Still shows as classic but Let's move on. We're on an honor system here and mostly pretty much fixed as a group. It's not a big deal.

![]() |

If we can't be returned to CORE I think we have to basically stop playing for credit. I'm pretty sure most of us have played other scenarios in season 5 for credit before. But I'm okay with going through the season without credit.

Best to check our Individual Characters then.
As Fillia will be rendered an Invalid char the moment she's declared non core

![]() |

I have not gotten any response, but Geo is still listed as Core.
The session is reported as Core (although it originally was not).
The only character on the list that it is complaining about is Eoswulf.
Maybe try contacting pfsreportingerrors@paizo.com directly and see if they can fix it?
I have had to do this in the past for a character (successfully), but maybe they aren't letting me do it for you?
They have not actually responded at all yet.

![]() |

The one time I had something fixed (session reported for wrong character), I had to ask a few times over probably a couple years, and it finally just happened. I wasn't informed that it happened.
We all should probably ask to have our characters converted individually... so Fillia, you're still core? I wonder how you ended up staying core, when the rest of us were infected.
I will report mine today.

![]() |

When it was reported wrongly, I changed to Non CORE.
Then she appeared as CORE again. I'm guessing it's because of the Session being re reported?
Unfortunately, Fillia shows as RPG again. Perhaps, we should continus the games but not report it until we have all being converted back again?

![]() |

That might be smart, I'll start a google spreadsheet when we're done with this one.so we can track who what until we report. That will leave just these characters messed up, not the many RPG characters that might end up associated with these scenarios.

![]() |

Good call. I will send that email,

I was always told the chronicles trump that is on the website. If Paizo wants it's data then they need to fix the problem. As far as getting GM credit fill it out the best you can for now and it'll be fixed if and when Paizo decides to do something. In the mean time I say proceed as planned with the same characters.

Sorry for the delay in posting. I expected to catch up over the weekend but spent literally all weekend helping my parents move. I hope to be caught up by the end of tomorrow.

I like it and I'm glad that you enjoyed it.
On a side note I haven't gotten anything rom Pazio regarding my char but I'm assured that the Honor system will work as well.
So who's next on the list?

![]() |

I saw nothing that spoke of your inexperience as a PbP GM. Everything was great from the maps and tokens to how you handled the initiative and combat information. It was a very smooth and well told story and thanks for running it for us!
I know we spoke of replacing Risen from Sands with True Dragons. If everyone is still interested I can run that one next or the slot after.

![]() |

I thought it went great. I had forgotten you were new to it!
Dunbar is gone - almost 5 months since any posts, and I was in a few games with him.
True dragons sounds good to me

![]() |

I'm fine with True Dragons.

![]() |

Does that make just 4 PCs then? Should we try to find a replacement? I would probably prefer we start by inviting people we know than by doing a recruitment.
I should probably GM soon but I won't complain if someone else wants to do it next. True Dragons is fine with me.
We should all be level 3 now, right?
I'm really concerned that continuing to report Games without having the CORE thing resolved will affect the ability of our standard characters to play these scenarios. But I am willing to do it if you are all on board.

We are four only right now. It actually helped you quite a bit in that last encounter. Would have been three more skellies had you had another.
I am NOT going to report. I am going to make a google doc to track sessions, including who, prestige, date, etc... so we can report later if we get it resolved. This way we won't hamper any other character's path, the issue will only affect these characters, who will likely max out with this group, hence be no issue anywhere else.

![]() |

I am cool with 4, but happy to look for others too.
We didn't get chronicles yet, right? Just making sure I didn't miss it. But yes, we should all hit level 3 now.

![]() |

I'm fine if we want to add another. In the mean time as everyone seems to be ok with True dragons, I've posted all the stat blocks for the kobold pregens on the maps and hand outs screen. So feel free to browse and discuss which little dragon you'd like to play.
Disclaimer
The rules on pregen scenarios have changed. Since we are all planning to play for credit on our characters that means if the pregen dies your character has to deal with that condition. Bear in mind that I am not a TPK happy GM and I will not go out of my way to try and off anyone. I will do what I can to try and make it challenging, but not out right deadly.

