Not sure if it's my turn or not, but I agree that we need to speed up, so:
Mariel gives a smile as he sees his spell works it's magic. He glancaes over at his hand and the smile widens as he sees there's still a bit of a carge left. He then tries to reach out and lightly touch the hound again. He starts to try growling something out, but a small look of disappointment at Faliana's lips and nose, instead of a muzzle is all that results. Instead switching to common he continues. Background on Nualia: The primary villain of this adventure is likely encountered here. I'm just copying from the book, but if you are confused the final boss is not humanoid.
Nualia's recent success with the ritual to offer her foster father's corporeal reamins to Lasmashtu saw her rewarded with a promise of things to come--her left hand has been transformed into a red demonic talon. With the exception of her demonic hand and her scarred belly, the rest of her body is incongruosly beautiful. Yet in her madness, Nualia has come to view her silver hair, violet eyes, and shapely figure as a curse, a scar visited upon her by her angelic heritage. She wants to shed this part of her, to become fully monstrous to better serve her new mistress, Lamashtu. Her hound was her faithful companion.

Treasure You find her journal which has plans to send goblins to Sandpoint and burn it to the ground.

I'm good with resting before moving on to E5, during this rest i'mma swap out my loaded round in both of my pistols to silvered bullets instead in case we meet up with anymore yeth hounds.

Lynn spends a lengthy time cleaning and making sure her weapons are ready for the battle ahead before pulling out her bedroll, "We should lock all the doors and make sure there are no secret exits before we take our rest. Bar and block them if we must."

Once the group has successfully done this or, retreated to a more defensible area and barred it from the rest of the world she'd curl up in her bedroll and cover herself with a blanket to avoid the stench of the place. While she was unconscious her form would revert to that of her natural one, but unless there were prying eyes into her bed and blanket cocoon it would be fairly difficult to see this.

For those that make the Disguise check, The 'human' before you seems much more vulpine than you remember and the faint outline of three swishing tails and tall ears protrude from Lynn's figure.

I would like to rest and re-prep spells, but only once I know what we are up against.

Dragon? Resist Energy. Ghost? Force Sword to give to Jeydahvu. Caster? Touch of Idiocy. Demon? Protection from Evil. Aroden can be more useful with some knowledge of what he is facing.

Barred door long rest seems fine to me

First, Monty helps everyone bar the door and hold it shut, making sure no one will disturb them while they sleep.

Once that is done, Monty helps Falina set up a place to sleep, and snuggles in close to her, being a fluffy warmer to hold in the cold dungeon. As they fall asleep, he kisses her on the forehead and softly chirps out something that she by now recognizes as "Good night my treasure" in Vanaran.

If there is absolutely no way to find out what the mystery monster is, Aroden will prep the following:
Liberating Command, Ray of Enfeeblement, Vanish, Resist Energy, and Force Sword.

He has Prot Evil, Shield, Dispel Magic, Haste, and See Invisibility on scrolls (the last one from this dungeon). And Mage Armor in a wand.

That, combined with his 1/day spell from his bonded item, should give him enough versatility. Though he would rather have some way of getting a clue about Nualia's boss.

Faliana practically pounces on the magical breast plate. "Ooohh, This is mine, unless anyone else wants to fight me for it."

She then hauls the two downed forms of the hound and the cleric out of the room before helping with baring the door, dragging things over from the walls and then using her two long weapons to further brace it. After that she pulls out her bedroll and then pulls off her masterwork breastplate and changes into a some pajamas. She heads over to Lynn and begs the woman to clean her clothes again, before snuggling in close with Monty and giving him a good scratching in the places he likes the best and responding in a short elven phrase that he recognizes as "And you too, my dearest!"

The next morning she gets up early, changing out of her pajamas and into her explorer's outfit again. She sets up the basics for a ritual, before starting to prep a meal for the group, trying to make the best with the trail rations and no fire. Once everyone is up, she gathers them all into her large ritual circle and gives them an end of a piece of string that leads back to her hand. "If you don't want to, you don't have to but I highly recommend staying in the circle and holding onto the string. You can do whatever else you want to, though!"

