Egryzon the White |

Egryzon let out a growling chuckle as the barroom erupted into combat. This would make his duty much easier, as a life spent fighting in winding, subterranean passages acclimated him to such crowded conditions; all he had to do was escort the guardian away from the fight, and his power would be unharmed! Egryzon had just one bit of unfinished business to which to attend first, though: if the kobold has his way, the slaver will not survive the night.
Clambering onto a table for a better perspective of the fight, Egryzon flicks his gaze across the room as the temperature of the air around his hands plunges to a bitter cold. He notices the thug locked in combat with a ferocious drow, and, when the slaver's form is finally unobstructed by that of the man's enemy, the kobold gestures dramatically and fires a beam of utter cold at the ruffian.

Marla May |

Marla's feet practically glide across the ground as she spins and moves into a better position to strike. In her wake, a disorienting shadow follows, laughing at anyone's attempt to keep track of her. From her new position she unleashes a mighty swing with a violent roar. A yell filled with such wrath that it feels like it could freezes blood.

Eleanor Aurist |

Eleanor smiles. This fight is definitely going in her favor, as it seems the rush of people fighting the slaver has frightened any of his would-be allies. The man has been pretty predictable so far, but now seeing that he's surrounded, the man leaps at Eleanor in a last-ditch effort to take down someone with himself. The slaver forces his meaty hands around her neck, and the wood planks beneath them creak as the both of them sprawl onto the floor. Eleanor bares her teeth, snarling as she trys in vain to push him off of her.
In other words, the grapple succeeded :)
FYI, this isn't my turn. I'm just reacting

Audria |

Seeing the man trying to strangle one of the people that had sprung to her defense, Audria grabs the first heavy and blunt object she could find, a chair, then promptly overbalances as she tries to brain the man with it.
Attack (Improvised Weapon, 2-hands): 1d20 + 9 - 4 ⇒ (3) + 9 - 4 = 8

Phaelanna Xiltoara |

Phaelanna sees the others attacking. This sot would not fair well if he continued and yet he decided to grapple. With a smile Phaelanna stepped forward and lashed out with her hair.

damage: 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
If successful she will attempt to grapple
CMB: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10

Eleanor Aurist |

This man has become increasingly tiresome. He must have thought he would have the upper hand, as Eleanor was a woman, but Eleanor was no ordinary woman; She was drow. Instead of focusing on the slaver's hands on her neck, Ele knees him in the groin, and then grasps at the man's own neck and squeezes, her fingers digging in and leaving visible marks.

Ianthé Jack |
Ianthé was sheltered from getting unwillingly included in the fight,
but could not tell how it was going. 'Blasted tall folk construction! I'm out of harm's way, but now I can't see what's happening!' As several mugs and pieces of a chair fell to the other side of the bar's far end after a loud crash, some of her annoyance abated. A chanced look over the top of the bar gave her a view of the ongoing fight— to which the conclusion was foregone, or at least it should have been– and she had no desire to add to the group of people that were already attacking the idiot.
Sighing, she settled back down to wait out the fight.

Egryzon the White |

A glimmer of confusion appeared in Egryzon's eyes; normally, when he unleashed the powers of his "true form," the target of his ire fell in no time. This man was quickly becoming a nuisance, but Egryzon was experienced in dealing with those. Favoring overwhelming force and somewhat slow to adjust his tactics, Egryzon thus quickly and wildly fired another ray of cold at the slaver.

Damage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (3, 4) + 2 = 9 cold

Marla May |

Marla deflects the pathetic attack and sneers in contempt. "Weak," she says. She rotates around the battlefield once again to strike from a new position. Pure malice engulfs her blade. She strikes low to leave a grievous wound and prevent escape.

Egryzon the White |

Standard: Use Summon Monster II SLA to summon 1d3 ⇒ 2 eagles, in flanking position, adjacent to the slaver.
Amidst the chaos of his surroundings, Egryzon came to a surprising realization: he had forgotten to fully exploit his military tactics. Although his enemy was already outnumbered, Egryzon had been taught to overwhelm his opponents past the point seen in this battle. To remedy this issue, Egryzon inched closer to the slaver, performed arcane gestures, and pointed each hand to different spots in the empty air near the slaver, causing harsh light to emit from the designated locations.
"Birds of the light! Kill him!" the kobold screams.

Egryzon's Summoned Birds |
1 person marked this as a favorite. |

I am assuming that the summoned monsters would use the full attack action if summoned adjacent to an enemy. If not, please let me know, and ignore a few attacks.
As the light fades, two silver eagles can be seen in the formerly illuminated locations. Screeching fiercely, the birds dive at the slaver, tearing into him with a flurry of slashing attacks.

Audria |

It's normally a full round to summon monsters, so you'd cast the spell this round and the next round when your turn comes up they can attack. At least I think that's how it's supposed to go.

Egryzon the White |

I think you might be mistaken. The Summoner's Summon Monster SLA does not explicitly state a casting time, causing it to default to a standard action like all such SLA's, and Summon Monster includes the text "[the monster] appears where you designate and acts immediately, on your turn," so I am pretty sure that my interpretation is correct.
