Going to say Galin & Blink get the surprise since they both passed their stealth. Then we're on to round 1 with everyone. You all have your prebuffs as declared.

Surprise!
Blink and Galin stalked forward in silence, catching the minotaurs completely unaware while the others hung back. Galin stayed a few steps behind her as Blink vanished into the shadows. She grinned and used one of her arcane abilities to once again blur into the shadows and move towards the two monsters to attack them. Finding them still feasting, she focused for a moment, reaching into her spell components pouch for a small stalagmite shaped crystal. Shards of ice erupted from beneath the creatures, but they reacted so quickly their hides were barely scraped!

Round 1
Galin keeps his distance and sends an opening volley of glowing arrows through the bars at the closest minotaur, peppering it with no less than five arrows. Four struck home, bringing a howl of rage and pain as the minotaur bled freely. It barely sat erect. 88 damage. Archery is broken :)
In her current state Blink didn't want to get to get caught by the monsters, and so stayed behind the bars, casting Snowball to weaken them some more. Her snowball struck true, but didn't debilitate as much as she might have hoped but did nearly slay the demoniac creature.
With the battle truly joined and stealth no longer a concern, Steave rushed forward. Theran joined him, reaching the door through the bars. It takes a move to open and Theran burned one getting this far, so he's stuck there for now. Sorry.
The stricken minotaur didn't bother to rise, instead seizing a vial from its belt and drinking deep. As the vial emptied, he vanished. An instant later the other did the same.

Round 2
Galin steps closer to the bars and sends a volley of arrows towards the minotaur he neglected with his last attack, aiming for where he'd last seen it. Two arrows struck something unseen and brought out a howl of pain.
Aiming at the fallen minotaur, Blink cast Glitterdust. They weren't going to sneak off so easily. Sure enough, the motes of light clung to the form of a single minotaur still just where it had been a moment ago. Glitterdust doesn't have the AoE to get both at their last known locales so I went with the more injured one, per declaration.
Steave moves up and attacks a Minotaur. His shield struck its sparkling head and kept going, bouncing off the far wall before returning to him just as the huge creature hit the ground. It had become in mere seconds the most spectacular corpse in the Worldwound.
Theran was worried when they disappeared, but as they explode in shiny metallic colors he chuckle and moves in. That brought him charging through Blink's cloud of motes. They clung to his body but didn't blind him as he forged ahead and swung his earthbreaker in an arc that crashed into the invisible minotaur and caved in its chest. Still unseen, the creature fell to the ground with a loud thud.

Blink sighed and wiped her forehead before she started checking the area for anything useful. She'd just have to wait until the spell wore off to check the minotaurs.

Blink found the minotaurs heavily armed and armored, with hulking greataxes and a small brace of potions each. They were singularly lacking anything like keys, though it did seem they had reasonably full bellies after their crusaders breakfast. Nor did the many cells have much of note.
You're just down to those evil-radiating stairs now.

Blink Vala |

"Just the evil staircase left," Blink said cheerfully, padding softly back to the area. "Is everyone OK to continue? Those ghost things were unpleasant, to say the least."

Steave Rojerz |

"I'm good to go. Team?" the veteran crusader asks.

Galin Solatar |

If we're fine waiting a day for his powers to regenerate, Galin can heal her fully. I didn't realize that he doesn't actually have a CLW wand, so barring a few potions his only healing tools are Warpriest resources that regenerate daily.

Galin Solatar |

Yeah a chance to shake those off would be good. Let's do that then. I'm not sure whether your max health is 60 or 80, but either way I should have the resources to cover it all.

Theran looks over at Blink, "We should probably rest a bit." He chuckles, "some of those things were nasty."

Blink Vala |

Her normal max hit points is 80. Due to those four negative levels her max hit points were reduced by 20.
Blink nodded. "Sounds good to me. I could do with getting rid of this lingering whatever it is that's making me feel so drained." She nodded to Galin. "Although that made me feel a fair bit better, thank you."

Steave learns that the immediate surroundings of Drezen have been quiet since the citadel was stormed. Patrols have found stragglers and the occasional wandering demon and cultist have taken their toll, but most of the Abyssal host seems to be occupied by the war against Mendev. Of more pressing concern is that the army only has enough supplies for another two weeks, unless a supply line can be opened.

Blink Vala |

Refreshed, Blink considered there position over breakfast. "Should we move some of the army into the secured areas, and have them start purifying the more tainted parts, repairing the defences and the like? We won't be able to break the whole thing, but it'll help to get things up and running faster once we break the last levels, and will give the bulk of our forces - and ourselves - somewhere to fall back to."

Steave Rojerz |

"Drezen is not completely clear. If the demons have rigged the citadel to collapse, we're endangering the troops. I would suggest that they continue to secure this area, until we can finish the citadel." The vetaran crusader suggests.

Galin Solatar |

Drael nods in agreement, It may be faster to move them into the cleared areas now, but for their safety it may be best to wait until we know that the entire citadel is secure.

Steave Rojerz |

Blink Vala |

Feeling much better and less like she'd had a good portion of her lifeforce and soul sucked out of her by an especially vicious pair of undead monsters Blink checked out the stairs, looking for traps. The problem with going slowly and resting when needed was that it gave the defenders the chance to prepare defences.
...although given the lack of organized responses it didn't seem like whoever was in command had noticed the loss of the upper levels yet, or didn't care. Which was odd, but they weren't leaving many survivors, and daemons and there worshippers didn't seem the sort to really care much about others of there ilk.

Once again as Blink reached the stairs descending still further into Drezen's dungeons, the only place the crusaders had yet to venture, she was struck by the palpable aura of menace emanating from them. As she placed her first foot gently, soundlessly on the first step to continue forward, it flared to life with abyssal runes and a horrid shriek beyond imagining and the capabilities of any mortal throat rose up. If not for her lightning-fast reflexes, the shriek might well have flayed her skin away. Instead, she jumped back and emerged unscathed.
