Arthur relaxed a little "Well at least I can give you the co ordinates, at the very least you're a lot closer than you were five minutes ago."

Arthur will keep an eye on the Skittermander, half out of curiousity and half out of being wary about letting a stranger run around on the ship... which was odd since everyone else here was practically a stranger. He'll happily talk with the Skittermander if it is so inclined.

Glory mimicks her pals, claiming a room and leaving her stuff.
But before going to sleep she checks every air conduit, places a paper reading 'Knock twuce before opening or face the consequences' and positions her heavy cannon aiming towards the door.
She then goes to sleep with one hand over the trigger and a grenade under the pillow.

Glory, not being an engineer neither a ship gunner but being comfortable with both career paths, helps where she can.
By which I mean I'd like to aid another Stik and then Iamb.
Engineering: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
<Any job offer, fellas?> she broadcasts through the ship's comm unit, using the chance to both ask and wake up the others. <Trigger finger's itching and this baby's weapons need some fire baptism>

Engineering: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18 unless I can take 10 instead
Stik issnt putting much effort into his work, figuring most of the ship doesn't really need matinence. Everything looks fine down here... Stik Says, making sure all the moving parts are properly lubricated.

Good question, has Arthur been able to spot any likely jobs? Space Craig's List that kind of thing.
Arthur probably wont sleep much that night with the new ship, walking around the common areas and getting used to it.

Take ten on Computers gets you to choose jobs from the station mission kiosk.

Taking 10 would be a 17 for Arthur. What potential jobs has he spotted?
- A rogue Scro ship has been spotted around Eberron and is harrassing shipping.
- Salvage is needed in the asteroid belt. A derelict passenger liner in the deep field needs to be reclaimed.
- Someone has broken the law of Cyre and is hiding on Eberron 2. The man is considered armed and dangerous and carries stolen experimental technology.
- A ship is needed to take cargo back to the Greyhawk system. The cargo is prefabricated housing.
As ship's captain, you can sign up for a maximum of three jobs.

"Well there's for jobs that look interesting. There's a scro ship in the Eberron system harassing shipping. Second is a passenger lined deep in an asteroid field that needs to be salvaged and reclaimed. Third there is an outlaw from Cyre hiding on Eberron, he's armed and dangerous and apparently has stolen experimental technology. Lastly there is a cargo hauling job to bring prefabricated housing to Greyhawk."

"<Scro?!?!>" she screams before the comm-link emmits the noise of rushing steps and suddenly gets cut short.
A couple minutes, and a good deal of screams that can be traced to her room, later a new comm-link opens from her personal comm unit "<I have fortified my position and am ready to repel the damn Scro attack. Unless they send kommandos... Please Gods don't let them be kommandos...>"
In due time -or after the application of tranqs- she goes out again.
My vote for the 3 missions we can claim is: Scros, Salvage and Bounty Hunt.
In that order of completion unless we can trace a natural route in another order

Stik hears the words "Experimental" and "Technology" and immediately puts in his vote for that. Any chance to get new technology is a chance worth taking! But I do suggest we do something that doesn't require us getting involved in a fire fight first. I only have one canister if petrol and I want to be prepared for a battle if we are getting into one.

"The salvage mission might give us a chance to work out any kinks... and if we are lucky maybe the scro will attack us. That does remind me, what is a scro?"
| Arthur d’Cannith |
"There's got to be more to it than that... right? Is it just me or do the various green skinned races that crop up on worlds other than Eberron have a very bad rep."
Stik-Tik

Stik thinks for a moment. Well, honestly, races of my home world have similar names to yours, but are Soo much different. Our elves for example can run miles across desserts with no issues. Your elves trying such a task would die halfway through the first quarter of dehydration. And orcs don't only have green skin, some have black or red if I remember correctly...
| Arthur d’Cannith |
"True... but I think if you threw the average Eberron Elf in a fighting pit against two from yours smart money would be on the Eberron Elf. They have quite the martial culture."

Stik Scoffs. No dought, but you forget, the history of Arthas. We are based on a gladiatorial culture. Our elves may not be as well trained, but they are fast, and tough. Eberron elves, like all others, are weak, they too are nimble, but not fast. Arthas elves can outlive your own in a battle if endurance. All they need to do is wear you out, then the prey is easy! he looks to Lamb. Am I not right, Lamb?"
