well being he charges at the beast scythe in hand.
1d20 + 11 ⇒ (12) + 11 = 23
2d4 + 19 ⇒ (1, 4) + 19 = 24

Gabbi squeals joyfully when the creature goes down "Well done." then quietly to herself "I wish I was more powerful with my magic, so I could be more useful."
When Talon colapses she lets out another squeal, this time of fear and rushes over and start trying in vain to get the wand to work. "NO, you can't die."
GM: Dave the Dwarf
Talon just missed his fort save vs poison by 1 so with Clob's healing he manages to fight it off with the loss of only 2 con until he can rest properly.
No sooner then Talon passes out does Clob get him consensus again. Clobbidrin you see the divine wand that the young woman was trying in vain to use.
It is starting to get darker so it must be night. In this part of the world you have less of a day and night and more of a dusk and night. Even still Gur searches around and finds the something truly awful...

At Talon's surly remark a huge smile springs across her face and runs over to Clobbidrin bend slightly and gives him a big hug "Thank you so much sir, we owe you so much. Maybe if Talon is up to it we can help continue to help you and the circus folk."
Clobbidrin
Let me take a look?! Clobb says quickly as he rushes over to the bodies.
Who would do such a thing, to a little girl? Clobb's head falls in his hands. He moves to one of the fallen dwarves and removes a shirt or some other cloth to wrap the girl up in.
We promised we'd find her for em, so here she is. But I hate to be the bearer of bad news. I need to perform last rights on these tainted corpses and bury them so hopefully they don't return from the dead. I would be happy te have ye all help, but understand if ye have somewhere ta be.
He kneels down over the corpse of a dwarf with it's eyes still open and gently closes them. Then he stands and pulls out a shovel and begins to dig.

Clobbidrin this is the final resting place of your lost party. They were drained by the spider but they were also bludgeoned to at least near death with something very heavy.
Clobbidrin knows how to prepare these bodies so that they can not be razed from the dead but it will take time. 1 Hour per body. How many dwarves did we say were in your party Clob?

"I'll lend you a hand lad. Is there anything of theirs we should recover to send on to their kin?"
knowledge nature: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24 I imagine it's fairly obvious that the spider didn't do the bludgeoning damage so this would be to try and figure out what else may have caused it
