Sure, I'll move at full speed. And yes, I am aware that increases the DC by 10. If I get hit, I'll deal, and hopefully not go down
Coming up behind the statue, Blaze lashes out with Sunstrike 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12 But his footing is a little off and he misses.

DM - Voice of the Voiceless |

As Blaze attempts to move past his foe, it lashes out with one of it's metallic legs...
AoO: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (17) + 12 = 29 for 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9 Miss chance: 1d10 ⇒ 7
...catching Blaze with a raking gouge across his side. Blaze's return strike and Grusk's blow both clang off the creature metallic hide.
The statue ignores the Keleshite when it spies the weapon of it's kin in Grusk's hands. It's own trident lashes out...
Trident: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (13) + 13 = 26 for 2d6 + 7 ⇒ (1, 6) + 7 = 14 Miss chance: 1d10 ⇒ 6
...one tine tearing through the half orc's upper arm with force.
Action Tracker (Adjusted): Statue, Blaze, Kaavel, Grusk, Darkbiter, Doc, Sentis + Baran

The strike of Kaavel's chisel rings out once more in the chamber, releasing the dead cyclope's other arm. It fades to nothingness in the same manner as the first and Kaavel feels the cyclops sighing in relief.
Just the ankle chains left.
Sentis maneuvers around to the back of the beast as Doc gives Darkbiter a refill.
Action Tracker (Adjusted): Statue, Blaze, Kaavel, Grusk, Doc, Darkbiter, Sentis + Baran

Darkbiter |

Dark seems quite unconcerned about the whole thing as he wakes up. "But I like naps. They are quite pleasant, and I figured you would have finished off the statuary by now." Not having anything better to do, and clearly not able to do much against the statues, Dark starts to move around the smoke on the other side to go see how the monk is doing, and his sword might end up being more useful on the chains than on the statue.
Using form of the bear again to give him a 50' move speed.

Memluk "Blaze" Seljuk |

Aww, You're no fun. In my RL games, if a player rolls a nat 20 to confirm a nat 20, something awesome happens and damage rolls aren't required.
Blaze decides its time to end this and infuses Sunstrike with some of his arcane energy, making the scimitar much deadlier than normal Spending two Arcane Pool points to increase my crit multiplier by 1. 3d6 + 18 + 2 ⇒ (5, 3, 1) + 18 + 2 = 29

DM - Voice of the Voiceless |

Blaze's blade finds a joint in the creature's armor and strikes a powerful blow, causing the statue to lurch in pain... but it remains standing.
Grusk rubs himself with dirt, while Darkbiter makes his way around the conflict towards the thronebound and now armless preserved cyclopean.
The statue's attention is drawn to the keleshite, and it's trident is driven toward's Blaze's chest...
Trident: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (2) + 13 = 15 for 2d6 + 7 ⇒ (6, 3) + 7 = 16
...though it's aim is ill-directed.
Action Tracker (Adjusted): Statue, Blaze, Kaavel, Grusk, Doc, Darkbiter, Sentis + Baran
Kaavel can strike at an ankle chain, and Darkbiter will be able to this round as well.

DM - Voice of the Voiceless |

Not dumb... but actions render it moot.
Kaavel and Darkbiter rain dual hammer blows unto the chains that bind the cyclops legs in place, freeing the dessicated creature from it's bonds. It begins to laugh as it stands up from it's seat and throws it's head back and roars to the ceiling "Mwen mare l 'pa plis ... Dwa tire revanj ... tire revanj ak lanmò..."
It then turns to regard Kaavel and Darkbiter with it's eyeless skull, talking as it's body slowly dessicates and falls to dust around it. In elvish it states "My thanks to you... friends of the undying." and it disintigrates to nothingness... though you see the hint of a smile upon the cyclops' lips.
The reaction of the remaining statue is immediate. It sighs a relief and you get a single word worm it's way telepathically into your mind Release before it slams the hilt of it's trident into the ground and you feel a sudden pop and rush of air from where it stood... it has vanished into thin air.
Looking to the throne that you recently freed the cyclopean from, you find that it was not lying. The seat of the throne is hinged, and there is a compartment that you believe you could open.

Sentis Spinis |

Sentis removed the mask still quite unsure to its properties beyond hearing the chanting and tucked it back into his pack. He'd have to research it much further and at least learn Polyglot.
Confident in Grusk's trap finding skills; the druid reaches in to remove the bundle.

DM - Voice of the Voiceless |

The bundle contains a few hard items, so when you get it out you unroll it upon the floor. You find curious items within...
A shortbow in shape, but seemingly made of snowflake obsidian stone instead of wood.
A leather belt, which has a sky blue stone set into the belt buckle.
A simple mottled brown wooden rod affixed with copper bands that bear a patina of corrosion.
A hollow clear tube that seemingly holds a liquid flame.
As you remove the bundle, you also note that the book below bears Ghol-Gan iconography.

DM - Voice of the Voiceless |

For clarity - there is only one trident present, and it is currently held by Grusk. The second statue carried all of it's arms with it when it teleported away.
The shortbow bears an amorphous enchantment upon it that seemingly reacts to the wielder. The strength of the pull required dependent on the strength of the wielder. It also contains magic of conjuration.
Composite Shortbow +1 - Strength bonus variable dependent on wielder, and it creates it's own arrows (that deal 1d8, rather than 1d6)
The belt is not magical, but the stone set into the buckle is similar to one that has been found before - another ioun stone. The enchantment upon this seems to be linked to earth.
Belt if worn grants Stability as per the dwarven racial trait, and allows you to ignore difficult ground caused by rocky terrain. 1/day can use standard action to 'attack the ground' with a stomp - that then generates a mini earthquake. Effectively an AoE trip against adjacent.
The rod is magical, though it's magics are beyond your ability to plumb. The rod is a few feet in length, and each of the four bands appears to be able to be depressed.
The flame within the tube is non-magical.

Sentis Spinis |

Powerful items. We can make good use of these.
Sentis knelt to his haunches and relaxed for the first time in what seemed days.
Holmburg will love to see this book. How do we keep running into these Ghol-gan places anyways? Seems way too coincidental. In the last month we've found two of their constructs and this is a race of people that most havent even heard about.

Darkbiter |

"Indeed, it does seem rather more than pure chance. I suspect that we shall be finding more of them before we are done. Hopefully the next one will be more informative so that we can actually learn something useful about them." Darkibiter relaxes a bit now that the fight is over.
