Ryuko |

Marius finds that the manacles are all exactly the same manufacture, likely opened by the same key and thus easier to unlock than he would have thought once you knew the one. The lockpicks are also excellent quality and he is able to fairly easily open the rest of the manacles.
Since Taking 10 will succeed thanks to a +2 from MW and a +2 from the same lock over and over, I'm assuming Marius is taking 10

Dantes Goldforge |

In a whisper, with his eyes never leaving the door, Dantes says We need to draw them into the room. That will get the door open for us and give us a chance to take them down without alarming others.

Slevin Wraith |

"How does a window and rope sound?" he replies with a grin at the obvious quizzical look.
" We just need to either keep the guards out there, or bring them in here and kill them quietly so the rest don't swarm us in here. Let me see what else I've got."
Slevin quietly chants, while moving through a form with his hands allowing him to view deowmers.
Detect Magic on bag with arcane symbol

Ryuko |

As Slevin pulls the bag off the veil, it expands to roughly the size of a spell component bag, though strangely full. Upon checking inside, you find six very tightly folded black and outfits with silver accents that look designed to break up the humanoid form. Below these are common spell components.

Slevin Wraith |

Slevin crouches over the bag, looking at those in the cell, studying those who stood out, eager to seize the opportunity of freedom, unlike the worthless ones cowering in fear and dread.
Lions...
These men and women all had a reason to make the empire suffer.
Quickly he started tossing the little black bundles to those that he knew with almost divine guidance would stand the best chance.
"Here, put these on!"
Taking in his new compatriots he looked down into the bag again.
"Any spell casters?"

Lyrysa Shadowhisper |

Taking the cloth from Slevin and donning it, Lyrysa looks on hungrily at the bag he holds. "Indeed, I am."

Ezekiel Aumarch |

Staring at the strange black cloth, Ezekiel peers at it oddly. "Such strange garments. I wonder what this is made of. I certainly can't complain about having more to wear than rags, at least." Replacing his prison rags with the strange cloth, Ezekiel looks himself over. "This is really not my style. Give me a fine suit and vest anyday."

Lyrysa Shadowhisper |

"A nice bath wouldn't hurt either. Don't suppose you have one of those in there as well?"

The Bloody Rose |

Grabbing the outfit from the air, Marius slips in to it, feeling better better than he had in an age. Stepping up beside Devon and the rest of the group, he begins to whisper. "Well if we stab one of the others and claim he is hurt, the guards might come in and see what is going on..."

Devon Gerhart |

Devon thinks for moment, then turns to the other prisoners.
"Alright you lot, play along and you all get a chance to escape. We will leave you the keys and then you all can make use of the window and rope after we leave. If any of you attempt to warn the guards or sell us out, be assured, I will kill you before the guards can interfere."
Turning back to Marius, "I think we should get the guard to open the door. We are in these outfits now, we should hide in the shadows and have one of these call for them."

The Bloody Rose |

"Sounds like a plan to me. Okay. Do we have any weapons? That would be useful..."
Marius moves slowly, to stand beside the door, melting in to the shadows, testing Devon's idea.
Not sure of the bonus the outfit gives so I'll just test on straight stealth.
Stealth-1d20 + 11 ⇒ (12) + 11 = 23

Slevin Wraith |

Donning the outfit, Slevin chuckles at Lyrysa's question.
"Agreed, a bath would be much appreciated, if this goes well we all the time in the world for baths."
He tosses Marius a dagger, keeping the other for himself, and motions Lyrysa over to the bag.
"Take the components you need, good selection here. I hope some of you can handle unarmed combat. I'll stand by the door waiting for the guard, trust me he won't see me."

Dantes Goldforge |

He will silently press one fist against his other palm, indicating he is good with just fisticuffs.
Quietly, he'll add Are we sure a wound in the best pretense? They may just call for a cleric. Lyrysa, do you have any tricks that may help? he adds, nodding at the bag she just accpeted. He'll wait to don the outfit depending on Lyrysa's answer. If she has a plan that doesn't require they pretend to still be shackled, then he will put it on.
To Slevin, he whispers Whoever your benefactor is appears to think the six of us would do well to break out together he says with a gesture at the six garments. I am certainly willing to cooperate with all of you. I don't care what landed you in here and it wouldn't bother me a bit to see you back on the streets if it means my freedom too.

Lyrysa Shadowhisper |

Do the guards outside have the keys to the cell?

Ryuko |

After a bit of shuffling to ensure everyone gets the correct one, you find that the suits fit you perfectly. Lyrysa and Slevin find the proper spell components to cast two of any spell they know.
The suits will give a +1 to stealth within the prison, since the guards do not expect the prisoners to even have clothes. Outside they will have no effect. And the guards do indeed seem to have the keys at their belts.

Lyrysa Shadowhisper |

"I can try to put them to sleep. It's not guaranteed to work, magic never is of course. But I'm confident. Though I'll only be able to do it once today."

