With a flick of his wrist, Des sends a jolt of electricity at crab 3 in the water. Do I get any bonuses for hitting a wet opponent with electricity
Jolt: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
NVM
Des then ducks behind the fish stack hoping the crabs will be preoccupied with easier prey. (J14)

Thoyoitu "The Tenguin" Choco-ku |

Thoyoitu moves outside on hearing noise, and upon seeing the crabs, grabs some wood from the stack and lights it on fire.
Not really sure if I can do all that in one round, but it sounds reasonable. A five-foot step and a full action.

Victor Rattus Adustus |

victor scrambles to his feet and moves to F9 and spins his sling at the nearest crab. He shoots
sling: 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (14) + 3 - 1 = 16
damage: 1d3 - 1 - 2 ⇒ (3) - 1 - 2 = 0
victor is pretty useless without his crossbow.....

GM Pyros |

While Thoyoitu arms himself with a firebrand, Improvized weapon attacks with a -4 to hit and deals 1d3+(1[fire]) damage, Rosalyn makes an attack on one of the approaching crabs.
The oversized crestacian swims up to Rosalyn 5' step swimming and snaps at her with claws
claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
for 1d3 ⇒ 1
claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
for 1d3 ⇒ 1
Another crab moves in and attacks the party's food supply, guzzling fish and placing some on it's back
2d3 ⇒ (2, 1) = 3 rations lost
The Giant crab moves past Pyre and Rosalyn's reach and comes to a hand adjacent to Victor.

Pyre Igneel |

Pyre moves up to the crab next to Rosalyn and swings his new club.
Move to flanking and swing
Attack: 1d20 + 4 - 1 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 4 - 1 + 2 = 13
Damage: 1d10 + 4 - 1 ⇒ (5) + 4 - 1 = 8

GM Pyros |

Pyre, Ros doesn't threaten that crab as she is using a Longspear with reach, so no flank.
Another crab skitters in closer, swiming with the current and snaps it's claws at Rosalyn
claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
for 1d3 ⇒ 1
claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17
for 1d3 ⇒ 3 One hit for 3 damage
The last crab moves up and attacks the fishes as well stealing 1d3 ⇒ 3 rations 5 lost total
Mistake on the last rolls, the second d3 of the crab stealing rations doesn't go through as it only got one claw attack.

![]() |

Des Lines up with crab number two, then runs up and punts the crab back into the ocean.
Punt: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (18) - 2 = 16

Victor Rattus Adustus |

Victor lobs a bomb at the biggest crab
bomb: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 splash of 6 fire dmg,reflex save of 14 to halve dmg

Victor Rattus Adustus |

I can't see the updated map (if one exists) and bombs are the only form of damage victor really posesses, his strength is really bad.

Lady Rosalyn Aanya-Luminuss |

Rosa throws the spear down, useless if a crab can just walk past it.
wanted to make a point about how completely useless long spears are as weapons under pathfinder. The whole idea of reach weaponry is to STOP the other guy closing, but with pathfinder you just walk past it like its nothing and no flanking just useless, yes i know rules say you hit things 10' away that dos not make up for the loss of WHAT its meant to do.
Rosalyn takes off, that simple.
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10

GM Pyros |

Thoyoitu waves the firebrand at Crab 2 and 3, although 2 seems to pay little head, and Rosalyn backs off, withdrawing and getting herself up to 20 ft in the air to somewhere within 20-30 ft of her last position D:10
The Giant Crab scuttles right past Victor and over to Kumunde and grabs at the unconscious fellow
Claw: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
for 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Grab: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28
Easily picking up the man in it's crushing claws
Little crab snaps at Pyre
Claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15
for 1d3 ⇒ 3 Hit for 2 damage after DR
Claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
for 1d3 ⇒ 1
Crab 2 continues to steal fish
2d3 ⇒ (1, 2) = 38 total lost
Victor, Crab 4 is alone and you can attack him without dealing anyone splash damage, while tossing a bomb at the sick people may actually kill Bessie in her current state.
Desula, you can charge Crab 2 and try to kick him to prevent damage to the food supplies

Pyre Igneel |

Pyre takes a mighty swing at the crab in front of him.
Power Attack: 1d20 + 4 - 2 ⇒ (11) + 4 - 2 = 13 Damage: 1d10 + 4 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (6) + 4 + 3 - 1 = 12
[ooc] If that drops the crab Pyre will move to the ones stealing food.9/ooc]

GM Pyros |

Reflex: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20 The crab 4 ducks into the surf as the bomb esplodes, but still comes out reddish and a little more cooked.
Pyre smashes the tender shell of the Crab snapping its claws at him and then moves to secure their food stores.
The Drow wizard hikes up his tattered robes and sprints at the crab, delivering a swift kick to the creature! It snaps its claws at the drow as it goes flying a solid 10 ft!
claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12 hit
for 1d3 ⇒ 1 hit for one damage
It lands and instead moves in on Victor, hoping the little rodent will be a less resistant snack.
claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 miss
for 1d3 ⇒ 1
Grab: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
The crab Victor torched also goes for the rodent with furiously snapping claws.
claw: 1d20 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 1 + 2 = 19 hit
for 1d3 ⇒ 1 one damage
Grab: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 3 + 2 = 19 and grappled
It holds fast to Victor, grappling the rat.
Desula, you already moved and kicked the Crab. so you go again next round.

