Physical Description: Tall, not exceptionally fit. He has a chipped tusk tooth, a red hair mohawk, wiring attacked to the back of his neck, a small medpack inserted to his nose that constantly streams antidepressants into his system.
Personality/background: Moses tries to be always happy and easygoing about everything. He is very chatty and wants everyone to be satisfied with the gear he provides. He's actually a worrywart, midly paranoid, preoccupied that his next smuggling job might cost him his life, or worse, a lot of money. Recently, a couple of his mafia contacts met him at is covert hardware shop for a deal. Moses was there to mediate and get a big share of the profits, but the situation got out of hand and the contacts started shooting at each other, destroying the shop and most of Moses' possessions. After screwing up so bad, the smuggler is out of money, of good connections and trying to regain some reputation in the field. Perhaps a run might fix things...
