What would happen if Kray's staff broke?
Would the souls just go where they're meant, or would we be royally screwed?
His staff is his Champion weapon. If it broke, it would mean that Death itself was weakened to a point to allow it to happen, which wouldn't be a good day for anyone.
Anyway, the staff has special abilities that only work for Krays if the staff has souls in it. 2 of the bad guy's souls have been consumed already, Repp was a recharge. Basically, the horror of the staff is its turning the soul into a mana battery and burning it to fuel its powers, which the soul itself is keenly aware of. Basicaly it's a devourer (the creature) stick, that turns into a reaper-like scythe. I think there were a few HD of soul left from Chan (or Aegtheryx?), but now all of Repps HD were added to the pool. 1 HD = 1 level of spell, cast as a spell-like. This is how he's able to raise or resurrect people so quickly. once the staff runs out, he'll have to cast them the long and expensive way.
So, in my head canon, if the staff broke and the souls were freed, they could possibly escape, but be greatly diminished, maybe even to the point of non-sentience...
But, they would be pissed as hell, I'm sure.

EDIT: It's possible that whatever deity they venerated in life could claim them if they escaped the staff...but in a purely Golarion sense, if they couldn't haunt or otherwise anchor themselves in or to a person, they'd go on to the Boneyard and await judgment.

Well, it was de la Fuerte. But he dropped that after his parents were executed. Kind of a knee jerk reaction of I'm gonna reject you right back. So he currently is without a last name. If Ryleh had a last name he probably would have used that, but she's never bothered with what seems to her a strange convention.
Edit 1: and I think that he felt weird about asking the aunt and uncle he barely knows if he can use their name.Edit 2: If he asked Ryleh about it (and spent some time explaining to her what the point of a family name actually is) she might offer to let him use her grandfather's name as his family name. And it's plenty prestigious since Xaire'thon was one of the people in charge of building Agartha.

And use whatever profile pic you like. You have to work with the characters established history and personality, but that doesn't mean you can't put your own spin on it.

What's the major differences, if any, between Andromeda and Ephebe?
I know your image of some Anime girl for each has somewhat different colored hair and outfits, but -- I guess, how similar are the two in appearance?
For all intents and purposes they're basically identical twins. Ephebe's hair is a little bit shorter, shoulder length instead of middle of the back, and she wears it loose. Andromeda wears her hair pulled back into a ponytail. Ephebe wears skintight leather armor and Andromeda wears a tshirt and cargo pants. They have the same petite build, heart shaped face, purple eyes, and light brown hair. That's why Andromeda keeps getting annoyed when people keep mistaking her for her sister. :)