The Séance:
Faliana then starts her hour long dance, starting with slow and precise belly dance, focusing on moving in just the right way. She slowly speeds up, losing a little of the focus on the precision. A good ten minutes into the dance she swings by Monty and sweeps him up in her movements, this culminates in her giving him a big kiss for a good ten seconds. With a genuinely happy smile, she parts from his arms and pulls out a delicate and ancient looking jade kukri.

From that point on her dance starts taking on more and more aggressive undertones, with vocalizations and stomping, with some slaps on her shoulders and thighs slowly working their way in. By the end the signs of the precise belly dance at the beginning are completely gone, her face and body moving in perfect imitation of a Mwangi warrior in performing an intimidation dance right before a battle, the kukri making it all the more convincing.

After a second to breathe, a new, much deeper-sounding voice in a heavily polygot accented common issues from Faliana's mouth. "Oh, I wonder where this is? It be interesting!" With a glance around the room he takes in everyone's faces with a good natured smile. He trundles up to Everyone in order, somehow giving off the impression he's much shorter and bulkier than Faliana's 6 foot frame. "Nice ta meetcha! I'm Moke! And you? ... We fighting demons? Please tell me we are!" After a few introductions, the man turns to Monty and catches him up in a big bear hug. "Ahh, gowd to see my favorite vanaran's still up and kicking!"

Having finished packing up before everyone got up, the spirit and half-elf spend the next bit of time while everyone is getting ready, reading through a few letters from a certain 'Avnavi' and writing a few in return. When the two finish they go collect the weapons barring the door and take a look outside for a second, before pushing Jey ahead of her and starts the expedition to the rest of the dungeon.

You don't have to accept it, but Moke's Champion Séance boon gives everyone a +2 to non spell damage rolls! I highly recommend it as it's an untyped bonus that applies for 24 hours. Fali is also taking the Taboo fro Moke, so don't try casting an arcane spells on her, cause she won't take them willingly.

With some more help from her simple magic Lynn assists Faliana with heating up everyone's trail rations for the morning. Aroden makes Monty's staff magical, and Mr. Monty misses.
Faliana uses a charge from the Wand of Magic missiles found on Lyrie dmg: 4d4 ⇒ (2, 3, 4, 2) = 11 And the Shadow takes some damage
Lynn is up 2 shadows, 1 of which is bloodied.

I did the magic missiles wrong, should have only been 2, yeah, not 7th level, so not 4 missiles, so it took 5 dmg
Then the thing tries to attack while Mr. Monty snake style's it and kills it.

Seeing as her weapons would likely prove ineffective Lynn pirouettes on her heel and with a flourish launches another shattering scream.

"Kren Su!"

This time the air seems to vibrate like and shimmer like thin panes of ice or glass before flying forward at the shade. Lynn quickly skips backwards leaning back and forth like a reed bending in the wind gracefully before coming to a stop near Aroden.

Before the next fight, we want to find out WHAT THE HELL IT IS.
NPCs, journals, tracks, whatever.
What is the room like? Can we get a surprise round? Or lure it out into a trap?
This 'kick in the door and just start fighting' is not how I like to play and definitely not how an 18-Int wizard would act. I want to gather intelligence and information. I want to play smart.

I mean, I understand real-world time is short to finish this. Just take into account that Aroden is doing everything he can to figure out what foes are left on this level, and maybe get the drop on them, not charging blindly ahead.

DungeonMaster

It was a shadow. You find something on the shadow, like the remains to show what it is, but you don't know how is got here, or the shadow of whom. Shadow
Aroden, for the creatures in future rooms, there is no possible way to find out what you will be fighting ahead of time. There is no possible way to stealth in on the creatures, considering all of these creatures are looking at the doors at all times and there is only one entrance. There are no notes or anything to show what is ahead. THE ONLY WAY IS TO SEE THROUGH WALLS. You might be able to question the human NPCs, but they won't tell you, at best they might say powerful undead, instead of shadows.

