In answering the question about different kinda of guns
My standard repulsors currently do 6d6+3+1d6 shocking
At the expense of one battery point I can increase this by 7 (1 per dice) in addition to some bonuses to hit
At 2 battery points I can double the damage and have it hit everything in a 120ft line (reflex save for half) tripple is 4 poibts quadruple is 6 points etc,
this is useable every 1d4 rounds +1 per 2 points spent after the first 2
I also have missiles that deal 2d4+11and by expending them all I can hit a target with 3d4 of them
And finger guns that do 1d6+11

well my own personal update...
saw the doctor today. found 5 pre cancerous melanoma on my skin and they decided to take 5 more skin samples.yay I love stripping down in front of three women so they can gouge out skin samples. (not really)
Good luck. Hopefully there isn't anything worse to find.
And yeah, most medical procedures come with a side of humiliation. Sorry. :(π@®®@+0® |
Is royston going to just ignore the noise he heard?
If you would, I'd like for him to maybe possibly do something about it.
Goblin isn't finished in headmaster's office and that could possibly take up some time while they finish.
I know you're eager to get in, but I'm trying not to overlap with Advaran.
If we can kill some time, you won't end up just waiting outside his office.

No mythic please. It doesn't blend well with the epic rules and I don't have the free time to change everyone over to a new system that I haven't learned yet.
Sorry lynora spotted it in Taron Sunwake's profile wile looking for the PSi guns, and thought it was ok.
Epic its is then

Are the pilots still shuttling people? What are the chances Mithros would be back?
yes just about to start up for the afternoon

They're on lunch break.
Hermes eyes are broken, so that'll need fixed before next run.Hey Mel, would you mind if I brought back the girl who talked about the Phoenixes during the firebird meeting for your next run?
Who was that? I dont recall anything about that girl
Zilla |
Hew and Zilla do not hate you. Zilla still needs to sort things out. She isn't not likely to hate Lang.

Lang Fei wrote:Technically speaking, it would be easier to cut off the oxygen. I don't think that we should do that to Ignace, though. XDGrim Jr. wrote:best way to stop a fire...remove the fuel.Grim doesn't no what is happening,
Just that ignance is all fiery
And that Lang (bravely) ran away
Better way... cast "extinguish" or geyser
Lol! Don't know what that would do to a firebird though
GM Fireclaw |
That might not work Tybs - remember that Ignace's fire comes from the Plane of Fire.
Also, magic fire works without oxygen. Says so in the Dragonstar handbook. :)

The perception DC to notice a burrowing creature is 25+1per 10ft beyond the initial 10 feet.
Tremor sense (among other things) also gives a +8 on such checks if you are trying to notice something beyond their normal distance
Inside of a healing enchanted school with a diminuative vine?
I think its reasonable to up the DC....
Also...
No surface evidence....
The yellow boxes |
There shoudl also be modifiers on that check for size and such, not to mention that you can still stealth while burrowing.
Tremorsense /is/ fairly foolproof though, but Ardiente isn't likely to return to the school until the end of the day.
I think you're safe from the nanites.
size modifiers to stealth still apply, this is the base DC

I think that the perception 25 to notice burrowing is for things that make surface evidence.... without surface evidence you take blind penalties too right?

no, but then this is harder to see than an invisable moving person,
If stealth is used they would be even harderAnd even if it did, that's only a -4 to the perception check

Where are you getting that as the average student grim and Arthur for instance ;
(Two of my three students) are level 11 and have a wisdom modifier lower than +8 (though it is class for both of them
Also to up the DC just have him go an extra 30 ft down, boom DC is now 50
And given it being potentially 30+ft down, what are they going to do about it?

Say... renkai, ace, David,.... around high 30s mid 40s
Balanced with...mid twenty low thirty...
Just below thirty...
And its going to move through walls too...

Magical silence along with the invisibility. So long as it avoids things with true seeing, there should be no chance to see things without using scent.
Scent can be negated for an hour using scent-bane incense.
Lastly, get the conceal presence feat, for those with blindsight not reliant on smell or hearing.
Temorsense is easy to negate with overland flight.
