No Levar quietly sheaths his sawtooth blade, not wanting his only surviving companion to be rusted away by some monster. He rubs his fingers together and tries to conjure up another shocking grasp but his magic is still lacking and instead he's only able to form a little bit of frost at his fingertips, ready to fire it off at the creature if it's a hostile target.

Ready action to cast Ray of Frost if it attacks.


Likewise, Krachxton readies a sling and slides around to make sure he has a shot.

There's a good collection of swords here, and although many have been damaged by the rust monster - nothing more than useless corroded metal now - several items have remained untouched, among which two rather nice-looking longswords, and an ornate dagger.

We did not explore area 9 yet did we? Maybe over there next? We did 1 and I think 8 already so that would clear out the southern regions I think.

Up on the other side of the junkyard, there are three bodies. Not human ones, mind you, but metallic ones: a dwarven-sized one, a giant-size one and one with the build of an elf. They lie motionless on the floor.

Bart seems disturbed by the metal men, drumming his fingers along the hilt of his new, magical blade, fixing his twitchy squint on them for signs of trouble.


"Expect them to." he says, keeping his weapon handy. He will circle around to another side to keep them from being too grouped. If they don't move in a couple minutes, he'll use detect magic to see if there are any auras to be concerned about.

The adventurers fully expect the construct to come alive, but they just seem to be missing the right spark. There is a faint transmutation magic coming from the constructs.
