Just to make sure, are we ok then with Flavias and the Black Crow applyign the ointment? In case we're about to get lightning blasted?

Liberty's Edge

Poking your heads in the cave you see...
Green luminescence shines from fungi on the walls of this
cave, while the winds outside create an animal-like howl as
they whip past the entrance. A narrow path runs along the
northern edge, and a deep chasm slick with moisture splits it
from another ledge to its south. To the east is a bridge, fuzzy
with dark green mold.

go head and place yourselves on the map once you figure out who gets what items:)

Which map is this? I don't think I see a new one; there are five there which, unless I have created memories (entirely possible), we've already been to.

Liberty's Edge

my bad I'll add the last one tonight

Liberty's Edge

Ok the last map is up. You guys enter from the bottom left side of the map.

What's the grey blobby stuff right in front of us?

On map. I think the grey to just covering the title of C so that we may be appropriately surprised.

Sorry about the bad editing job. Yes the Grey stuff isn't any in GAME mechanic. Just bad editing on my part. I just used MS Paint to quickly edit the map. What light sources do people have?

Assuming I'm able to act...:

Flavias stares down the strange fungal encrusted brain.
I suspect it's also immune but I might as well try

Flavias hurries forward, getting a clear shot with his bow and taking it on the strange creature.

The Black Crow moves into the center of the group and starts playing to boost morale against the seriously ugly purple pile of mush.

"Come on, luv, lets end that deformity's miserable state."

Inspired Rage (Su): At 1st level, affected allies gain a +2 morale bonus to Strength and Constitution and a +1 morale bonus on Will saving throws, but also take a –1 penalty to AC. While under the effects of inspired rage, allies other than the skald cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, Intimidate, and Ride) or any ability that requires patience or concentration. At 4th level and every 4 levels thereafter, the song's bonuses on Will saves increase by 1; the penalty to AC doesn't change. At 8th and 16th levels, the song's bonuses to Strength and Constitution increase by 2. (Unlike with the barbarian's rage ability, those affected are not fatigued after the song ends.)

It's a sonic effect but I'm going to rule that Galdaric is affected. The ability description does NOT contain the word "hear" unlike the harpy song ability or the wail of the banshee spell.
