Any and all treasures that were garnered before my arrival are yours to do with as you see fit. I do not nor can I in good faith lay claim to any of those treasures...
So I'll assume Saulric takes the chainmail. Nidjena will take the potion. Selling the chain shirt will net Saulric 50gp. Then selling the rest of the loot and dividing it equally give Saulric and Nidjena 726gp, 2sp and 5cp each.
Nidjena will then (if the Gm is happy) change her shopping list.
With the money and instead of the potion and 3 scrolls of CLW she'll buy a wand of CLW, one scroll each of protection from good and obscuring mist and 10lbs of powdered silver.
Hopefully we're all sorted now. Sorry about all those shenanigans.

yes i will use encumbrance and weight (mostly for armor) but you can drop your heavy MW backpack as a free action when fists start flying.
uh let me try this again. Encumbrance by weight and encumbrance by armor are two different rules and it's suggested you only use one or the other unless somebody's trying to pull something ridiculous like carry a bathtub around.
