She smiles shyly at Hrunndalf.

Lio tries to find a warmer spot, and decides to look for Shalelu. After all, although the woman was nice, Lio couldn't understand a word she was saying, and no one was translating. Also, it seemed rude to interrupt to ask what was being said, since the lady was so nice, and was having a good conversation with Hrunndalf.

The giant frog thing charges forward, too far away to do more than that yet. Arrows from Shalelu and Myriana and a bolt from Kalimac stick into it as it hops towards you. It ends up next to you, looking hungrily at ...

1d5 ... Myriana.

All of you take 1d6 damage from the cold that pours off of the strange creature in palpable waves.

Lio as wolf, attacks, hopefully moving into position to provide flanking.

Kyrademon:
Is that a bite? Or how do wolves attack? hmmm, sounds like the name of a bad TV show... when wolves attack!

Mighty Hunters

Regarding this fight - don't be too concerned about rolling or declaring precise actions or tactical movement. Just indicated what you plan to do.

Liothonae:
Yes, wolves get a bite attack, with a free trip attempt if they hit.

Shae said, she thought I would look cute in a tuxedo... but... I don't know if... I want to wear a suit. I don't really know what I want to wear... or what I should do... to look a certain way?> Her mind voice is quiet. She's not entirely sure if it's a good idea to show her tattoos to the world, but it was something that crossed her mind. Maybe she is coming to terms with whom she is.

Now she is definitely excited. <I think that's a wonderful idea. It would call for a dress rather than a tuxedo, I'm thinking perhaps open side with a ladder cut-out ... I think perhaps an asymmetrical ladder, using grommets and lacing ties instead of cloth strips ... perhaps other cut-outs as well, may I ask where all of your tattoos are located? If she's in white, we could put you in black, which will be lovely with your skin tone and hair. Material is a bit of a problem, it should be as dramatic as dragon scale ... Do you mind if I work with Buttersnips on this? She's very good ->

She cuts herself off and looks a little embarrassed. <I'm sorry, I didn't mean to rush ahead there. Um, so, what do you think of that idea? It's not the only possibility by any means if you don't like it.>

liothonae cromvathar wrote:

She doesn't try to attack Alaric, or even say anything negative about Mel, in fact, it's pretty clear she cares about her great granddaughter and understands that Mel promised not to say anything... yet it's frustrating not to know what was wrong and to not be able to fix it, and is just confused and hurt by Alaric.

She listens sympathetically.

<How about I neither defend nor attack anyone, then, but simply ask if there's anything I can do to help make you feel better?>

Hrunndalf nods. "Good. Tread lightly. Take her mind off these things." Short pause. "I hear they've got proper restaurants in Ul-Angorn." A tinge of sadness.

He's also trying to think of a way to make a tea that won't immediately freeze when The Lonely Maiden holds it.

Liothonae:
Just in cast things start happening when you are work, here is a list of spells that will be useful for Liothonae to cast during the upcoming siege situation I mentioned:

2ND Level:
Campfire Wall
Soften Earth and Stone

3RD Level:
Ash Storm
Sleet Storm

Special: Using up a premade Glyph of Warding
(You'd potentially have time to make a few more just prior to the combat if you wanted to use your third level spell slots on that rather than use Ash Storm or Sleet Storm, although obviously, that's a more costly investment than the other spells.)

4TH level:
Spike Stone
Volcanic Storm

Please let me know how many of each of these spells you would cast. Remember you still have one slot committed to Grove of Respite.

i haven't put in on my sheet because with doing things for the wedding and having terribly slow internet, it just didn't quite happen... but how does wearing the headband affect this list (if at all)? i get an additional 4th lvl spell slot, according to Hrunndalf? is that because it raises my wisdom? sorry to ask such a basic question.

Lio still doesn't know what's being said, but she goes off in search for Shae, to tell her about the nice lady who is taking such interest in Hrunndalf. Also, to get a blanket or a jacket or something, because it's sure gotten cold. She heads to the women's wagon and goes inside.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Liothonae:
Yes. Your wisdom increasing from 17 to 19 gives you one extra fourth level spell each day. High wisdom gives druids bonus spell slots.

When you get around to getting it on your sheet, remember that the headband will affect your spell DCs, a whole bunch of skills, your Will save, and a lot of special abilities (like Wild Empathy, or the number of times per day you can use Blast Rune.)

By the way, I don't see Spell Rune on your sheet, the 8th level Rune Domain power - shouldn't you have that? It's pretty nifty: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/cleric/domains/paizo---domains /rune-domain

In turn, Lio strips off what you're wearing. In her passion, in her need for you, she practically tears off your clothes, buttons and fasteners fall to the floor, then roll away in neat little spirally circles. Her hands roaming over your skin. Her mouth still upon yours, tongue darting inside.

In case it comes up, or there's a reroll at any point, vs really liking the nice lady... since Lio hates to be manipulated and used (even if she is a nice lady, still not cool):

otherwise it is a 12. this includes the Bonus from Shae to all saves.

Myriana will step back 5' and test whether it has an increased threat range with it's tongue (or something else). Hmmm, she thinks in hindsight, probably coulda used those flame arrows again. sigh, I forget to use that wand way too often, don't I

Lio blushes at something Sandru says. In fact, she's rapidly approaching a newly invented shade of red.
Sandru grins in response.
Lio, speechless, blushing, busies herself doing some work near the animals ...the work which anyone who had been paying attention could swear has already been done.

Myriana smiles. She's not entirely sure what she's smiling at. She's heard it's not usually a good thing to be happy at others discomfort, but she can't help it.
