The finer points sail over Creydon's head, but he knows a mortal threat when he sees one.
"Let's see if demons bleed!", Creydon yells, swinging his whip to emphasise the point.
Ferocia moves up to the devil and sinks her teeth into it forcing it to wince and lose control of the spell it was controlling.

"You'll regret your short sighted choices... but not because of Karzoug!" The devil steps back and swiftly casts shield of faith before following it up with bestow curse and reaches out to touch Drazh. Drazh shakes his head and his dwarven resistance to magic helps him ignore the spell.

I'm hoping to dispel that shield of faith, but technically, the spell auto-targets whatever spell or SLA has the highest caster level. The DC for each spell or SLA on him is 11 + the spell's caster level. If my roll above doesn't beat a spell's or SLA's DC, then it targets the next highest spell and keeps on going until it finds one effect it can beat, then ends the duration of that effect.

Anneka weaves a protective enchantment around Drazh.
Creydon continues cheering on his allies and spurring them to acts of greater heroism. He moves closer to Ferocia and casts a spell to bolster her further. Botting him casting Heroism on Ferocia. Her saves aren't as good as Drazh's! ...and will help her attacks.
Ferocia takes a five-foot-stomp forward and viciously attacks the devil, tearing into it with teeth and claws! 199 Damage... that heroism helped offset the shield of faith... Bitter vengeance is achieved as Ferocia tears the devil to pieces, nature's fury destroying it's infernal taint.
The devil is engulfed in an inferno of flames that burn's it and all of it's contracts.
The circle in the middle of the room thrums with power that realigns. Upon investigation you believe it will function to teleport you back to the material plane...

Keeping his senses peeled for Terentius in case he tries to slip into the circle ahead of the group, Marten waits for everyone to enter the portal before stepping through himself. The impression this will leave with those at The Acadamae of him protecting the rest of his team has absolutely nothing to do with it.

Ferocia paws through the remains of the devil and its possessions. If she finds anything of interest she shrinks back down to her dwarven form and stuffs it all into her backpack.
The she (either in bear or dwarf form) enters the circle after Azalia.

Sadly the devil has nothing of value on him and our heroes proceed back to the Acadamae.
The crowd is silent, waiting to see whether any of the hopefuls would survive to earn the prize—as the contestants emerge, they erupt into a roar of applause. Acadamae authorities on the edge of view begin scurrying about to implement procedures for crowning a victor that
have not been employed in over a century. Before anyone can approach you, however, devils of all stripes burst out of the Hall of Wards, streaming across the school grounds and attacking civilians, students, and faculty with reckless abandon. What was a cacophony of excited cheers only moments ago is now a chorus of panic, terror, and pain. Queen Ileosa is swifly teleported back to safety by one of her bodyguards.
Most of the devils are no match notice and are dispatched quickly by Acadamae students but even minor devils like imps are a threat to the average spectator. Several large devils turn their attention towards you. Armored like infernal knights upon some monstrous steed, these fiends of iron and nails scuttles upon six heavy, bladed, beetle-like legs. Their bodies seem to be nothing more than plates upon hulking plates of dark metal, each pierced through with gleaming spikes studded with the gruesome trophies of past massacres. In one clawed gauntlet it grips a long, twisted trident, while in the other it readies a thick net woven with fiendish barbs.
Fearsome giants of steel and blades, levalochs serve within the armies of archdevils and infernal dukes as potent warriors and tenacious hunters, creatures of absolute discipline endlessly obedient to diabolical tyrants. Renowned for their skill on Hell’s battlefields, these fearsome soldiers excel in moving swiftly over the broken landscapes that typify the nine layers of the Pit, hunting down intruders and seeking out errant souls wherever they might flee. En masse, the armored clanking of obedient and watchful infantry sound like the workings of great machines as levaloch hosts man Hell’s ramparts, from the Iron Fortresses of Avernus to the walls of Ashtart. Levalochs possess consistent forms, each resembling all others of their kind in general shape and size, though each devil’s armor proves distinctive. Some claim that the arrangement of a levaloch’s spikes, horns, blades, or other iron-shod embellishments might reveal what layer of Hell or infernal noble spawned the devil, though few have the time to ponder such concerns as one of these razor-legged legionaries rages forward. With little variation, levalochs stand just over 10 feet tall and weigh almost exactly 1 ton.
Like most devils they are immune to fire and blessed weapons bypass their resilience.

The armoured fiends start redeploying on their insect like eggs, clanking as they go. All but one throw nets out at their quarry. One closes in the thrust it's spear at Ferocia. Despite Marten's spell they actually form up into pairs though it becomes apparent that they are covering some of each others weak spots!

Its massive muscles rippling with anticipation, it pounces upon the nearest demon, attempting to tear it to pieces.

Suddenly finding himself facing the remaining devil, Marten hovers up and away over to Anneka.
Anneka completes her chant just as a trident goes flying within inches of her body. A a vortex of light and shadow on the ground beneath her reveals a regal, golden lion (an augmented, celestial, dire lion). It roars, whipping it tail and its massive golden mane. Its massive muscles rippling with anticipation, it pounces upon the nearest demon, attempting to tear it to pieces.
With the last of these devils down you have a moment to remove the nets and take stock of situation. Students, staff and some of the spectators battle against more minor devils but here at least you have dealt with the most significant ones. From around the campus you can hear the sounds of violence. Some sadly are already dead at the hands of these infernal beings.
A chilling scream echoes from within the Hall of Whispers, and a darkly clad student stumbles onto the quad covered in blood before collapsing into a heap on the grass. The sound of destruction continues from within.

Marten helps Anneka out of her net. As the two hover closer to the rest of the party, Marten grouses, "I have very few spells left, and half of them are fire-based, which will not have any effect on these devils."

Ferocia rolls her big bear eyes at Marten and stomps off into the Hall of Whispers, sniffing the air as she goes.
Ferocia doesn't need healing. They haven't gotten through her chimeric aspect's temp hp yet.

Both devils dart forward to avoid the electricity field. Drazh and Ferocia destroy one... the other then tries to use a spell like ability. Before anyone can react the devil teleports out of the room leaving our heroes and the bystanders now out of danger.
