Fire-Kal lets out a smoky sigh as the priestess dies and the angry blades disappear. He leaves the silenced area and retrieves a few scrolls, then starts patching himself up.

Before the group continues, Fire-Kal motions for everyone to gather around, brandishing a scroll meaningfully and somehow managing not to light it on fire. He recites it and touches each of the group in turn. Stoneskin, communal. Lasts 22 minutes and absorbs up to 110 damage per person (via DR/adamantine, so doesn't apply versus spells and such).

As you quickly look around, Luthor accidentally bumps into the font in the room, activating it. This causes the water in the font to rise up and form a miniature version of a Chelish woman dressed in traditional military clothing.
“Greetings, I am Druvalia Thrune, Admiral of the Chelish Armada. So you must be Harrigan’s pests. I’ve been curious about you! Hopefully, when we next meet, you will have a change of heart. Submit to Thrune, and perhaps we may bargain—my thralls are well kept, after all. Perhaps you would enjoy a magistrate’s position within our new colony? I suppose by the time you’ve finished with Harrigan, he won’t be needing it. A shame, really... he was such a good puppet. If your pride prevents you from bending the knee to me, no matter. There are plenty among the Free Captains who will gladly serve us once Bonefist falls and the Shackles break beneath my armada. In any event, I’ll see you soon, so be sure to have an answer for me.”
Druvalis. punctuates her final sentence by blowing a kiss, after which her image quickly winks out.

Fire-Kal crackles something unintelligible and follows, keeping his fiery eyes peeled for danger. They obviously knew we were coming... I hope the others realize they've probably got some 'surprises' planned for us.

You take the stairs up to what seems to be an office. This small room contains a single wooden table with a few chairs around it. A short stack of papers is pinned to the table with a bejeweled dagger. You leave this room and open the door to the next one to reveal a barracks of some sort. A total of eight bunk beds, along with a few foot lockers, furnish this room. Occupying, this room is a deadly and vicious bouquet of insectile claws sprouts from this horrid, three-legged, multi-eyed beast.
You guys can roll init and knowledge planes checks while I make up the map.
