where to now, something tells me we haven't explored all the area yet, like there might be secret passages.

Be careful, all. That was a tough fight, but maybe there's still more goblins to come.If anyone is still wounded, just tell us and we'll cure your wounds. If we're attacked again it might be too late. So where do we go now? Do we try to cross the bridge?

F Aasimar Cleric

"...i once heard this story about a bridge keeper, he'd ask three questions. Those who answered correctly could pass, those who didn't were launched into the ravine."....

Vanea is really pale as they come close to the bridge, and tries not to pay much attention to Natalia words. Especially the "launched into the ravine" bit.
Unfortunatly, she fails at not paying attention.
She payed attention.
With heavy interests.

Not a good time to confess i'm a little unsecure about heights, I guess? And that bridge ... doesn't feel safe to me.

Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12

@ Natalia: What's your name? What's your quest? What's your favorite color? ;-)

Male Human Evoker Level 3 (HP 17/17 | AC:16 | T:12 | FF:14 CMB: 2 | CMD:14 | Fort:+2 | Ref:+3 | Will:+4 | Init:+4 | Perc: +7 | Speed 30')

I am thinking, before we are to be taking on more goblins, how are each of us the faring on condition and capabilities? We have faced many gobbos it is true, but has this the been the bulk of the tribe, or but the tip of the spear with what we have seen?

Looking at the bridge, then at everyone, It may be to seeming cowardly, but if we are near to depleted of arcane and divine energies, we may be wanting to set a safety plan, neh? I am the thinking we take a rope or two of our own, secure them to the anchors here and to the bridge at this end. We cross and face a few more of the goblins if there are being more guards. If in that we must do so, we retreat and cut the bridge lines, but not doing so to our own. The bridge drops until our lines take the hold, leaving the bridge loose and low, making pursuit there the bad deal for the goblins. It would take them the time to be crossing it one to one to one before following us or to be to fixing the bridge.

Nic sketches out his plan in the dirt. If the goblins act to be like most, they will throw a few goblins away trying to reach this side. It is so they may first stop to repair the bridge rather than to ignore it or chose to swim for the shore and chase us down. I have seen many plot and fight and scheme to make a coin rather than to spend a simple day at work to merit the same reward. If the bridge looks to be salvageable, they too may waste such efforts than to be foregoing the span all the together, ja.

Perception on bridge stability: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8
Unskilled Knowledge Engineering for useable plan: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17

I have a confession too, I don't trust engineers, and I'm not sure if the engineers knew what they were doing when they made the bridge.

"Not all engineers are bad. Perhaps those building rickety bridges are, but let's not standardize."

It looks like a fine bridge...?

I agree, it would be nice to have my healing magic fully charged when we cross that bridge. If there is someone skilled enough with climbing and ropes, at least he can help us up if we need to cross the waters... But what if we just cut the bridge and starve out the goblins?

I'de like to mention, not everyone is healed up all the way. Vanea, Max, and Rohan all still have damage. I'm not sure why their status bars say they are full health. I've kept track, but you are welcome to look back to double check

If Nic can make the engineering check untrained, he feels confident, though surprised, that it's safe.

Yeah, I channeled some 9HP worth of curing energy in 3 channels after our big fight against the goblins, on everyone.

If Max can cross the bridge, with his heavy armor, I suppose we will be safe.

I recall the channeling, but if you look back, all three of the peopleninmentioned had more than 9 damage, Rohan by quite a bit I believe

Damage as I tracked it is to the side of the map. If you scroll over your token, your text box should pop out a bit. If that doesn't work, select a text box and the token it belongs to will highlight

Maybe we should rest for the night. This place is pretty much sheltered so we only need to watch out for goblins scouting. Our magics are pretty much depleted at the moment, and we'll might need Nic at full power if we're gonna face the old priest's daughter.

She should be very strong if she's managing to lead all these goblins...

female Half Elf Bard (1); Ini +1; HP 10/10; AC 14 T 11 FF13; Fort+1 Ref +3 Will+4; Perc +7; Bardic Performance 7/7 left

I still have most of my spells, but they are not really useful in fights. If you think we have to rest, we will. My ultimate goal is to defeat the faithful of Lamashtu. I can wait one more day, if that ensure our victory. But we need to find an easily defendable place to spend the night. I don't want to be slaughtered by sneaky goblins in my sleep.

max crosses the bridge.
reflex: 5 + 1d20 ⇒ 5 + (9) = 14 in case something on the bridge breaks and I have to make one. seriously, it happens in so many movies, I'm expecting it.

A rope bridge spans the cliff and a roundish, flat-topped island sixty-some feet to the north.Thick patches of nettles and briars grow here and there atop the island, but it's most impressive feature is a wooden one-story stockade. Two thirty-foot tall watchtowers guard the stockade's southern facade. The rope bridge itself is made of hairy rope and thick wooden planks. The whole thing creaks and sways in the wind above the churning surf eighty feet below.

Max braves the rickety bridge, making it to the other side without issue.

Female Sylph - Bard 2 / Fighter 1 [HP: 20/20 | Spells: 1(3/3) | Bardic Performance: 9/9 | Arrows: 29/40 | AC: 17, 13T, 14F | F2 R6 W3 | Perception: +5 | Init: +5]

Eloviel holds onto the ropes and crosses the bridge as well, slowly. Seeing the watchtowers, she checks if there is anyone watching.

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23

If the bridge does give way, I have Feather Fall 1/day from a racial trait.

Know Engineering: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Vanea knows little about bridges and architecture. What she knows is that she's afraid of heights.

So she gets on all fours, eyes half closed, half wide open, and slowly crosses the bridge, trying not to watch under her

Why ONLY the boys? And why, just because I'm a priestess of Calistria, am I judged because I get on all fours, while no one blames Copperscale!?

Maybe because Eloviel and Natalia haven't shown signs to be into girls. Copperscale's a natural quadruped.
Isn't it "seduction" for a priestess of Calistria when she gets on all 4? :)

Before Max marches up to a tower, I've updated the map so you guys can see what your looking at. Don't touch the black stuff. I'll know!
