Okay, hate to double post, but I want to try a cosmic decree, and I don't want to blindside everybody with a rule that would affect everything, so I'm gonna lay it out here first.

Basically, Cryrsanidun is planning to bind the world to an order of sorts, so that all things move in some equilibrium when not affected by divine intervention. Water and sky flow in rivers and pathways, the earth spinds and grinds away in its own flow. Things live, then return to the earth, then live again. Some patterns are too complicated and fast for most mortals to anticipate, and some are so slow and drawn out that they seem timeless and immovable, but to the Gods, all natural things will change in ways we can predict and plan for.
Also, I hope I described the dragons in a manner fitting to the roleplay, Aya. I wasn't sure how much to go into detail for something that was mostly your purview.

Not much, overtly, but it is kind of enforcing Cryr's agenda of order, patterns, and natural causality over the local cosmos, so I wasn't sure if that might miff our more fancy free and chaotic deities in an unfun way. Cryrsanidun is apathetic and single-minded, but I don't want everybody to think I'm out to smother the game OoC. Things will be fated to change without deliberate effort on the part of the gods, and not in a spontaneous, chaotic way, either.

To counter a decree for your things only it cost 3ap per thing that doesn't fall into the decree. You can completely negate his decree by spending your own
I would appreciate if you would put your AP expenditures in your post instead of hand waving it like you did.
It gives me nothing to really go on. Also remember, Your points cap at 30 so any you don't spend do not get refunded if you go over this cap.

First of all Magnus I have a problem. I have been examining your points expenditures along with everyone elses. You have major discrepancies.
I do not count Creating The plane of Fire to qualify for the domain of Power. One because it was a free expenditure i gave. I let it count for your element. I also do not count Pyromancy.
I do count Your sanctum, and Your Artifact. That puts you at 6 of the required 7 points needed to buy the domain power.
So you can not ascend because you can not gain the domain.
This can easily be fixed though you have the points.
By the way you just destroyed your Artifact by touching it. Artifacts are the tools of Mighty Heroes. Gods cannot wield artifacts, the sheer force of divine power would crush an artifact within seconds.
It is not really destroyed but is unusable by Magnus.
Gain domain is 3 AP cost by the way.
Fixing that your points spent should be.

Yes, A relic is what you were looking for but created an Artifact.
So you will have to spend 4 points to make a relic. Good thing with this though you would then qualify to take power Domain and spend the points necessary to ascend.
Oh! I apologize, I didn't want to be presumptuous about when we were getting AP, even though you gave pretty clear-cut times about it. I'll try to be more fruitful tonight.
