Dalron reaches down and grabs Scarlet. Dragging him back to safety by his collar.
If that is not a move and a move, I will retrieve a potion. If it is I will get the potion on the next turn.

@Scarlet the fort save was for stabilization
@Dalron moving down and them bringing Scarlet back up would cause you to take two move actions.
Brunner takes his steps down the stairs to a 15 ft by 20 ft room. Your eyes are focused on Scarlet then you feel something in the room with you. You hear a deep guttural sound and look up and you see a large creature that is hunched down in this cramped space. It has long tree limbed arms, short stumpy legs, and its knuckles are dragging on the ground. Looking closer, you notice that the flesh on its hands and arms are pealing off.
Your attack goes wide.
Dalron is able to retrieve Scarlet and drag him back up the stairs.

This lumbering creature takes its gaze from Scarlet who is taken up the stairs to Brunner who has come forward to fight him. It lifts its arms with no skill or grace and brings them down with a weight that shakes the room. He misses Brunner, but Brunner can feel the ground shake around him. Looking down you can see the stone beginning to crack under your feet.

"A zombie! It's undead, but blunt weapons won't do much good like they would with skeletons.
"Now is the time for my plan, Scarlet!"
Lanliss casts hide from undead on himself and the rogue. Then Lanliss runs past the ogre and draws his sword so that he and Brunner can flank it.
Automatic success against mindless undead. Scarlet is invisible to all undead, now, so his first attack should be a sneak attack.

"That's a big fella!" Barnabus exclaims.
Barnabus points a finger at the undead ogre and a beam of cold energy shoots out to damage it.

Lanliss Cast Hide from Undead on himself and Scarlet and quickly moves behind the massive creature. Once Lanliss is on the other side and next to the far door you see a narrow landing with a rope bridge, but quickly turn your attention back to the battle before you.
As a DM call, I will have to say they Brunner wouldn’t receive a flanking bonus... In my mind when you are flanking a creature the bonus comes from that creature having to keep an eye on the two things around him. In this case, unless you become visible again, it has no clue that you are there and is fully concentrated on Brunner before him...
Moving down the stairs Barnabus flings a Ray of Frost at the “big fella.” It strikes him in the leg and the ice begins to take over its leg. But with its full strength is stomps its foot in rage and shatters the ice.
@Dalron @Scarlet @Brunner you’re up!
Scarlet Blood
Having received the double does of healing, Scarlet's eyes shoot open as he wonders what happened. He sees the big creature though and figures out what happened.
Hearing Lanliss shout, Scarlet leaps up and sends a ray of positive energy at what he thinks is a vulnerable spot of the undead.

Makes sense. It sounds like you're saying that their flanking bonus will become active when Lanliss attacks (and therefore becomes visible).

Hearing that the creature is a zombie and his axe would be more useful, Brunner smiles, "Cheers fur 'at bit ay useful information Lanliss." Dropping his hammer and drawing his axe, he sidesteps the things blow, then swings his axe at it's leg.

Out of combat
Scarlet Blood
Scarlet frowns at the dead thing. "Nasty surprise and almost like it was guarding what is further beyond."
Barnabus Black
"Tougher than he looked for being dead and whatnot." Barnabus says.
"Hard to believe some necromancer brought that thing here without attracting attention."
Barnabus looks around to see if the ogre was guarding something.

GM RelicBlackOUT
Barnabus looks through the open door way. A narrow stone landing connects to a bridge built of rope and wood, apparently placed to cross a natural crevice here. The crevice is tight where it connects to this passage, and it isn’t much wider below you, through you can tell it contains some water. Gray with age, the bridge still seems sturdy. At its far end, perhaps 30 feet away, the bridge connects to another landing and a wider chamber with two ways.
Scarlet Blood
Scarlet moves up to the bridge and looks at is suspiciously. "Could be trapped or perhaps a good spot for an ambush."
He investigates the bridge carefully before he thinks about crossing it slowly.

