With a triumphant cry, she launched herself at Blink. Her huge sword nearly claimed the woman's head as promised. Instead it twisted against the warding magic that guarded her and left Blink unscathed.

Galin nearly jumped in shock at seeing the woman waiting for them, but quickly recovers himself, snaps his fingers, and sends a flurry of sparking arrows through the doorway over Blink's shoulder.

The barrage of arrows being insufficient, Theran stepped up with his earthbreaker and landed a solid blow.
Seeing the enemy in the doorway between Theran and Blink, Steeve ricochets his shield in the doorframe and caught her soundly. He only caught the weak spots of her armor once, but it was enough. Still swarmed over with monkeys, the woman had just enough time to look in astonishment as the shield flew toward her before it made contact and she fell.
I have a feeling this is going to be over before I get to the opposition.

The crusaders looked thoroughly about the chamber, which looked to be a barracks. Dozens of beds filled much of the room, all jammed together with little space between them. A dozen human bodies lie in a heap to one side, while a dozen human heads sit to the east. Nothing unusual lurks among them.

Galin nods, We've been very thorough so far in our exploration. Until we have time to bring our army to do the heavy lifting, that door is likely the last part of this fortress that we can get to.

South of the temple, Blink found a chamber where two statues stood. Each was an armored woman, her sword raised. Numerous smashed and empty chests sat on the floor. Her keen eyes and a Paizo map blooper that gives it away :) noted a hidden door on one wall.

Nodding, Blink moved up to the door and tried to figure out any traps on the thing, or how to open the thing.

Blink opened the door without any trouble. She came into a chamber wherein a magnificent banner hung from a metal rod, bearing a sword before a sunburst in the hands of an armored woman. Just to its south sat a gleaming alabaster altar. Another four statues flanked the room, each wearing a real suit of armor, while to the south hung a tattered red and gold tapestry.
The intact banner had to be the Sword of Valor, a sacred relic lost with Drezen and which is proof against demonkind when planted by one of pure heart.

Hanging back from the banner - most definitions of pure didn't include ex-thieves - Blink examined the armours, using Detect Magic to see if they were more than simply magical, and checked the rest of the room. A secret compartment in a secret room seemed entirely possible.

Blink doesn't recognize any visible signs of desecration about the altar. Ordinarily, restoring it and destroying any profane objects left about would do the job but there are none in evidence. Indeed, there's nothing that would lead her to believe the altar accursed save Steave's sense of it.
