If I have good cover, I'm guessing my smartlink +2 dice pool balances out the -2 from firing under cover? I've also got gas vent 3 on the Smartgun for recoil compensation.

That's what the -4die pool was for and you need to roll your resistance checks for each attack.

You take 1box stun damage from the first shot.
