Savendir Inaris |

Responding to Flavia, Savendir says, "A wolf attack like that is highly unusual. Experiencing two of them would be like lightning striking the same place twice."
"Although I've been known to make that happen," he adds with a grin.
"The firewood should be sufficient for the night, but lanterns serve a useful purpose for those of you with limited eyesight. For me, I'm quite comfortable under the stars with the ground beneath me."
He will take any watch. If he is not first, he will settle in for his trance.

GM Tordek |

It is a very dark night. Enard and Matsumoto take the first watch. Matsumoto's attention seems to be focused on Akari but Enard keeps a sharp look out. Aside from the chirp of crickets and the flickering of the light from the fire, Enard does not see anything suspicious. At the end of the their watch, Matsumoto and Enard wake Flavia and Urzur for their watch.
Urzur please make a perception check. I already have Flavia's check. I'll take a perception rolls from Savendir and Mason if you wish also for your watch.

Enard Darkblade |

After waking the second pair, Enard settles into his bedroll.
He falls asleep quickly, his sword within armreach - in fact he hold the scabbard in his left hand as he sleeps. His eyes flicker beneath the lids and he occasionally mutturs fragments of words in his sleep, although it otherwise appears he sleeps quite soundly.

Mason inspects the condition of the shrine. He estimates that it has been a month or two since someone has attended to the shrine. Nature seems to be taking back the area.
As Flavia, hears a sound directly to the east, Urzur hears something to the Northeast. Somethings or some people are coming from multiple directions.
Initiative rolls please

Flavia Sparacino |

Mason needs a position on the map.
"Probably gophers," Flavia says loudly, nudging Rokuro urgently with one foot while making ready to attack anything nasty-looking that comes into the campfire's light.
Ready rapier attack against anything hostile that enters her threatened squares. She essentially yells her comment, so Perception DC should be quite low.

GM Tordek |

Perception rolls of sleeping PC's to see if they hear Flavia's comment - DC 10
Mason Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17

Mason and Savendir are awaken by Flavia's warning about gophers. Enard continues to sleep soundly.

GM Tordek |

A flurry of arrows fly toward the camp out of the darkness. They come from east and south east but the darkness obscures their exact location.
Arrow 1 - Urzur: Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7, Damage 1d8 ⇒ 1
Arrow 2 - Flavia: Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6, Damage 1d8 ⇒ 2
Arrow 3 - Matsumoto: Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15, Damage 1d8 ⇒ 8
Arrow 4 - Mason: Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21, Damage 1d8 ⇒ 7

Flavia Sparacino |

"Curse this darkness!" Flavia grabs a sunrod from her pack and strikes the end on the ground, igniting the tip and stepping toward the arrows.
Move to retrieve, standard to ignite, 5' step. Sunrod is 30' radius normal light - should I mark the map with it?

Urzur Allsmasher |

Remember, Urzur has an Ioun Torch on as well, he exudes a 20' light radius.
"Sure."
As for actions, Urzur moves east to find the mystery assailants... where exactly will depend on what Flavia's sunrod ends up revealing.

Savendir Inaris |

Savendir whispers to the East Wind, calling it to come to the party's aid. A barrier of swirling winds materializes in between the party's campsite and the source of the arrows.
Wind Wall cutting off, roughly, the direction the arrows came from. Probably O9-O14, unless Savendir is able to get a more accurate sense of where they are coming from, with his Darkvision.
Those who want to walk through it can do so, but I don't feel like letting us all be pincushions.
I also draw my scimitar.

GM Tordek |

The arrows fly past Urzur and Flavia, but Mason and Matsumoto are not so lucky as each feels an arrow pierce their bodies. Flavia opens a sunrod to try to illuminate the area better, but she can see no assailants in the light of her sunrod.
Savendir, with your low-light vision, you on the other hand can make out five bandits with longbows out to the east and southeast. To the Northeast of Urzur, you see a more heavily armed woman with a dagger drawn, trying to sneak toward Urzur.
After you read this spoiler, please go to the map and select Columns P - Z, then select text color, and select black as the text color. This will reveal the locations of the bandits and the ringleader. Then click on undo to rehide them for the others. For now, you will have to verbally try to describe the locations if you don't mind. At least until someone gets a light source near enough to illuminate the villains for the human members of your party. Also, feel free to move the wind wall as you see fit once you see the bandit locations. Thanks
Urzur, the light from your Ioun Torch does not reveal any asailants.

GM Tordek |

Enard perception: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
The escalated sound of shouts as arrows come flying into the camp are finally enough to rouse the soundly sleeping Enard from his slumber.

Savendir (Savendir summons a wind wall. Shown in blue on the map
Urzur (will move toward the attackers once their location is revealed to him)
Matsumoto

Seeing Urzur's Ioun Torch, Rokuro digs around in his pouch for a second and pulls forth his own. Tossing it up, it sets to spinning around his own head as he moves south along the line of the Wind Wall trying to see as much as he can and also preparing for an enemy to come around the southern edge of the wall.
Move Action to pull out Ioun Torch and set it spinning.
Standard Action to move to L20.

Enard Darkblade |

Thanks Tordek, sorry again for the delay.
“Wha ...?” Enard’s eye’s open, then blink shut again against the unexpected light. By instinct he grabs the scabbard beside his bedroll and draws forth his sword, the jet black blade not glinting at all in the light. Then he murmurs the words to a spell of protection.
Move action, draw sword. Standard action, cast shield. Normally if camping in the wild Enard will leave his armour on if wearing light armour, but as I haven’t stated as such before now I will assume he is sleeping unarmoured tonight.
He remains prone for now.
