My mistake I stooped at diminutive in stead of fine. It is 1d8 bite 1d6 claws. So it is 1d2+ 2 1 damage claw attacks. I need those sneak attack dice bad.

With The size of the object, and the hight you are up (20ft maximum if you were standing directly next to the tree,and the tree is that tall) it really wouldn't do much of anything.
