Ugh, so much work in one level-up (since I haven't kept the gear quite up-to-date). Anywho, Rogar's going to grow up a new buddy :)
I don't think the magic gear from two last encounters is quite divided yet:
chain shirt +2 -->Rogar
potion of CLW
alluring charisma [+2]
ring of climbing
Brine's Sting
Svingli's Eye -->Rogar (or sell)
amulet of natural armor +2
headband of alluring charisma +2

Completely forgot to level up. Will do it now.
Edit: Actually should level up overnight. I've been messing up with Chaenath a little bit when I leveled her up manually last time. Will do it with YAPCG tonight.

Chaenath will take the amulet of natural armor +2 and put her amulet of natural armor +1 into the pile.

Leveled up and took the new natural armor amulet.
Edit: Chaenath has a truly absurd bonus to the Swim skill now btw.

I received Grymp's message and I've come to a decision.
Not gonna lie, I've been too distracted with RL to keep up, and as much as I want to continue (and I really, really want to continue!!) I'm afraid I must depart. Life had become a bit too hectic for me to continue as is, so I bid you all a fond farewell.
Especially you, Alessandra. I shall miss you the most.
Farewell my friends. You have been true companions, adventurers, and the greatest of company. Be the pirates you were meant to be.

I don't think we should worry too much about filling gaps but I think we're missing front line and divine?

Hi! We're leaning good, I think: Chaenath and Doc are the Jiminy Cricket types who moderate my character's enjoyment of killing people. There's a bit more to it than that, but the campaign tone seems to be "basically loveable rogues" rather than "killers without conscience"
Would a CG human arcane healer bard be acceptable? I had a similar character in an aborted Kingmaker game and would love the chance to play it.
Assuming they are allowed, I might also pick up some bardic masterpieces such as Life Budding in Salted Earth, Stone Face, Symphony of the Elysian Heart, The Winds of the Five Heavens, Triple Time, or Vindictive Soliloquy.
I think original build was 15 points for five stats and then roll the last one. But I do think we rebuilt for 20 points later on, when Grymp took over the GM role. I think hit points are done PFS style (1/2+1 after first). If someone remembers for sure, please correct me :)
As Alessandra pointed out, we're definately on the neutral alignment -territory here. No cold-hearted butchers, but not goody two-shoes either. For party roles, a melee guy/gal (aka. Frontline) would be appreciated best. We have no divine caster, but with Doc and Chaenath both able to heal, I don't think it's that critical.
Also, none of the current cast is very charismatic. Of course, Alessandra can do the intimidating and Doc can handle diplomacy just fine.
I'm sure bard or cleric can fit the group fine, if you want to play those.

Yeah I'm pretty certain that it was a 15 point buy.

@GreySector: Both characters look good, so the main question is: which you want to play the most? :)
I suppose Lore Warden and Student of War are both associated to Pathfinder Society. I don't know if the fluff matters here(?).
BTW, at least in the original build we were required to take one trait from the S&S players guide. I can't remember if the later replacements had the same rule.
Squeezing everything imaginable out of INT, eh?
The Chimera is going to have the smartest and least pleasant crew of the whole Shackles :D
(Okay, Alessandra has positive charisma. She just wants to murder everyone...)
I feel none of the current cast is very optimized, so you shouldn't worry about how efficient your character is. It's just the fun factor you need to consider ;)

Yeah play what you want to play. Velasco would be a CG buddy for Chaenath while Gresham would be an INT equal. Both would be interesting.

By the way, Chaenath has a fully crazy Swim bonus now so she should really give up the Ring of Swimming to someone who needs it more.