DMRhino |

Man... I had to go through all that three times to make sure I had it right, at first it was looking like only one prestige. BUT, thanks to Hinkle's great roles of diplomacy on Jakti, AND opening the windows for him you gained enough influence with him to count as TWO people influenced. And with good influence on Metella, you got the three members influenced total necessary. So, Jakti and Metella are pretty happy with you all. 1 Prestige.
1 more prestige for killing the imposter at the end... phew... 2 prestige. How do people do this in live games with limited time!?

![]() |

They had better rolls and the proper skills? We're sorely lacking in social skills, I'll be sure to pick up a couple of them.
Also Did Fillia manage any influence or was it a failure as well?

DMRhino |

(Fillia, I was wondering how GMs track stuff like this in a live game, the influence tracking was all over the place. Each NPC had info, but then when you were influencing one, that could affect another, but it did not say that in the text of the one you were currently influencing, there were multiple places you could have bonuses to the rolls, etc)
Here's the shared Google doc for tracking sessions. Please check the data, and add anything missing (player names, etc)
It would make more sense from a data entry perspective to run the scenarios out to the right and just mark the prestige for each session (so each person was listed once) BUT for sake of showing a GM at a table some day, repeating the player info for each session will be more clear.

![]() |

Do you have the chronicles yet? I'm curious about gold.
-Posted with Wayfinder

![]() |

I'm happy with any of those Kobolds... though it might be interesting for each of us to play the closest to our characters... like playing bizarro world. Or, the opposite... for a break.

DMRhino |

Waiting for the rest of the info in that Google doc now.
Gold 514
Possible purchases...
+1 light fortification light steel shield (4,159 gp)
Black adder poison (90 gp, limit 2)
Ring of protection +1 (2,000 gp)
Scroll of animate dead (1,050 gp)
and for Qadira (so Exchange gets it right?)
Kelishite Patron (Qadira Faction): Trade Prince Aaqir al’Hakam recognizes in you the same ambition and skill that earned him the title of trade prince, and he both endorses you for promotion and contributes gold to help you start your own business. You treat the Trade Prince vanity (Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Pathfinder Society Field Guide 19) as though it had no Fame requirement. In addition, you treat the Prestige Point cost of business vanities (Pathfinder Society Field Guide 60, Pathfinder Player Companion: Pathfinder Society Primer 29) as though they were 1 less (minimum cost 2).

No day job here (yet).

Does that Qadira boon enable those particular elements in CORE for a character with the boon?
--
Sweet! Ēoswulf can finally afford a +1 enhancement to his longsword.

DMRhino |

@Eoswulf - Yep, Michael Brock Says so...
tl;dr "That is one example of how a trait is opened up on a Chronicle sheet that would otherwise be unavailable."
Same as with spells. The whole reason I'm playing a wizard (and a universalist no less) is for the "spell hunt." It's exciting to get non-core spells!
Also from Brock, "There currently is no plan to have separate chronicles. Another benefit of the Core mode is that it opens up items that would not otherwise be available for purchase, thus giving Chronicle sheets more of an impact."
This DOES make the chronicles so much more special for Core.

![]() |

Has anybody gotten anything from Pazio yet regarding our characters status?

GM Fuzzfoot |

No - I have gotten no responses at all, which makes me wonder if I am just contacting the wrong people or maybe they are all on break?

![]() |

I'm interested in the Bard kobold and the Alchemist kobold.
-Posted with Wayfinder

![]() |

Any is fine for me.

![]() |

Eoswulf and Hinkle, could you fill out the google sheet - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1b85bzYpzLFA9xatiAcRxVw0PRq_CAQkShW6 TIgiNCMc/edit#gid=0
So...
Eoswulf - Bard (or would you prefer Alchemist?)
Geo - Sorcerer
Fillia - Any
Max - Any
It looks like most of the characters have a pretty good supply of healing potions, but only the cleric has a wand of CLW. Just have to make sure one of us doesn't die! I'm ok being the cleric if we think we need that healing and no one else wants it.
Having a meat shield may be smart... I'm also happy to play the fighter or the rogue.

I said I would post by the end of the weekend and it's almost over! Will check in soon with at least a character pick and something RP

He does not know where the traps are, we are DMing HIS actions right now. He just hit a trap and I let him know, I am now curious if we can attack or mess with the Aspis as they deal with the trap.
