Dyrant shakes his head and levels a fireball to where he recalled the frogclerics standing and where he sees the flashes of lighting emitting from.

"Angel, I need FIRE! GIVE ME FIRE!"

Dyrant begins the spellprayer of fireball, channeling his rage into living fire to consume St. Cuthbert's enemies.

Finneas sputters as he is rudely pulled from the arms of Death once more.

Standing up, he takes stock before spending precious time healing his injuries.

Toffitt threatens the kuo-toa by the door, but it takes a 5' step and smashes Atol as he lies on the ground (4 damage).

The kuo-toas in the water gang up on Finneas and pound him with their morningstars (11 damage total), but he remains standing. The erinyes follows up though and fires three arrows at him. Amazingly only one hits, but it's enough to take Finneas down again (10 damage). "You can still surrender. You can walk to your fate or be carried there--probably full of arrows--which would be my preference."

Up on the balcony, two kuo-toas fire their crossbows at Glimmil while to stab him with rapiers (8 damage).

What did I hear said through that sleet? Something about a large warrior falling? Wait... not Finneas? Again?

Glimmil glances about worriedly and tries to peer through the sleet storm to get a sense of how the battle might be going elsewhere.

"Sorry guys, we'll have to continue this once the storm passes!" he apologizes to the two archer-turned-sword-frogs who were doing such a good job coordinating attacks against him and Cog and lopes off down the stairs.

EDIT: Atol stands up and gestures to Finneas to approach. From within the mist though, so Finneas can't see it...


Dyrant unleashes another fireball. All three manage to duck into the water as the blast hits, but two are still singed enough that they don't bounce back up.

Glimmil races to help and avoids the rapiers of the kuo-toas.

Atol casts an obscurring mist and complicates an already confusing battleground. :-P

Lower level blue is water 5' deep. Diagonal red (which I now see showed up as white unlike the storm) is Atol's obscurring mist. Everything else is open ground except pillars and staircases.


The erinyes shouts at Finneas, "You definitely have a bit of evil inside you to avoid my strikes. Maybe I will save you for last."

As Finneas steps up next to him, Toffitt pours an extract down his throat, curing some of the many wounds that ail him.

The kuo-toa next to Atol and Toffitt takes a step away from Toffitt towards the water and sends forth another lightning bolt that catches Atol and Finnneas (23 damage, DC 16 for 11).

The other kuo-toa in the mist moves and casts a spell.

Up on the balconies, the other kuo-toas can see nothing and start down the staircases much more slowly than Cog and Glimmil.

The erinyes moves into the mist and shoots Dyrant in the gut from a few inches away (13 damage + 6 fire). I don't think he has a weapon out. If he did he can have his AoO.

Glimmil states the obvious in trying to figure out how he can assist the others. "Guys! Is Finn OK? I'm down here now. There's a lot of fog..."

Reading Toffitt's move as leaving the mist and not taking a 5' step toward the one in the mist to avoid the miss chance. I moved him to AX-51 which is now the edge of the mist after the fireball.

Toffitt moves to the edge of the mist and finds a singed kuo-toa holding a scroll and standing in the water with two of his fellows floating beside him. Toffitt guts him and the kuo-toa falls beside his two companions.

The last kuo-toa in banded mail takes a 5' step towards Atol and tries to smash the cleric with his morning star, but misses.

With Dyrant fleeing into the mist, the erinyes turns its attention to Toffitt as he takes down the kuo-toa. She fires several arrows at him. He dodges two of them but one looks looks good, but then isn't as the mist obstructs her view.

Glimmil hits the kuo-toa once, but Atol heals him. The kuo-toa says thanks by smashing Atol with his morning star. Finneas can't quite hit even with the flank as an invisble force deflects his blow.

Toffitt kills a kuo-toa as the Erinyes draws a bead on him and puts three arrows into his side (32 damage total).

The other kuo-toas finally make it down the stairs and draw their rapiers.
