Just thought I would check out the Kindred around here and see what I could tinker with. So you are shooting a zombie film? hows that going?

Rick will try to break the restraints holding up the burn victim and assess if he is still alive.

Looking around at the broken walls and floors of the former Chantry, "Either way, we will have to look into getting a few private contractors in restore the cosmetic damage these fools have caused."

Laurence: "It's going quite well, I have an event planned this Friday night that the locals wont soon forget. Their all getting excited and word is already spreading about my little zombie walk project." says Maria

Rick: You break the chain and the guy slumps to the ground. He hasn't met final death yet but it pretty close. (Incapacitated)

Ben: You land a very good hit on the Sabbat member.

Alexander: "Of course master." says William and he drags the bodies away.
plastic? not sure what you mean. like bags? or credit cards?

Erik: you shoot the shotgun wilder and you can see all the damage is started to take it's toll. (He is at wounded status)

The shotgun wielder blast Joel away and Joel falls to the ground (crippled)

The Sabbat member in the warehouse is hurt badly (Mauled) and tries to get away wobbling a meter towards the back entrance.

Ben+Rick you hear the roar of an engine coming from the back of the warehouse. Same direction as the one the guy is wobbling towards.

The engine noise is from the side of the warehouse opposite to the were were Erik and Vince and you most likely don't notice it over the gunfire.

"SHIT!", Ben curses, running toward the back entrance before the car can drive off.

Alexander: William disposes of the corpse and start cleaning up as best he can.

Erik: The Sabbat member manages to repel your attack blocking your attack to grapple him.

"Like hell" he says knocking you back with the but of his shotgun.

Ben: You get outside and spot the van just as a Sabbat member is getting inside the back and closing the doors. You hear him shout to the driver [/b]"The Camarilla dogs are on to us! Lets get out of here!"[/b]

Rick: Walks over to the wounded thug and grants him a final death.

As a note I am not very familiar with the vampire the masquerade rules. I am checking the book before making every post to verify my rolls but if you see me making a mistake let me know and I will correct it.

Thom:
For the hunting rolls you went out looking for a lone victim traveling and failed to find one. Then you went into a bar and tried to seduce a woman into going home with you and failed. Both attempts took you 1 hour. You have around 4 hours left before sunrise.

Orphan:
I am aware that Elysium is a gathering place for vampire were they have their meetings and such but how would you go about finding it? I don't believe it's marked in any special way and it would currently be empty anyway.

Ben Forrester: You manage to run up and slash on of the rear tires but the van takes off anyway and gets away from you.

Step one travel around until you find another vampire who seems to know where he is. Step two ask where the prince stays. Step three... profit. This tends to go easier with auspex but I will make do some how.

Orphan begins to look for other vampires, and barring that another meal.

I'm not sure I'm doing this right...So far I have been hiding npc rolls like I usually do but until I'm more used to the system I think I will start posting all my rolls. The shotgun wilder has 5 points in fortitude (the reason he is so dam though). 3 stamina, 3 str. To resist clinch is Strength + Brawl but he adds his fortitude to that too right? So I roll 3[str] +1[Brawl] +5[fort] 9 dice? Also any damage he takes he rolls stamina+fortitude and each of his successes negates 1 damage right? That's what I have been doing so far just not posting the rolls.

He blocks you again and tries to shoot you with his shotgun.

shotgun attack: 4d10 ⇒ (4, 2, 10, 2) = 18 2 dex + 2 firearm. 1 succeeds

Orphan stalks up behind Thom and drops his Unseen presence. "Mister mister." He sobs sadly, trying his best to appear meek and pathetic. "Help me mister. My moms been hurt and I think she needs help." He reaches out to grab at a sleeve and points off down a dark alley. "Come quick mister. Please, she needs help."

[Ooc]Fortitude is supernatural stamina and added whenever a stamina roll is made, protean is the equivalent for strength, celerity for dexterity. Also though in the end it is your call, I am not sure if you can shoot while in melee?

Anyway soak roll vs shotgun

Stamina + fortitude 5d10 ⇒ (3, 7, 3, 9, 8) = 30 so I would soak all of the damage anyway.

I don't necessarily see how the Sabbat's Fortitude would add to his roll to keep hold of the Shotgun, but otherwise it all seems correct.

'Vince' quickly scurries forward to assist Erik as best he is able. Glaring into the 'Sabbat' Vampire's eyes as he closes, Vince calls out "Release the weapon!"
Command Manipulation/Intimidation: 2d10 ⇒ (8, 10) = 18, expending another Willpower for an additional success. Yes! Three successes!
Unless this guy has a Willpower of 10, in which case there are still two successes. Hopefully this guy doesn't have Iron Will...

More out of reflex than anything, Ben tries to remember the make, model and license of the van before running back toward the gunfight.


A clinch is a disarm? I tough it was just a grapple but your right he wouldn't get his fortitude to that as it apparently doesn't do damage. At least not on the initial attempt

Rick walks the man outside, and looks for an unattended vehicle nearby.

i would like to hotwire a car. Would i use Dexterity (3) or Intelligence (2) as a base? also, i have the following applicable skills: Streetwise (2) Security (1). Which combination should i use? I will roll each individually below and pick which you want.

There are no parked cars in your immediate area, well see what Ben does and if nobody stops you then you can go look for one. It will be dex+security.

Ben: Your making your way back when you notice the other guy leaving with the guy in chains using him for support.

Using 1 blood point to activate my celerity (so I get an extra action but it cannot be used to add dice to my pool)

Erik will continue running until he catches up, then go for a tackle.

Orphan gives Thom the look of a child in distress. "This way, over here." Orphan rushes towards the closest alley and starts pointing towards the dumpster.

You manage to catch up and tackle the Sabbat member.

He stumbles and just barely manages to remain standing.

He does seem unharmed by the attack however.

He growls turning to face you "Fine then, If I cant run I'll fight you to the end Camarilla dog!" he says putting up his fist. You can tell he is weakening but only a strong blow will pierce his defense.

"Lady in an RV, huh?", Ben says pensively, stroking his beard. "Juggler's the head of the anarchs in this neck o' the woods- some Modius character is the Prince; haven't met him yet. Wonder if he's got a posse of his own on the way to deal with them too. Eric or Vince could probably give you a better lay of the land- think they've been here longer than me. What was this chick's name?"

"Hey. Mike. Juggler sent us- we'll get you back to your turf soon, just hang in there. I'm gonna see what's keeping the others."

INTERACTION WITH THOM

"Oh this is perfect. You must know where the Prince is so I can go formally introduce myself. Oh my, but where are my manners. I am Lad Lad, last of the planet of the boy people and defender of all that is good, right, and American. My mother sent me away when I was just Baby Lad, you see our planet was imploding. I was raised on a small farm in Kansas by this charming gay couple who could never have a son of there own.... but enough about my tale of heroism. Take me to your leader alien scum." Throughout his introduction Orphan makes all the superman sound effects for his backstory, as well as hand gestures for spaceships crashing to earth and his hand over his chest for America.

"Many things, I have seen a decrepit bus station, bars on all the windows, abandoned houses about to fall in on themselves, me walking around in the middle of the night when most can not... this is a pretty untoward place. So where is the prince? I really must pay my respects, wouldn't want to be in a mans backyard without letting him know who I am."
