Well, I'd like to resolve the issue of party loot. How do we want to handle it?

OK then... we'll give both brothers their share of loot in cash. We'll separate out healing and restorative scrolls and potions to keep for party use. The whispering Shrike we keep separate, but Friday can keep it since he's the only one who can wield it. Anything else we can purchase at the price we'd sell it for, out of our share. Sound fair?
Haru will keep the animal bane arrows and the pearl hairpin. Valeria might want that scroll of false life to copy it into her book. The mwk wakizashi might suit Friday. If we want to keep out the ring of climbing, we could keep that as party utility too.

2 posts a week is fine! No need to push at all, I have a game that the gm only posts on weekends so its taking longer but its steady. Nothing wrong with relaxed posts *nods nods*

At this point in the game, I think it's a good time to introduce the caravan members' favourite gifts & compliments. You'll each get one gift idea for a caravan mate, described here. The person in question depends on what your campaign trait is.
Who knows--you might even discover additional gift ideas that your caravan mates like. :)

On another matter; been playing Elite Dangerous Horizons - planetary landings are fun, fit well with how the rest of the game's treatment of orbital mechanics works. Although the buggy you can deploy from your ship onto a surface oversteers like crazy! I think that could just be the lack of gravity, though - all of the land-able planets at the moment are airless moons so they don't have much gravity. Easy for the SRV to go airborne off even just a small rise. Best advice I can give is to set the Drive Assist to a toggle and use it for cross-country driving (works a bit like cruise control) and not to set it to full throttle. Unless you like bouncing and spinning out-of-control, of course, in which case; floor it! :P
One other issue I found was the ship recall function. While driving around, you can call your ship to your location (means you can go exploring wherever you want and not have to remember where you landed or drive all the way back), it'll fly to you by auto-pilot and find a landing spot near your location. Problem I had before was that it landed right on-top of a hill, so there wasn't room for the buggy to fit in under it to get to the vehicle bay. Thankfully, I got around it by dismissing it (which just has it take off and go back into orbit) and then recalling it again and trying to park myself under the vehicle bay while it was still landing. Next time I might dismiss it and drive a fair way away beforehand, hoping to find a nice, open plain for it to land on. Or I'll try that trick again and end up with a rather-flat SRV under the landing gear.
Also; it is really easy to forget just how damn big even the smallest ships in this game are. My Cobra MkIII is probably about a hundred metres or so from one 'wingtip' to the other. Plenty of other ships dwarf it, but it's still huge on its own.

Well, I was right, it is the lack of gravity that was making the SRV oversteer in Elite: Dangerous - was wandering around on a planet with 0.7g (as opposed to the 0.2 or less that I'd been on before) and it was a hell of a lot easier to drive. My ship did seem to be working harder to keep me airborne, though; generated a lot of heat just by cruising over the surface at about 2km. Switched my shield generator off to keep it cool and because I wasn't needing it.
Regretted that choice when I came in to land and realised I'd come down a bit too quickly for my vertical thrusters to counteract. Lost 30% hull integrity from that prang.
