Do any other students play cello?
I'm looking for three more. I can make do with two, but it means using two of my characters.
Mel plays cello, and violin, and guitar, and harp, and almost any instrument that has a string attached
Settro gives a +11 to preform to everyone near him, including himself, so he's proficient, I suppose.
Dave plays fiddle and bass, so I imagine that he could play cello, as it is much like the two combined. Up to him, though.
Really hoping Pyry does. I found something awesome if he can.

Also I've already approved the character and he's currently leaving half his gestalt open for future advancement. That happens sometimes, not so weird.Ok cool. The unlimited wish thing is why I questioned it.

It's a set number of limited wishes. Once they're gone, they're gone. It's all part of the backstory and I'm pretty confident that they won't be misused because of where they come from.

Had a really good day yesterday. Replenished my supply of Rooibus Chai, I now have purple and turquoise streaks in my hair, had some delicious ice cream, took the kidlet to the park, and finally got to watch the beginning of Season 3 of Doctor Who. And nobody blew up the thread while I was gone. :D
And now I am going to go grab some lunch with my family. I'll update game thread later today.

He would know about the permanent psychic bond, yes, and that Ginni has this with Mel. It's not really a big jump from there to figure out that this is why Mel was feeling so awful. Mind blank wouldn't do anything to the connection. It would boost Mel's save if Ginni was using a power on her, effectively cancelling out the bonus Ginni gets from the link. But it doesn't make the link go away. Someone who has good control of their psionics could damp down the feedback with much more ease than Mel however.

He would have been found out even sooner and everyone in his thrall network (and of course him) would have been drawn into Ginni's network of influence because she doesn't know how to stop that from happening.

Ginni doesn't have thralls. Succubi are about temptation, not control. ;)
Anyways, this is a succubus ability that Ginni doesn't know how to control and all it really does is make people vulnerable to her enchantment abilities and provide a permanent psychic connection so she can easily find them again. Someone like Melody who has actually got undeveloped psychic talent is especially vulnerable since she doesn't know how to block access and her own talent makes the connection stronger.

I wouldn't recommend it. He would basically have to drop his immunity to her in order to do it.

It's actually a key part of his character: Jacob's eidolon is extremely powerful, but he has to make a high Will save every time he summons it, or else he blacks out and his eidolon goes on a (i.e., slaughtering everybody who is doing something even dubiously evil.)
He's pretty much sharing bodies with a Lawful Stupid paladin :P And as far as the self-proclaimed is concerned, it's doing the poor kid a favor by using his body to go on its quest.
In reality, it is some sadistic glabrezu's answer to Jacob's prayer.
Well, I can see I'm going to probably have to deal with that at some point...
