As desula shuts the door, the darkness is blocked and light from the stars radiates in. The drow can clearly see the Tengu has slain one of the Drow and the other lies still unconscious. With the darkness blocked by the closed door, it is only a full round action to CdG the other unconscious Drow

I'll give Pyre till this afternoon to post, then I'll start the next round.
.
Victor, F2? there is a wall, so you are completely outside of the captain's cabin at that point. Just want to make sure the map is clear about that.

Pyre moves up to the Drow and takes a swing
1d100 ⇒ 22
1d20 + 5 - 1 - 2 ⇒ (1) + 5 - 1 - 2 = 3
for 1d12 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13
but misses in the darkness.

Trapped by the Dragonkin, the Drow slips quietly by and attempts to punish the rat that has been shooting him.
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15
for 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 Deals 3 damage after DR

Victor
Since you moved and could not load your xbow, and i'm not finding any rules about not threatening with an improvised weapon, you are threatening with the arrow, and Pyre can flank with you.

MAP: whole party is up again.

Yup. This one you do have to roll damage for. The first one had like 1 wound left. Cause of the crit and second attack iirc

Thoy, do you have any rope? I wanna take to this one.

Desula tries to stay Thoyoitu's hand to instead tie up the Drow lying on the bed

As Pyre approaches to Flank the Drow, a rapier blade flits out,
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
but it flicks past the Nagai, wishing past his skin.

Victor raises his Crossbow and puts an arrow into the Drow's back. Drow already used his AoO. Victor can move if you want him to.
1d20 - 4 ⇒ (16) - 4 = 12
1d6 ⇒ 6

Fort: 1d20 ⇒ 16 The drow seems to shake off the sickness.

He then attacks the Ratfolk
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
for 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 one damage after DR

Rest of the party can go again, But Pyre is at F:4. Victor can have moved and the Drow will have followed him.

The drow snorts at you with derision when his vision clears. It's not about honor. End of the day, we were pissed. You tossed Tavian's men overboard and then left em ta die in the drink. Grab Pyre, we might need some extra might on this one.

The drow sits for a moment, mouth agape, then falls back on the bed laughing. You have no idea what the hell you've gotten yourselves into do you! Reaver tactics amount to ravage and maim. Buchanan is one of the most infamous and brutal Reavers on this sea. Hahaha, and i have no idea what the man wants beyond watching the world burn from a gilded throne build on the bones of his victims. and that B$&&% with the snout is his personal seer. That's your crew right now. he says with a chuckle.

And of course that 'crew mate' of mine, the Bosun, is being tight lipped. Man's a slaver, a southerner that sells off his own people. That's why he knows what the hells that gibberish they talk means, so he can buy off prisoners and order around slaves like your southerners. He's probably just scared of ending up like Avrath.

The Drow then looks at victor, and after a pause he explains, This is our ship, or at least it was till you idiots released that dangerous cargo. Sure, we nabbed the Hob, and a few of his people, and the chance to lock up and sell off Nana was way too good to pass up. So we locked em all up below and didn't tell nobody to avoid exactly what ended up happening. But ain't nothing to do about it at this point.

He pauses for dramatic effect and adds Cap'n Tavian's on Buchanan's level. Getting surprised by a fighter like Akryat and the humans turning on him may have threw him off, but sharks are made for killing and he's got your scent. giving you all a wicked smile.

Lastly he notes And I don't know nuthin about that human fella. Above my pay-grade

"Should be within the week, but it would be at an island port in Pirate Territory. Its a risky proposition, no matter what. But being a Captain of a ship of freed pirates may be appreciated. We'll either need to crew up on a ship, or crew our own. I'd rather us try and control our own, maybe use it to make us some money. Short selling always sours for me, if I don't try to make a profit."

Des is beginning to ramble when he looks at the captive Drow.

"Wait, your still hear. Thanks for the brevity and..." Des considers him for a moment.

"Wanna work for us? Your last Capt. is not here or looking our for you. I look out for people who help me, as you can see." Sweeps his arm to the gang.

"Of course, you did try to kill the Capt. Well, Thoyoitu. He was going to kill you. I say it's your choice. Let him live, Throw him over board, kill him in his sleep like that poor bastard." Points to the pooling blood of the other dead drow.

The Drow shrugs If my options are work or die, I'll take work. Oh, and you may want to look in on your book. There was one more of us, and he was supposed to prevent interference and make sure that even if we failed, you'd be hurting.

He sniffs around somemore.

Rosayn wake with a bounding head, as her eyes focused she could see fabric above her, a long slit in it when she had fallen through it.
Then the memory came back, the sharp pain in her arm, looking down and seeing the arrow then falling down down to a long bout below, every thing going fuzzy and then blackness. She tried to move but she was in pain all over, most of her her left arm. Moving it in front of her she looked down her prone body to see the broken shaft sicking out. With great care she used her good arm to pull what was left of the arrow out, then using some healing magic she worked to close to wound.

Not quite morning yet in game yet. Once we get what is happening with the Drow we'll continue.

What is the party going to do with the prisoner after Desula leaves?

The Drow cringes as Pyre enters the room, and stares a moment at the wicked axe that already cut into him once. So what's the plan here? he asks. Now that there is a glimmer of hope for survival the Drow seems to taunt the party a bit less and tries to keep a level of deference in his voice.

The party is able to get some sleep, and several hours later sailors start to wake up, including Rosalyn.

Rosalyn:

You are surrounded by seething rage and fury. Engulfed in darkness you feel the space around you churning and tumultuous, as you are tossed about, wings flitting uselessly in this vacuum. then rumbling up from unfathomable depth You know nothing, child. Hubris that knows no bounds. Rise up. . . Yet first must come the fall! the final word reverberates through your consciousness to your very being, shaking you to your foundations.
Rosalyn awakens and mends her arm, recalling what had happened to her the previous evening, the bolt and the sinking sensation after the fall, being unable to awaken. As you look around, the storm that you were tracking sees to have moved closer. You can't really tell, but maybe one of your colleagues can.