Wiping the gore from his face while he recovers his hammer, Brunner nods in agreement with Lanliss, "Gross is reit, but better heem than us."
He follows Barnabus to the doorway, peaking over his shoulder. He wait's until Scarlet looks at the bridge, then asks. "Dae ye want me tae gang first laddie. Ah weecht th' most, if it will hauld me it will hauld a' fowk else."
do you want Brunner to go first?
Dalron Northfield

"Could also be a good trap if the bridge has been weakened. I heard of a monk that made a trapped bridge that you could only 'walk on the left side.' to be safe.
We could tie a rope on Scarlet and if he falls we can pull him up? And he is lighter to pull up than you, Brunner."
Dalron sets an arrow on is bow, if someone jumps out to cut the ropes on the other end of the bridge.
Lanliss Endarro
"A smart bridge-crosser would clarify exactly that before crossing," Lanliss says sagely as he retrieves his rope and starts tying it around Scarlet's wasit.
Scarlet Blood
"Right. Let me cross alone first. If the bridge is trapped in someway, I can probably avoid getting hurt. And if the bridge collapses, I'm probably the lightest among us which will make it easier for you to pull me back up with Lanliss rope."
GM RelicBlackOUT
@Lanliss I am assuming that you give him slack as he makes his way across the bridge.
Scarlet begins to make his way across the bridge is shaky, but holding on to the rope on both sides, he is able to make it across the bridge. Just before he makes it to the far side of the bridge, 25 ft away, Scarlet notices that the rope on the bridge is frayed and uncoiling. The rope snaps and falls down into the water below and crashes against the wall on the side where the rest of the party is. Just out of instinct, Scarlet makes a leap for it and is able to grab the edge of the top and climb his way up.

On the other side Scarlet sees the smooth stone landing is littered with small bits of broken rock and dirk. The door to the northwest (right on picture) is shut andintact but the remains of the south door (left on the picture) are propped up against a ruined frame and a badly cracked wall.
Scarlet Blood
Scarlet breaths heavy as he waits for his heartbeat to slow down some. He thinks to himself, "Adrenalin is nice and all, but the calming down is a real drain."
He then looks back over to where the others are and waves that he is alright. He then turns back to the landing he is on and scans the place. Worried that something might come out the south door opening he moves cautiously and slowly while he looks for something that will help him secure his side of the rope and let the others cross one by one until they are all with him.

Scarlet looks where the bridge was originally connected and he sees two metal O rings connected to the stone walls on each side. There is room to tie a rope to it, but the other end of the bridge rope is still connected to each one.
Just from a quick glance you are not able to tell if there is anything beyond the broken door or the shut door.
Scarlet Blood
Scarlet ties his end the rope to the metal O rings and waves that his end is ready.
Lanliss Endarro
Lanliss ties his end to whatever secured the bridge on his side. Every person who is going to cross the rope will get a charge from his Bit of Luck ability.
Bit of Luck (Sp): You can touch a willing creature as a standard action, giving it a bit of luck. For the next round, any time the target rolls a d20, he may roll twice and take the more favorable result.
Lanliss Endarro
"If you have an alternative way to ensure that the complex is cleared of threats to the town, please speak up.
"But perhaps we can include a safeguard. What if we cut a short length of rope for each person, tie one end around one wrist, toss the other end over the "clothesline," and then tie that end to our other wrist. That way, if our hands slip, the rope will help us avoid falling all the way."
Brunner Hammerfell
Watching Scarlet and Dalron get ready to cross, Brunner Nods in agreement with Lanliss, "He's reit barnabus, loch it ur nae, we hae a toon tae protect. we main an aw gie oan wi' it."
The paladin secures his hammer and shield, then taking out his own length of rope. He uses his axe to cut off a small piece of rope then ties it to his wrist, showing it to Lanliss. "Loch thes?"
After a little preparation, Brunner is prepared to follow Scarlet and Dalron across the chasm.
so what kind of rolls are we going to need to do this?
Lanliss Endarro
Going across the rope is going to require climb checks from anyone who goes across. I would also like to know which, if either, of the rope tricks you’re wanting to do.
There's only the one rope trick. Tying a bit of rope to each wrist as a fail-safe in case we fall from the rope that we've already tied across the water. Plus, Lanliss will cast bit of luck on each crosser.
"Yes, Brunner, like that. You go first, then Banarnabus, then Dalron, then myself. Let's go before something comes upon us while we're separated."
