If y'all are having problems signing in, I went to my History and cleared out ALL my cookies from the "beginning of time". That worked for me.
Just now did that myself--haven't been able to log in in days.
I owe you guys an explanation for what's going on right now. I've misplaced my book 2 of Giantslayer. I do have the PDF, but I had made notes about changes I was planning to make that are with my physical copy of the book. I've just kept hoping I'm going to run across it, but I haven't yet.
I'm going to start working from my PDF and try to remember the different directions I was going with the story. Sorry for the long delay. I'll get gameplay underway again by the weekend.
Thanks heaps for the heads up. Glad you're doing okay. I appreciate how busy you are and the time you put in for us.
If you ever want to take a break or you're too busy, just let us know. We want the game to continue, so take as many breaks as you need and if there's anything we can do to ease the load, just let us know.

Do you want to get down inside the gully and travel or stay up at ground level to follow it? Or some at one level and some at the other?
Scrambling down into the gully can be done easily by the party members (out of combat -- climbing up or down when threatened would require checks). It would take some time and effort to find a safe place and lead the horses down.
Marikel will scramble down and follow the gully.
Yep. Dorn too. And Skyreaver.
Mahath will stay with the horses. He'll try to keep an eye on the group if he can without going down. If nothing else, he'll watch their progress based on Skyreaver's position.

I've gone ahead and moved you, Alicia, but I want to point out that the wasp flew higher on its turn so it's not being threatened by anyone but Skyreaver right now. It's 10 feet above the rest of you in the gully so you can't reach it in melee. It's up to you if you want to draw your rapier/drop your crossbow or would rather reload your crossbow in case it stays at range next round.

Oh, in that case, she'll keep the crossbow in hand. Reload would take a Move action, so she won't do that but she will draw her rapier.
Mahath looks back and forth between the melee and the horses. For an instant, he thinks about following Alcia down. Instead, he back peddles to the horses, keeping his eye on the deadly insect as he goes.
Move to G19 and ready an action: cast burning hands if the wasp comes within range of the spell. Damage , DC 18 reflex for half damage.

@Marikel: Seeing as how Dorn can't reach the bug any longer, I figure what the hey and just have a bit of fun with it. :)
I don't believe you can flank with a ranged weapon, unless I'm missing something?
Regardless, because of the three-dimensionality of the map, someone flanking with Reaver would have to be above the wasp and on the opposite side.
