Jennis you were able to wake and gear up on Round 1, so you still have a Round 2 action.

Battle Map

Those standing close to the wolves quickly realize that they give off an awful rotting smell.

The wolf that felled the guard, now has its attention turned onto the axe wielding foe in front of it who just sliced threw its innards.

Wolf 1 on Clyde: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

It bites uselessly at the air in front of Clyde.

The wolf in the middle seems quite content munching on the meal in front of it.

Wolf 2 on G1: 1d20 + 2 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 2 + 4 = 26
Crit Confirm: 1d20 + 2 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 2 + 4 = 18

Damage: 2d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (4, 1) + 2 + 1 = 8

The wolf snaps is jaws around the man's neck and rips out a chunk of meat and esophagus. Blood squirts all over the place as the man's head lolls lifelessly to the side.

The third wolf glances at the man which thumped it with a maul, and bites out at him.

Wolf 3 on Olfwei: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10

The wolf misses greatly.

Jennis and Group 4 are up.

Once downstairs, he'll assess from the side of the doorway what is transpiring before heading outside (to AU12. Seeing the carnage taking place, Jennis lifts the crossbow, and sights in on one of the wolves (w7) (assuming there are enough torches to give his low-light a line of sight).

Unfortunately, his bolt flies wide, hitting the broadside of the barn next to the wolf.

Guard2 on W2: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 4 + 1 = 22
Guard2 on W2: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

The guard manages to cut a nice big gash into the wolf.

Edit:

The wolf flops to the ground.

@ DM Kor:
Having reduced the wolf to 0 or less hps, I think I have to make a will save. Wild Rager. I'm not sure if that only applies when I am already raging, but I'll assume it's every time I drop someone unless you rule otherwise. will save: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11 So I'm fine.

Battle Map

Olfwei:
I'm not completely satisfied with how they have tried to balance that ability versus the extra attack you get at 2nd. Rationally, I would think that if you have more hostile targets in front of you, the less likely you would get confused. Accordingly, you may add a +2 bonus to your Will save for every enemy that is adjacent to you at the time you make the save. This makes killing the last opponent perhaps a bit more dramatic and it also encourages your rager to stay in the thick of the battle... not like he needed it though :)

human Init +2; Perception +6 hp 22/31 rage 6/8 AC 16, t 13, ff 13, CMD 18, Fort +5, Ref +2, Will +1 Barbarian 2

@ DM Kor:
Good deal.

Oh, and the other balancing factor of the confusion is that rounds I'm confused and raging don't count against my rounds/day of raging. One little noted feature of confusion is that if you are attacked, you automatically attack that creature on your next turn. Which is more incentive for getting in the thick of it. To be honest, I don't see the point of playing a barbarian any other way.

Anyway ... I'm having fun. Thanks for a good game!

Varnus moves into a flanking position to help distract the wolf Baern is attacking.

Baern punches forward and sink his arm deep into the wolf's meaty interior... not something he was expecting. The rotting wolf seems largely un-phased by the blow.

Battle Map

Bradford hurries forward and calls upon Sarenrae's divine gift to heal his comrade. Eric feels a rush of warm energy wash through him, healing some of his wounds. The burning sticky ichor on his leg from the wolf bite does not seem to have been affected though and continues to burn away.

As the divine energy is released, the wolf in front of Bradford howls in pain as smoke rises from several of it's open wounds. Bradford seems a little puzzled at this.

Bradford can make a Knowledge (religion) check. Eric heals 3 hp.

Olfwei, now sitting on the ground looks less than fearsome and misses his wild swing on Wolf.

Although the actions are not truly simultaneous, I have no problem with the juggling of order within a group, even it is after an action is posted. One of the downsides of PBP, is that there is less opportunity to confer your actions with the other players.