Slevin Wraith |

Grabbing up the bag and tucking the veil into a pocket, Slevin throws a quick glance at the other prisoners gawking wide eyed at them, trying to dicern their likely actions if any.
Sense Motive1d20 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 9 = 12
Shaking his head as he realized that it really didn't matter, he slipped to the side of the door against the wall standing in the shadows, perparing to embrace them.
Stealth1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
Held standard action to call upon his gift as a Night Hunter and embrace the shadows as soon as guard's attention is called, becoming invisible tto any without darkvision, for one round. Stealth will jump to 36

Ezekiel Aumarch |

"I can't say that I'm all that good with my bare hands, but a dust up shouldn't be a problem, so long as we rid them of their weapons. As for getting them in here..." Ezekiel looks around a bit before making up his mind. Loudly, but not shouting, he says "Guard! Some of the prisoners are escaping!"

Slevin Wraith |

Slevin's blade darts out of the darkness from the other side striking above the collar.
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
1d4 - 1 ⇒ (3) - 1 = 2
crit confirm
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
1d4 - 1 ⇒ (4) - 1 = 3
"Quick before the other one can cry out!" the gravelly whisper comes from the shadows.

Dantes Goldforge |

Dantes watches as the assault goes down. Seeing his opportunity to make sure it is a success, he follows after Devon, lashing out at a guard.
Like Devon, if the first one is up, the attack is on him. If the others managed to take him down, he'll go after the second guard.
Unarmed strike to hit 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Damage 1d3 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Alas, Dantes seems to have broken the vicious attack streak we had going there...

Ryuko |

The guard steps in, only to receive immediate wounds from Marius and Slevin on opposite sides, and a powerful fist to the face from Devon. As he crumples, the other guard is surprised to see a dwarf and a tattooed man step out to swing at him.
Ezekiel Attack:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22 For 1d3 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
In luckily avoiding Dantes, the guard takes a powerful punch from Ezekiel.
Daze save:1d20 - 1 ⇒ (9) - 1 = 8
As the startled guard opens his mouth to yell, Lyrysa finishes her quick incantation, the thrown piece of wood bursting into light, which makes the guard stop and stare for a moment.
Go ahead and finish him off lol

Lyrysa Shadowhisper |

Lyrysa watches as the men go about beating the two guards into submission, another Daze at the ready in case the guard should survive this sound beating.

Ryuko |

Under Ezekiel's massive one-two combo, the guard crumples, obviously unconscious.
2 Chain Shirts, Emblazoned with Talingardean Heraldry
2 Heavy Steel Shields
2 Longswords with Talingardean Heraldry
2 Clubs thoroughly wrapped with leather
2 Longbows
40 Arrows
2 Keyrings with two keys each.
EDIT: The hallway beyond the door stretches to either side, lined with empty cells. The cell which held you and your three cellmates seems to be the only one occupied, and Slevin knows that the door near the end of the hall leads to a guardroom he was led through to meet Tiadora. The opposite way sits the only other occupant of the prison, an ogre who looks morosely out at all of you.

Dantes Goldforge |

Dantes quickly drags the two guards bodies into the cell with them.
Should we let the ogre out to serve as a distraction when we are ready to go?
Have any of the guards been dwarves? I'm asking to see if Dantes dressed as a guard, would he be clearly out of place in an all-human garrison?

Ezekiel Aumarch |

"Well now, it's good to know that my rough childhood had some useful elements after all. Now, I think I'll be taking one of these fine bows, and some arrows. Combat at range is more to my liking." Ezekiel looks rather pleased with himself, and now far more comfortable with a bow in hand. "Not a pistol, but it will do."

Lyrysa Shadowhisper |

"It would be a shame to discard such a magnificent creature, ogres often fetch a high price. Though if his life is exchanged for ours, a suitable expenditure. How many guards did you see during your absence?"
Weapony characters get first pick of course, but if no one takes a bow, I will, if for no other reason than I could conceivably use it to some degree of effect, when compared to a melee weapon.

Devon Gerhart |

I would prefer one of the daggers over a longsword. However, if there aren't enough to go around, I can still use my fists as I have Improved Unarmed Combat and won't provoke AoOs and it is only a difference of a d3 vs. a d4.
Devon looks at the gear and shrugs.
"Not much use to me, you take what you need as I only really care about escape for now. Whatever it takes to succeed. As for the ogre, can anyone here talk to him? He would prove a valuable ally if we can win him to our cause."

Slevin Wraith |

Slevin keeps his dagger, and slips on one of the chain shirts.
"Letting the ogre loose would be an excellent distraction, and while he tears the hell out of this place, we make our way out the window. We could even add a little extra confusion with a fire. Sun's setting, so it'll much harder for them to figure out what's going on by which time we're long gone."

The Bloody Rose |

Sliding on one of the chain shirts and cinching it tight around his waist, Marius stoops to pick up one of the longswords, before strapping it to his belt. "Can't use it but I look the part..." He picks up the club and twirls it in his hand, before resting it over his shoulder.
Marius flips the dagger towards Devon to catch. "Every man needs a knife!" He grins, before pocketing one of the keys and poking his head out in to the hallway!
Perception-1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
Pulling his head back in, he turns to the common folk, hefting the club threateningly. "Anyone moves, screams, talks above a whisper or so much as pisses themselves without mine or one of these fine peoples say so, and I will beat your head in to your body and out your arse's before ya blink. Do I make myself clear worms?" Marius snaps in his best Captains voice.