Thoyoitu "The Tenguin" Choco-ku |

I'm probably just going to chase any crabs away with my fire stick, but I've been waiting for Ros to make an action first. If you skip her, just assume I'm swinging fire at any crabs near the fish stockpile.

GM Pyros |

Ros, I'm not sure what square you are landing on, but it seems like you are flying pretty out of the say this round. Post a coordinate to let me know where you land
Thoyoitu flanks the Crab 2 and tries to beat it with the firebrand
Sneak Attack: 1d20 - 4 + 2 ⇒ (3) - 4 + 2 = 1
for 1d4 + 1d6 ⇒ (4) + (3) = 7+1[fire]
The giant crab maintains his grabble on Kumunde
grapple: 1d20 + 8 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 8 + 5 = 31
Drag Drags Kumunde toward the water
Constrict: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
It's enormous crushing claws dig into the unconscious man, opening wounds and cutting new ones as the Crab drags the slaver toward the ocean.
Crab 2 attacks Pyre and Thoyoitu once each
Pyre: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12
for 1d3 ⇒ 2 Hit, 1 damage after DR
Thoyoitu: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
for 1d3 ⇒ 1
before scooting away from being surrounded.
Pyre, Desula and Victor (grappled)are up
then the remaining crabs before the next round begins

Pyre Igneel |

Pyre takes a step towards the crab swinging with his new club.
Power Attack: 1d20 + 4 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 4 - 2 = 16 Damage: 1d10 + 4 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (4) + 4 + 3 - 1 = 10
I hear crab is good

Victor Rattus Adustus |

Victor grumbles as the crab grabs him
"OH NOT AGAIN"
Escape artist: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
"THE SLAVER. THE CRABS ARE DRAGGING HIM INTO THE WATER"

![]() |

Des places himself between Bessie and the other crabs. He then incants a few words into his hands as makes a fist and blows into it. A spray of grease flies from his hands and coats the helpless slaver and giant crab.

GM Pyros |

Full update tonight. Long day and have a dinner to bring to a friend that just had surgery
Ret-conning Rosalyn's action
Ros flies over to F:6 and attacks the Crab holding Victor
Longspear: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
for 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
She stabs the creature viciously, not quite bringing it down, but doing significant damage.

GM Pyros |

Crab 3 snaps at Victor with it's claws
Claw: 1d20 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 1 + 2 = 19
for 1d3 ⇒ 1 Hit for 1 damage
Claw: 1d20 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 1 + 2 = 5
for 1d3 ⇒ 3
Crab 4 squeezes Victor
maintain grapple: 1d20 + 4 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 4 + 5 + 2 = 15
for Constrict: 1d3 ⇒ 3 3 damage
moves Victor
That's like 5 damage total right?
Rosalyn takes the opportunity to attack the crab as it tries to carry Victor into the sea
AoO: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
for 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
punching straight through the creature's hide. The crab slumps to the ground, dead, reaeasing Victor from it's grasp. That's like 5 damage total right?
The Aasimar then flits into the Air and takes a shot at skewer the Giant Crab from out of harms way.
Spear: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19
for 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
she pokes the creature, but it's thick hide dulls the brunt of the attack.

GM Pyros |

Victor, I'm not sure where you are moving? and are you tossing a bomb, as you can 5' from the crab, since the grappler is finally dead.
Crab 2 is left in a sticky situation, forced to choose between attacking the lizard that it can't hurt or the bird with the fire. . . It snaps at the bird, missing as it's distracted by the blaze
claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
for 1d3 ⇒ 3
claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
for 1d3 ⇒ 1
The Giant Crab keeps squeezing at Kumunde, unable to attack the winged lady poking it
Grapple: 1d20 + 8 + 5 - 10 ⇒ (9) + 8 + 5 - 10 = 12
constrict: 1d4 ⇒ 3
Move
THe crab moves closer to the sea with the slaver, but not without Rosalyn trying to punish it
AoO: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13
for 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
barely punching into it's thick hide.
Victor, Pyre, and Desula are up. Thoyoitu, go ahead as well, the crab delays a moment

![]() |

I'm sorry for not doing this before hand. But the crab needs to make reflex saves. The first for holding onto Kamunde after the spell goes off and one for maintaining grapple for this round. Reflex DC = 15.

GM Pyros |

Anyone want to give Thoyoitu a flank? Think Des can after casting, if he wants.
Giant crab
reflex: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13 for grease.
Having dropped the fella, the crab tries to regain his prey
claw: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
For 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
grab: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21
claw: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
For 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
grab: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
The crab was not able to move. I'll fix the map after I get actions from Des and Vic.

Victor Rattus Adustus |

so pyre is dealing with the crab at D5 right? then victor will take a step back to bomb the crab
Victor take a 5-foot step to get to E9 and lobs another bomb at the crab at G10
bomb: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
