I'm going to take actions in order so I'll wait until Jofram posts. Until that time Ushari, you can amend, add to, or adjust your actions.

Roger that...

'Shari is going to convert the Channel Energy to a Quickened Channel (1 addl use marked off). She will then cast Magic Circle vs. Evil (subjects gains a +2 deflection bonus to AC and a +2 resistance bonus on saves against evil creatures; Duration 60 minutes.)
Cast Defensively: Concentration check DC 21 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (20) + 10 = 30
5' step to M12

You kinda lost me there - I guess I'll use the Hero Point. I'm not sure how or which roll it affects, or by how much.

Fighting to hold on to consciousness, a stray thought floats through Jofram’s mind - I hope Vaelos got away... Ancient instincts jolt the ranger back to action, and he lets out a cry in Elvish, as arcane magic knits his wounds from the inside out.

Fighting Defensively, magic Armor: +2, +2 AC

Oh, I meant Cast Defensively, sorry, mixed up my actions. Just the +2 AC for magic Armor.
Concentration Check vs DC 17: 1d20 + 5 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 5 + 3 = 19

Rat Bastard, Cheeky Monkey, Sly Fox, <insert anthropomorphic animal metaphor here>

Sorry, Jofram, that was my mistake. I should have clarified all that. You blew your save vs Paralysis by a small margin - small enough that if you spend a Hero Point (to gain a +4 to your save), you would make it.

HERO POINTS

I was about to ask if you meant CAST Defensively... because while your AC is no longer flatfooted, that many AoOs would not be fun.

Rat Bastard, Cheeky Monkey, Sly Fox, <insert anthropomorphic animal metaphor here>

With an eldritch cry, Jofram's wounds begin to knit themselves as he defends himself against his numerous foes.

Ushari calls on the power of her deity as she puts a wall to her back. The wave of healing energy aids her allies while smiting every Greyhound in the room. Two are blasted into lifeless piles of bones that rain down from the ceiling. The rest are buffeted but not destroyed. Over two dozen red eyes snap to glare at the cleric. Decaying, skin pulls back over elongated muzzles as the Greys snap their sharp teeth. Viscous drool drips from their dessicated mouths. They all make a low, threatening, rumbling growl. Given she is the focus of their hellish gazes, Ushari quickly casts a spell of protection.

Light enough that the mud provides only a minor impediment, Skitter crabs his way off the mud and leaps up onto a box in the corner - providing a flank for his mistress.

Double Move - since he hasn't attacked, he remains off the Greys radar.

Straehan debates briefly where to put his efforts. Jayse is surrounded, Jofram is ravaged, and Shaggar is unmoving...

Sorry, Shaggar.

Another bouncing ball of fire launches from his hand and caroms between two greys - flankers on Jayse and Jofram. The first takes the full brunt of the spell and is left a smoking husk. The second Grey dodges the fireball which scorches the wound Jayse opened, cooking what remains of the grey's internal organs. The creature writhes for a second and falls into the mud, destroyed.

Jayse whirls spins, blocks, and kicks... but the claws, tongues, and jaws are too numerous. Razor-sharp hooking claws tear into his ribs as another lashing tongue tries to tear his head from his shoulders. Again, the befouled claws assault his nervous system, seeking to paralyze him...

Again, you can either use a Hero Point (+4 to your Save) or your Ki power. Either will do.

Sorry about your router - those suckers have a poor Fort Save. 'Shari is correct, Skitter is a flanking buddy for anyone since he struck with such savagery. :) Also, you might not have seen my amendment about the Hero Point but you could have made the save with a +4 not the re-roll. Either way, you are good and it really doesn't affect your hit... so we'll go with the larger damage roll.

'Shari - Just making sure you are aware of your options here... you could do a Quick Channel as a Move action and a regular Channel as a Standard action in the same round if you want to. It's expensive on your channels per day obviously but it is a legit option. Even if you don't want to do it now, it is a tactic you might use in the future.

SR: Aye, I am well aware of the Channels situation...trying to decide if it would be wise to do that, which is why I took so long to post, he he. I will def keep that in mind for future rounds, esp since she is rolling...ummm...average with those channels...sheesh.