DungeonMaster

I was editing when you posted, but see my last post. And Combat starts when door is opened. You can make it chase you if you placed bear traps or whatever, but that is about it.

Okay, that would have been something. If the NPCs had told us there were powerful undead. I'd probably have done Magic Weapon on Monty ahead of time, because many undead have DR/magic.

Is there anything at all they can tell us about the mystery monsters in the other rooms? The mystery boss monster?

And hey, you know what? There is a way to Stealth. Aroden has Vanish. When we get to the room where we think the boss is, Aroden will cast Vanish (using his ring), open the door, look inside, then shut the door. We will not all be in the room in melee range. None of us will be in the room. He'll take what he sees and use that information to prepare before the fight starts.

If this boss is in fact the superior of that cleric (maybe a demon?) I would think her journal might mention them. Otherwise are they just irrelevant to her plot?

DungeonMaster

Vanish, Invisibility, I'll allow it, the enemy will see the door open, but will probably dismiss it as powerful winds or whatever. Want hints? Roll me Intimidation against an NPC you've captured, even if it is a goblin, we'll assume you've kept one alive. DC 15, and ask the question, roleplay out the intimidation.

Journal I can find nothing in the book that has the Journal words in it, but yes it will have details about the final boss which I will have to give, for now, lets intimidate for the next enemy

I'm not trying to be difficult - gathering information and playing smart is standard operating procedure in just about every RPG I have ever played. And that's a lot. I did mention numerous times that I wanted to question the NPCs about what we might find.

Aroden wants to talk to Orsik, the human fighter we spared. Or Ameiko, who we rescued. Neither of them are hostile.
"Well, we've defeated Nualia. Is that the end of it? We also killed some undead shadows, don't know if she created them or what. Do you know of other monsters that she kept around? Or served?"
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21

If that doesn't work, he'll talk to Lyrie the wizard. "If you want a chance of living, tell us everything you know. Traps, monsters, passwords, keys. If we don't make it out of here, you die of starvation tied up where you are."
Intimidate: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20

The Vanish trick is only for the boss fight behind (presumably) the locked door. (And he has it prepped, doesn't need to use his ring for that.) They'll know for sure that someone is somewhere out there, but could be using Open/Close from a distance for all they know. I suppose we could set up flanking the doorway if they are stupid enough to come charging out as soon as the door is opened.

Aroden still has his 1/day bonded item spell to use. If there is another thing that needs magic weapons to hit, he'll use it on Monty before opening any doors to the rooms where such things are, and also give a Force Sword to Lynn. Wasting turns in combat on buff spells that could have been done beforehand is not ideal. I can't do much to help Faliana, but I guess she could flex into some feat that ignores demon DR? Or just power through it? I would really like to do what I can to make sure everybody can contribute in the boss fight.

And it would be a shame for those great Diplomacy and Intimidate rolls to go to waste.

Did we find all three of the keys? Also Force sword would probably go better for some other member of the party, Lynn is 100% not a front-line fighter, if there are demons she'll stick to the sides using chord of shards, or other 1st level spells since she's got 2more of those. But this scenario shows me i should get something to deal with ghosts and such.

Force Sword to Jeydahvu, and the +1 Bastard Sword to Faliana, is an option. The champion spirit gives her martial weapons. I can only do one more Magic Weapon spell and Monty may need it. And can't cast spells on Faliana anyway - but can hand her a permanent +1 real sword, I think.

Well in the collapsed Treasure beyond the crypt is a crab the size of a human. And in the Last room, the master I serve is a Beats that walks on fours. It ain't a natural animal, so telling you the name of it won't do you any good, but it is big and strong and will eat you. He can make himself invisible, get into your head and other stuff. and you check the notebook to verify that as true.
