Vishnya's fists continue flying, as he intersperses the odd kick now and then. He hasn't spoke a word since the combat started, and there's something peaceful about him, even in this situation.

The gash in Belo's left pectoral he received from the skeleton is quiet severe. Belo quickly looks around to find he is surrounded by angry undead, so retreating to heal his wounds isn't an option right now, Belo thinks.

"Damn it" Belo thinks. I'm a not a fighter, and I don't have what it takes. I'm sorry, mother..father. I'll miss you. Wait! Maybe I can retreat to heal. Quarterfaux Athletisc training, don't fail me now.

Belo attempted to flip backward 15 feet between the two benched tables to heal next round.

If that is the will of Bone Man, Belo take a 5-foot step backward and casts cure light wounds on himself. Cure light wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8, healing himself back to full hp. Yaa! Belo lives..for now.

Round 7... Part 1
Calming down, outside of the grasp of mortal danger for a moment, Hector focuses on the task at hand. He peers into the barn, looking at the ghastly flickers, trying to discern what they ACTUALLY are. He stares at them inquisitively, without precedence of superstition.

If the barn is farther away than a double move, then Hector will still be following Carter. you cant make anything out about the spell with only light togo by but it can't be good. as of now you are right inside of the barn completely ninjad out ^_^ so you can put up a different action if you want right now you are in front of the stairs and can't see what the purple light is

Hector, the map should be correct if you scroll up to the top of the page and click on the willows inn link... @GM- one thing that's been helpful in other games is for the GM to include a link to the current map in their heading (where we have our hp/ac/etc)... just makes it easier for us to access...

The Deputy is about to encourage Hector to be stealthy when he realizes the small creature has just slipped silently past him... As quietly as he can manage, he carefully moves to the other side of the barn to hide behind the stables there... as he crosses the hallway he looks north to see who and what are causing the strange purple lights...

In the center of the room a horrid sight is before you, the kind Innkeeper is strung up by her hand and feet. Her guts and viscera hanging out and arranged in a odd pattern. No...she cant be...she is?! still alive you think and the hooded figure is cutting into her flesh he chants

"rise raise again and serve me do not let hem get to prison..."

and under the drops of blood slowly falling from the innkeeper you can see a skeletal hand burst out of the ground and flail around trying to get out slowly more and more of this new skeleton is rising

Hector cautiously tries to snoop and divine the source of the magics torturing his acquaintances.

Hector will approach the source of magic with a halfspeed double-move as well. I still don't fully understand what's going on, so if Boneman or Carter wants to move Hector to the appropriate space that's fine. My base movespeed is 30.

Vishnya appears serene. He makes for the barn, following behind Radriel until the barn enters the range of his limited vision, and then moves on ahead, as the other monk stops to call on the favor of his god.

Every one burst through the barn doors getting the attention of the hooded figure and this distraction allows The Deputy to charge and run him through with his rapier. The man turns slowly as blood spurts from his mouth

"it-it m-makes no d-difference...Zagathoth you could have beeee..."

he said as the light of life fades and his eyes grow dark. The spell brakes apart and the newly risen skeleton turns to dust is blown away in the wind.

The women in chains gives one last gasps and she too dies her guts and viscera hanging out...

you can't believe it this man was someone from your new life as a kid your were friends in school. Could that cult been so close all these years and you never knew it...

the raging storm out side finally is quiet and now just a steady fall of rain is all that can be heard in the new silence of the barn, broken only by the howl of a wolf in the distance...

Why after all this time did skulls choose to reappear now? In my nightmares the skulls never spoke. Who or what was that voice from the skeletons and what is its connection to the Professor?

Thoughts swirl round and round through Radriels head. . Too much to absorb at the moment, he takes a seat on the floor of the barn and stares at the gruesome scene lost in thought.
