I think we're at four casualties now? Damn, this Giant is handing us our arses.

not dead just unconscious and waiting

The giant turns his attention to the half human, half dwarf ranger.

full attack:
+19: 3d20 ⇒ (19, 9, 12) = 40damage+9: 1d8 ⇒ 51d8 ⇒ 52d6 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4

The deadly fists leave Magnum badly bleeding on the ground as he takes a left, a right, and then a two-handed finisher. Hon is still staggered having slipped the finisher.

Party up.

Pito steps up to the giant, his eyes red with fury. He lets out chant in perfect dwarven: 'Heart be true, and axe will be true'.

His blow is aimed at the towering behemoth.

hit: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 10 = 16

Unfortunately the axe fails to connect.

The Giant shouts: "Pito, you traitor, your next."

giant:
"Thats what your wife said after you left her bed. Guess she prefers a rutting gnoll."

Hon manages to spit out a bloody giant curse accompanied by a deep chuckle as he draws his hammer in a shaking hand. And yes he remains prone for the moment.

Taunting. Not just for kender...

The banner belatedly triggers an echo of Nar's healing.

5 more HP, Hon is at +5 and can act now.

Kragg groggily wakes up pulling a wand of cure light wounds from his pack. Activating it on himself he heals 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2 and just lays there for a moment. 3hp total now

Rapid Shot PBS: 1d20 + 8 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 8 - 2 + 1 = 13

Luilfr Bite: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

In the confusion, both Joan and Luilfr make a poor showing.

Gallak's roar reverberates across the walls with pitch and volume uncommon in a dwarf. His white beard blows in an impossible wind, his normally blue eyes a decided yellow, slitted black and seething with uncontained rage.
Form shifting, as if seen through the lense of a broken glass, he levels his father's axe with his scowl, sighting across the mirror polish as his features distort into a sneer revealing needle-like teeth.
Supernaturally enhanced speed carries him with the force of a cannonball into the giant, his feet leaving the ground in a leap as he swings the massive axe in a wide arc.

Attack : 1d20 + 9 + 2 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 9 + 2 + 1 + 2 = 28
Damage : 1d12 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 8 + 2 = 14

Depending on the way the rounds have worked out this may be two turns or happen all at once, I'm not sure, but it'll be cast mirror image followed by a charge, entering rage the moment he reaches the giant. If it's not possible to charge (though I think it is) Gallak will instead advance using acrobatics to try and mitigate the reach advantage.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13

With Magnum injured on the ground and Gallak advancing, the giant continues his devastating pummeling. He starts with Hon and Pito, the wisecracking dwarf and renegade gnoll.

Hon defends himself as best he can (+4 to defensive)
and possibly a bluff bonus Hon Bluff: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15

Giant full attack:
Hands at +19 starting with Hon 3d20 ⇒ (8, 11, 5) = 24 damage at +9 1d8 ⇒ 41d8 ⇒ 82d6 ⇒ (2, 2) = 4

The first fist hammers Hon bleeding to the ground Hon at -9hp total

The next blow hits Pito, and the devastating two handed finisher leaves Pito coughing up blood but still standing. The giant retreats a few huge steps up leaving him towering even higher above the dwarves. As Gallak approaches, Pito hands him the enchanted axe and falls to the ground in an exhausted heap.

Gallak is just below the giant unable to reach this turn. I will have him advance the next turn. Everyone up.

From down the stairs, you can hear some shouts in dwarven. "Free us. Free us. We are imprisoned below."

Joan:
HP: 34/34, NL: 0 | F: +3 (+4 vs. Environment), R: +7, W: +3 | Per:+13, Init: +3 | Arrows: 12, Laen: 16, Healer's Kit: 10
Liulfr:
HP: 24/24, NL: 0 | F: +5, R: +5, W: +2 | Per:+5, Init: +2

"Luilfr! HEEL!" Joan barks out as she steps over Pito. Though the wolf snarls at the giant, he obeys.

"You're either brave, or foolish." She tells the gnoll as she lets off a shot.
Rapid Shot, PBS, FE: Giant: 1d20 + 8 - 2 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 8 - 2 + 1 + 2 = 18
Damage: 1d8 + 3 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 3 + 1 + 2 = 13

"I'm not sure which, but I hope you still have enough wits to tell me why I hear a couple of Dwarves calling for help." She continues as she lines up another shot.
Rapid Shot, PBS, FE: Giant: 1d20 + 8 - 2 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 8 - 2 + 1 + 2 = 22
Damage: 1d8 + 3 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 3 + 1 + 2 = 7

And Joan is rapidly running out of Arrows.

Kragg stands up still bleeding and heads to the group with his urgrosh in tow. Hopefully he can stop some of the bleeding on others before it is too late. He saw Nar heal Hon, now if he can just heal Magnum then everyone else will have a chance at surviving this.

The giant takes a massive blow from Gallak after throwing a two handed punch at the advancing dwarf. Joan connects with another arrow that strikes the giant through thick hide. AoO/damage: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (12) + 19 = 312d6 + 13 ⇒ (4, 5) + 13 = 22

Gallak shrugs off his gnomish backpack, the healing light washing over the crumpled Kib to no avail. With a scowl, he takes off at a pace that would shame the northern winds, racing after the wounded giant.

Bleeding ears, headache, HEY Who ripped up me clothes?" Hon takes a moment to stare at the ceiling, until Gallak leaps over him taking the the stairs by two and three. "Oh. Oh crap. Here we go again," as the memories return in a rush.

Still prone, Hon turns his head to assess the scene of his almost death. Spying Kibs form and gear, "I really need some better tools, Kib was smarter than me. I would've told him that but... eh. We've got pissed off giants running about."
Stumbling upwards, Hon walks to Kib to do an inventory check.

Hon is angry, for now this makes every time he made an effort to do the loyal good dwarf effort, he has gotten his rear handed to him.

Striking with the force of many, the white dwarf drives the blade of the axe deep into the giant's chest and pulls down as he feels it crush bone, driving a torrent of acidic salts deep into the giant's flesh. He roars a victory scream, more bestial than dwarf.

Worked out better than expected.

From around the corner, there comes a horrific chopping sound. The sound of steel on stone, rhythmic as the forge. The giant's head, like a soft boulder, turns the corner and gently bounces down the stairs, but the noise remains. As the group rounds the corner, they find Gallak, skin steaming, his features covered in blood from the mangled body of the giant. Gallak chased the giant up the spiral staircase. After dropping the large frost giant, the giantess appeared with long hair streaming from a chain helmet and a large greatsword. The giantess is wearing a large chain shirt and has a horn slung on her side. As Nar and Joan approach, the giantess seems very angry. In the crowded stairwell it will be difficult to attack the giantess without someone suffering some sort of reprisal.

I will try to update giantess on map, but the 3-D is challenging.
