"As we are due to map the cave, we should check out the dead-end first. We can then return here and head on to the western tunnel. With a big of luck we will find another exit from the caves."
So saying he shoulders his bag and heads towards the exits.
Before leaving the cave, he pauses.
"Perhaps one of you armoured folk should go in the lead, Hans. I can light up your weapon if that is needed to help you see."

The cave’s damp air becomes increasingly stale as you continue down through this tunnel, and as you approach this area, the stench of decay grows increasingly evident. The passage turns to the east and opens into a small cavern littered with bits of broken glass, rotting pieces of paper, and other unusable detritus. The body of a male dhampir lies facedown toward the back of the cavern. The deceased dhampir was a necromancer who used this cave as a secluded place to practice his craft, but following a mistake while animating a dead gillman, his creations turned on him. These mindless undead creatures attack living creatures on sight.

Remembering the wand he pulled from Janira's backpack, he points it to the right of the zombies, and lets fly with a cone of burning fire.

I don't think zombies are above CR 1 so Kiyoshi should know what these are and their weaknesses.
"Foul zombies, the reanimated remains of former pilgrims perhaps? Use bladed weapons for the best effect my friends."
Knowing his mace will do little, Kiyoshi draws his shield and attempts to defensively cast Guidance on Jenya.

However, he is unable to correct recite his prayers while fending off the zombie.

Kiyoshi knows that Zombies are immune to undead traits and have a DR of 5 (except slashing). They are staggered. Their bodies look like gillmen bodies.
Staggered (Ex): Zombies have poor reflexes and can only perform a single move action or standard action each round. A zombie can move up to its speed and attack in the same round as a charge action.

Vilandil attacks the Zombies with the wand of burning hands, burning away half of the rotten skin of one of them, but only an arm of the second.

Got nothing that slashes unfortunately Kiyoshi Jenya says as she focuses on bringing the heavily damaged blue zombie down to compensate for her lack of the appropriate kind of weapon

I think I mixed something up with the tokens, should be at the right Position now.
Hans slashes his greatsword at the zombie near him but the zombie feels only the air from the moving sword. Reginald is able to hit the Zombie Close to him and cuts off one arm and half of it's chest. Jenya shoots a bullet but only makes a hole in the zombie's shirt.
The zombies slam again, blue and orange at Hans, green at Kiyoshi.

Gahh Jenya gets hurt hard as the swinging fist of a zombie smashes the wind out of her, it could have been worse but she can't take too much more of this. She takes a 5 foot step away from the zombie that hurt her, reloads with a paper cartridge as a move action and fires at it.

Hans slashes the remaining zombie into pieces.
Among the fallen bodies, you find a note written by the dhampir that details plans to start an army of undead made from the “fish people” who have been frequenting this cave. You also find a ring of protection +1. and an amulet of natural armor +1.
You find a concealed passage in the northern wall.

Valandil looks at the note, tapping it against his hand thoughtfully. He also eyes up the magical ring.
"These rings are very useful. As is that amulet. We'll probably want to turn them over to the Society for cataloguing eventually, but in the meantime...." he slips it onto his finger.
Pointing to the amulet he tosses it to Hans. "You may find this helpful in battle too."
Valandril can't help but spend a little time looking at the animated bodies, and also at the Dhampir. "Play with the undead and eventually they eat you."

He pauses for a moment, before smiling and adding.

The foreigner quickly takes stock of his possessions, before preparing to leave.

Valandil notes the secret passage on the map he is keeping of the cave system, and then follows the rest of the pathfinders into it...
"How odd. I wonder if the one in the pool was going to be added to their number."

You find a way through narrow passages and broader tunnels, suddenly you begin to hear the faint sounds of combat and a familiar woman’s voice half-shouting and half-reciting, “As the legendary Gregaro Voth successfully battled the wild beasts in the deepest reaches of the Mwangi Expanse, so shall I defeat you, foul servant of Lamashtu!” Janira Gavix is engaging the minotaur in combat on the surface after failing to lose the unrelenting creature in the wilderness.

Due to later initiative I'm guessing that someone will move between Val and the second amobea, so holding off using that wand again.

Kiyoshi strengthens Jenya for her next attack with guidance. Valandil summons a drop of acid over the giant amoeba, he can see a part of the skin melting down. Jenya shoots a bullet directly into the blob, she can see the bullet inside the transparent protoplasm.
The amoeba crawls into the main tunnel and slams Valandil.

Valandil, weakly, climbs back to his feet.
I always distained a staff, but I could do with one now.
"Were there some healing potions in Janira's bag?" he asks hopefully.
While waiting for a reply, the elf takes out his waterskin and washes the acidic slime off himself. He then takes out his notes and adds the complicated passages to his sketch map.
"Hark! Is that our guide I hear? We must be close, and it sounds like she still battles the creature! We should make haste. It may be there is an exit nearby and we can rain down arrows from a safe location to send it away."

Kiyoshi steps over to Valandil, withdrawing the wand he retrieved from their mentors backpack.
"No need to worry about potions my friend, I believe this wand should tend to your injuries."

After the wand does it's work, the priest turns to Hans.
"There is no harm in venturing out, she may need our assistance. We can always finish our exploration when we know she is safe."

He turns to Hans and adds "I think her plan was to loose the creature well before now. We have been in this cave for quite some time. At the least we may be able to attack it from afar to give her a chance to escape it, and then retreat back into these tight caves where it cannot follow."
