Hearing the door open, Friday turns to it on reflex. Seeing it is the others he happily waves them over.
"Guess this place gets a lot of word-of-mouth if the others have been sent this way as well," she remarked, gesturing to the other ladies from the caravan entering the inn, "timing worked out well, too."
She was only half-surprised to find that the others were here as well and soon headed over to join them (even if that meant having to grab a separate table).
Haru releases a long sigh and her blush slowly fades as the topic of conversation moves onward.
"Maybe I'll just spend time with my friends tonight." she grumbles as she takes a seat at Friday's table.
"Everything okay?" Friday asks the slightly flushed Kitsune as she sits, his voice back to it's near whisper quality.
"Just... said something stupid. In front of... you know." Haru whispers as her gaze turns towards Shalelu.
"... did she think it was stupid?" Friday asks without even looking.

"Oh, it's alright, Haru." Shalelu gives Haru a gentle hug before turning back to the table.
Kasha's eyes dart from Haru to Shalelu and back, the shamaness' lips curling up into an amused smile. Going over to where Koya sits she grins, "So I think I might have found us a guide, Mama.....well sort of....eventually.....it's a long story."

Haru looks back down at her hands.
"I don't know. She's so... so... elven sometimes!"
"... and that's.... not good?" Friday lets out.
"They take the idea of inscrutable to a whole new level. I'm never able to tell is I'm anything other than the silly little fox she found in the woods to her."
"Have you asked her?"

Haru's eyes widen as she just stares at Friday like he just grew a second head and started singing goblin battle chants.
Friday tilts his head to the side. "So no?"
Kasha's eyes dart from Haru to Shalelu and back, the shamaness' lips curling up into an amused smile. Going over to where Koya sits she grins, "So I think I might have found us a guide, Mama.....well sort of....eventually.....it's a long story."
"Really now? That's a good bit of news." Koya claps her hands and smiles.
"That, and we've got a lead as to where my family's sword has gone." Ameiko says as she gestures to one of the wait staff for a chair. "The last person who owned it, a gentleman named Snaevald, told us it was stolen from him."
"And the most likely culprit is the same man whose men bore lion-head arm-rings."
"Thane Longthew? Friday says. "We ran into more men of his earlier, so we could go ask them some more questions."
"That's the name of the person responsible for the disappearance of the guide actually. His partner is looking for him and.....y'know, I'll just wait until you meet the woman we met with and let her tell the tale." Kasha says realizing how convoluted it all sounds,
"Funny how everything seems to be linked together." Haru says. "Almost as if this were a story. I wonder if the gods are laughing at us."
"Or it's because Thane Longthew is behind everything." Friday adds, nonplussed.
I am liking the sound of this thane fellow less and less.
He began with a frown pulling out his coin pouch, doing a quick mental tally and taking the coin out to pay for his, Koya's and Kelda's meals and drinks with a few heavy peices of silver extra for the service.
When were you to meet with this woman again? Later tonight?
He asked simply enough.
"Yes. She recommended this place as a godd one to stay. She's supposed to meet us here in a couple of hours." Kasha replies
"In that case, I'd recommend we get ourselves some rooms here. We've got some time to kill, right?" Ameiko nods and starts wandering over to the bar.
"That works for me?" Kasha says with a smile "How many rooms do we want?"
Is the bathhouse close? Is this the place with the bath's? I would certainly like a nice good soak and if we have a couple of hours this sounds as good a time as any.
He asked Kelda, Rooms would be alright too of course.

Kelda chuckles. "Last time Kelda was here, the bathhouse was behind the Inn--could reach it through the back of the common room."
Ameiko returns from the bar. "Alright--I've rented a few rooms for the lot of us, but they're asking me who's occupying which rooms." She looks over at Valeria and smiles. "I hope you don't mind, Valeria, but I kinda already said we'd be bunking together. Is that alright?"

"Eh? Oh, um, y-yeah that's no problem." Valeria stammered. It was fine sharing a wagon since it was used by most of the other women in the caravan as well, but just the two of them alone in a room...
She quickly went back to her drink to try and hide the blush forming on her face.
[b]"I'm the newest person with the caravan so I'll be fine with whatever works for everyone else."[/b[] Kasha says, a bit intrigued to see that arrangements people pick.

Haru's eyes flicker towards Shalelu at the mention of sharing rooms but she quickly looks down at her hands.
"... whatever works is... is fine."
"How many beds are there per room?"
"There's usually two beds per room. Or at least, that's what I was told." Ameiko shrugs.
"I can sleep on the floor, or return to the caravan if we don't have enough."
Friday cocks his head slightly, caught off guard. "Oh, okay. Thank you." he thinks as he smiles back to her.

Haru nudges Friday and gives him a little wink.
"Someone's made a frrrriiiieeend."
"Right." Ameiko clears her throat. "So, Val and I, and Friday with Zaiobe..."
"I'll room with Haru." Shalelu puts a hand on the bardess' shoulder.
"I don't really give a damn who I room with--Kasha, you want to bunk up?" Koya glances over at the shamaness.
"I think I'll share a room with Ishgha--if he's fine with it, that is." Sandru puts his hands up. Ishgha merely shrugs his shoulders in agreement.
"And I'm betting Kavell would be fine with sharing Kelda's room, eh?" Ameiko winks at the paladin.
"I feel like we should be signing contracts now, with such delicate negotiations." Haru says, perhaps a bit too loudly, to cover the blush which rose from her cheeks when Shaleu touched her.
Friday smiles innocently at the Kitsune. "I like to think so."
"Sure mama, I think that there are others to whom it's...much more important." Kasha replies with a grin, glancing around the tables.
He was glad he had not been drinking anything, he would have spit it over half the table. As it were he was blushing profusely.
I would... like that."
He said quietly though reaching down to caress the top of the lovely Barbarians hand.
"Back in a few hours then?"
He asked not meeting anyone's eyes out of embaressment.

"Alrighty then!" Ameiko claps her hands together and rubs them. "Now, to get our room keys."
The bardess wanders off for a few minutes, conversing with the innkeeper before coming back with several keys on rings. Leather tags hang from the keyrings, each of them denoting the room number the key is for.
"Back in a few hours then?"
Kelda grins and starts to get up from the table. "Few hours."
She gently takes Kavell's hand and bids him to rise from the table. "Follow--baths are this way."
Friday will bow to Ameiko and take one of the keyrings when offered one.
"Was there anything else you wanted to do tonight before retiring?" Friday thought to Zaiobe.
Haru quietly finishes her meal, trying not to think about what might... or worse, might NOT... be coming up in the evening.
"Do we have enough coin? Should I try to earn a little more for us on stage?" she asks, to distract herself. After all, she's an adventurer now! She can't be a blushing school child.
Right?
"I think we're okay, but that's not a reason not to." Friday muses. He liked Haru's performances.
Haru quietly finishes her meal, trying not to think about what might... or worse, might NOT... be coming up in the evening.
"Do we have enough coin? Should I try to earn a little more for us on stage?" she asks, to distract herself. After all, she's an adventurer now! She can't be a blushing school child.

Shalelu checks her coin purse. "Hmm... I suppose we could afford to earn ourselves some extra coin. In case of emergencies."
She gives Haru a knowing look. "I would love to watch you perform, Haru. But I'd recommend asking the proprietor if he's alright with it first."
Friday smiles happily. "Of course! I'm always happy to paint you." To her second question he simply nods.