That was in my initial write-up but I forgot to include the save bonus you get for Ushari's Magic Circle. I revised my post but maybe you are seeing the older version which has cached on your PC. Bottom line, you are still spending a Hero Point to make the save - you just didn't need to risk the roll since the +4 bonus would give you the save for sure.

Sorry, Shaggar's eater is out of your range, otherwise I would have given you an AoO when it coup de grace'd.

Jayse has reached his limit with this f@%$ing mud. He leaps and spins, his blue blade becomes a helicoptering blur around his body... When he hits the mud, the four greys surrounding him rain down in chunks and fragments. 0.0

Jayse Steps It UP!

Next Up... Greys

Jayse...

The remaining Greys hiss and back away from the fell-handed monk to choose other prey.

Jofram...

Jofram's armor and skill successfully defeats the lone Grey that slashes at the Ranger.

Ushari...
Almost in answer to Ushari's unspoken challenge, or perhaps in response to her most recent blast of energy, the Greys stalk her across the ceiling - hemming her in before dropping on her with slashing claws and rasping tongues.

Blood flows from the whiplike wounds raised by the creatures' tongues.

Jofram risks a glance in the direction of the sinking Shaggar. Too many of them. He'll have to wait - If I try to save him now, we could all die.

"I'll get Shaggar - just clear some more of these things, first!" The half-elf grimaces as his blade flashes out in an arc, striking at pale necrotic flesh. "Traako, I hate these Athuum undead!"

Having been rent by several of the closest Greys, Jofram returns the favor. His mystically charged blade carves flesh and hews bone - destroying two of them.

Next Up... Ushari

Ah, thanks - I missed that cast. You were very clear, it seems.

J13 should have been K13, it seems (Map3b?). Next attack is on L11

Rat Bastard, Cheeky Monkey, Sly Fox, <insert anthropomorphic animal metaphor here>

I figured you meant K13 so I applied your first strike on that one.

Not to be outdone by a mere Monk, Jofram lunges and drives his blade into the open maw of a Grey. He neatly severs the spine as the tongue wraps around his blade. The creature collapses, the unlife evacuating its body in a black mist.

Ushari sees the ghouls dropping, thanks to her companions and also secretly relieved her gambit of drawing hteir attacks to her did not backfire on her. Knowing Shaggar only has a few precious secionds tbefore he drowned in the mud, she concentrates her efforts at finishing the Grey between her and Shaggar.

Straehan looks to Jayse, "I'll get Shaggar - you get that last hyena from Hell." Strae scruffs the gnoll and throws his full body weight into dragging the gnoll slowly from the muck. Seeing his distraction, the final Grey on the North side of the room lashes out with a bloody claw. It scrapes off the tiny sorcerer's magical shielding as Straehan collapses under the weight of the muddy gnoll who is halfway out of the muck.

Rat Bastard, Cheeky Monkey, Sly Fox, <insert anthropomorphic animal metaphor here>

Dr. Ushari, report to the V.D. Clinic. You have a patient...

You have Ghoul Fever. It has an onset time of one day before you will start to feel the effects. A Cure Disease will get rid of it or you can try to make the requisite saves (with an AA from Ushari for medical help) tomorrow and see if you can beat the disease. If the Greys had managed to kill you, or if you die from the Fever, you will rise from the dead as a... at your level... Ghast.

Rat Bastard, Cheeky Monkey, Sly Fox, <insert anthropomorphic animal metaphor here>

The DC for Ghoul Fever is a DC:13 Fort Save... we'll apply your roll to it tomorrow (Game Time). Doing it now could result in a failed roll by Jofram with a blast to his CON from Ghoul Fever damage. Since you've got 24 hours before it even becomes an issue, I'd leave it be.

You conclude your search of the baskets and boxes which was so rudely interrupted and find nothing of particular value. It seems, the Striper was stocking up on weapons, some armor, and foodstuffs.

Plans? Actions? Unless you have flying, levitation, or something like that... or you care to get creative with jumping from the solid ground. You are going to have to wade through the mud to get anywhere. You get to move 5'/move action.

HP: 51/79 | | Anatomist (+1 to confirm Crits) | | Fav. Enemy +4 = Humans, Half-Humans, Undead

Ghast? That doesn't sound so sinister...
