I saw the Godzilla Movie and Finding Nemo at one as a kid... I also distinctly remember lying about my age to get my parents to pay less to see the movies, without any prompting from them to do so.

The last thing I saw at our old Drive in before it closed was the spongebob movie now we go to one a state down from us. Biggest screen in north America. Awesome BBQ. Double feature too. ^_^

I truly am sorry, and never meant to get any result out of it, I was being immature. Not everyone can have the same thing. I was a little jealous because even a character who is supposed to be a prodigy couldn't possibly outshine a champion. Despite how I felt then, i didn't mean to make things into a mess, witch i likely did.

Look, Champions are badass, yes, but I truly don't feel that a prodigy of any kind will automatically be out-shined by one.
Especially because, due the very nature of Champions, its hard to build a PC whose mechanics are directly tied to its Patron, with a few exceptions. Darkness, Knowledge, a couple of others, could have PCs that take advantage of their Champions abilities, but that's not really the case all around.
Look at Vai and Fei for example. Vai is a swashbuckling half dragon, who instead of the template, has the PrC to become one. Not many Light based abilities there. Heck, there aren't even all that many spells with the Light descriptor.
Fei's a Monk, which while badass, doesn't fully lend itself it Courage. Sure, he has lots of courage, as that's kinda a part of the monk mindset, but class feature wise? Not so much.
Besides, in Igni's case, he who is a prodigy, you haven't even figured out the second half of his gestalt. If you want to be a super fire user, able to outshine pretty much anybody save an actual deity of fire, MAKE IT SO.
Oh, and note, I do not believe Fire is a Patron. Its elemental, not idealistic. So unless I am mistaken, there will be no Champion of Fire to come along and outshine Igni.
Hell, Grim very possibly could be a better necromancer than Krays, once he "grows up/levels" and fully unlocks all his power.
Again, Champions don't automatically equal better than anybody else in a given field. For the most part, them being a Champ is plot based, and story driven.

Yeah, the dragon disciple side of Vai's gestalt is bascially to limit her power somewhat. I mean, I could've just made her straight up were-dragon like the rest of the Sunwakes... but decided not to.
Originally (and Lyn can verify this), I actually wanted Vai to be the Champion of Hope, rather than Light. Hope already had a slot filled (and now, I like Light better anyway). The point that MG makes is valid though: Vai might have a degree of Mastery over light... but there are very few light-based spells. And while spectrum spray is cool, it's actually not that great in this game, save for a few niche uses.
Vai's tie-in with Light is that electricity and Light are intrinsically linked... but there's actually not much synergy between the two. /shrug

And yes, I was taking yesterday off for mother's day. I was busy being thoroughly spoiled. ^.^
Even the weather was perfect, not quite fifty degrees. My favorite temperature. Got new charms for my bracelet, a whole stack of Fables (comics store had a 20% discount for moms on mother's day which was awesome), walked around Kerrytown all afternoon, got chocolate fondue, and ended the day watching the Redwings beat the Ducks in game 7. (Yay!)Pretty much a perfect day. :)
Of course today I'm paying for all that time outside while everything is in bloom as I can't seem to stop sneezing....
