Straehan looks at Jayse, "Sorry, the only other help I could give is protection from evil and since the golem isn't evil, it won't do you much good."
The gnome casts a spell on himself and, at the last moment, one on Jofram. "Make that first shot count, friend."

Jayse sees Jofram beginning to step into his barrage, and springs into action, rounding the corner while he seeks out his target... the Crypt Thing. He explodes into motion, closing the intervening distance at an alarming rate, the stale air of the place whistles past his ears as he lunges for the creature.
Move action: move next to the C.T. (use Ki point to boost speed up to 70 if necessary) - hopefully taking a route that avoids the golem's reach if possible. If he must go through teh golemn's threatened squares to do so, i'm banking on the fact that the golem hasn't gone yet.

Jayse - you and Strae retreated back to the others to discuss the situation and buff. If you check the map, you'll see your actual position.
Good news: You can slide past the Golem without drawing his attack.
Bad news: You are not within 70' of the Chairman. So you'd need to use a double move (without the ki point) to close with him.
Also: Despite this being listed as Round 1, your three rounds of buffing were combat rounds, the Chairman and Golem also got those rounds... so no one is flatfooted.
Care to amend your actions in light of that information?

Oh, thanks for the heads up as well as the chance to amend, Stormy. Apparently my browser cached the map page when only the previous map was up.
Jayse hustles around the corner, drawing on his inner power to energize his already-spring-loaded muscles... knowing he's probably walking into an ambush. When he turns the corner, he raises his crossbow, taking aim at the golem, but as he gets ready to dodge whatever attack is incoming, he lets a look of surprise and fear creep onto his face as his crossbow presumably jams.
Swift to use a Ki to boost AC by 4.
Move to L-0, drawing his crossbow on the way.
Standard to go Full defensive - AC up to 36 until next round.

Jayse - I'm not seeing how you are getting AC:36. With Mage Armor and Shield - I have you at AC:26. AC:30 when you spend a ki point. AC:34 when fully defensive. Am I missing something?
Jayse races around the corner only to be greeted by a chuff of steam from the Golem's shoulder. A smoking glass marble fires in a perfect arc, smashing against the monk's chest. The alchemical reaction is instantaneous and unstoppable. A brutal, bone-numbing wave of arctic frost nearly drops the monk and leaves the area around him coated in several inches of ice. Jayse stumbles forward and successfully fakes firing his crossbow with shaking hands and teeth that threaten to chatter out of his head.
Deep in the shadows, Jayse barely sees the Chairman. It is on its feet but remains motionless. He's at A0.

Skitter hits the floor where he was tossed. He immediately leaps and catches onto Jayse's shirt. With the sound of grinding gears he lets Ushari know his displeasure. :: What the hell, Mistress?! By the time I run to this battle on my own, it will already be over!
Jofram leaps forward, force bow singing. The occult arrow flashes towards the central mass of the golem, aimed at an erlenmeyer flask filled with a vile green liquid protecting what appears to be a human brain. Jofram's arrow strikes true. With an audible clink it strikes the glass obliquely and then tumbles away...
There is a heart-stopping moment as you imagine your single best attack has failed... then the pinwheeling arrow explodes in a wave of arcane energy that cracks the frescoes on the wall. Flasks, tubes, and bottles in the golem shatter, spilling and mixing alchemical fluids. Even the impregnable central flask shows chips and a growing spiderweb of cracks. The vile green liquid slowly seeps out in molasses-like rivulets down the golem's chest.
Though grievously damaged, the golem is constructed with such consummate skill that it cannot be undone by a single arrow, no matter how powerful. It flexes its metal arms, the syringes in its fingers experimentally release their hellbroth in anticipation of later use. The eyes of the creature, suspended in the cracked dome that is its 'head', fix on the half-elf.

Straehan pops around the corner and begins casting. So fixed is the golem on the ranger that it fails to pay attention to the rain of glitter which clouds its eye-dome.

The Crypt Thing watches for another long moment. It slides towards Jofram and Fin until the taint of horror that surrounds it jangles their nerves. Jofram's resolve holds, buttressed as it is by bardic magic. But Fin's sword nearly falls from her hands and she inadvertently takes a step back - her features a mask of fear. The common speech whispers from the unmoving, tongue-less skeletal jaw of the Chairman as he addresses his pet. "The archer and another stand before you - destroy them utterly. I will handle..."
It vanishes - only to appear immediately behind Ushari and Straehan. "...these ones." A wave of palpable fear sweeps across Jayse, Ushari, and Straehan. Fortunately, the girding of holy magic and bardic inspiration prevent Jayse and Ushari from falling back in fear. But the quick appearance of the creature and the smell of death on it undoes the sorcerer, he stumbles backwards, anything to be away from it.

The golem seems to focus on the words of the Chairman, specifically the location from which he said them, giving the massive creature a point to aim at... A puff of steam sends a red vial firing at Jofram and his swirling doubles. It misses, shattering at Fin's feet. With a whoosh, flames engulf to corridor, singeing the two rangers.
A syringed be-decked hand wipes at the glass dome, clearing glitter and leaving a streaky spot. One of the creature's eyes becomes visible.
The golem will no longer be blinded at the end of the round.

As Jofram pull his mailed fist from the shattered pieces of the golem, he is sprayed with an icy alchemical liquid, flash freezing the skin on his cheek.

Jayse tumbles and stumbles while Ushari moves towards the creature with the skill of a master acrobat. It is sobering when both acrobatic feats draw the attention and attacks of the golem.
Jayse leans backward as a sweep of metallic claws pass in front of his face by the narrowest of margins. Ushari isn't quite as fortunate. Needles sink into her flesh and syringes depress, injecting toxins into her body. Ushari feels ill but keeps fighting.
