I submitted an Id Rager for Paladin's recruitment, I have no idea what or who to make for this one.

I'm definitely going with the raging wilder: I'll make a good blaster, and starting 3rd level when I dip a martial class (probably the aforementioned Warlord for some leader-ish abilities) I should be fairly able to pull off a reach melee/blaster hybrid.
Plus, I'll have a ton of Charisma and enough skill points!

@Rysky: Maybe look over DSP stuff and see if anything inspires you? Psionics is pretty broad in what it does, but they also did the Path of War stuff for martials. (and Akashic, that's apparently a fixed version of some weird 3.5 system?)

EDIT: Or you could use my favorite way to make something new: open Book of the Righteous at a random page, BAM you've got a concept. Like this!

And I did dabble with some Soul Melding in 3.5 but not all that interested in it.

Having been reading up, I am now torn between inquisitor or warpriest. This seems the perfect instance for the Liberty's Blade archetype.

What do you all think? Inquisitor with heresy inquisition or warpriest (liberty's blade archetype)?

I'm really liking that heresy inquisition, but either would be great.

Zses: Now looking into Psionics. What kind of feel are you going for with yours? Nobility? Fear? Wisdom? My strix would be noble, mysterious. If you have the positive side of high cha covered I could be the scary as all the abyss bird-man and go Dread

And considering we've got 25 points, the -2 to Cha isn't that bad: I'll have to buy a whole 17 points for a full caster, and Dreads need Cha in the 14-16 ballpark.

So, I've decided I'm going to go for the infiltrator archetype for my inquisitor. It looks like, when it comes to bluffing, I'll be adding my Wisdom bonus twice, which'll be nice.

If your having trouble with the crunchy bits of a character, I find locating the mind and character helpful.

Things that help me :

What scares them?
What do they hate?
Things that they have a extreme like love hate of.

If you need to roleplay a bit to find the bits that fit, that fine as well!

Sometimes the core becomes clear that way.

Ok, so Elf inquisitor (infiltrator, heresy) of Milani. Breadth of Experience feat will make up for the loss of Monster Lore.

I am realizing he is focused on staying very secretive about his religion, currently. I'm trying to flesh him out. I think he was not originally wanting to get involved in things, but after he found himself drawn to Milani, he began to become much more aware of what was going on (and began to experience some of the things firsthand).

I will be worshiping Milani as well. And it looks like I have a lady's best friend as a companion for the beginning.

How far do you want me to take his whole pup thing, Rysky? :P

he's not bothered by Dog/puppy analogies, just don't talk down to him like a toddler or an actual pet and it should be good lol
