It's ok. I didn't know you could use Power Attack when making an Attack of Opportunity.


Kam, you are right and I am wrong! ;-) You have to have used power attack on your turn to be able to use it when you make an AoO - thus it was a normal attack!

Kam is hit hard by the greatclub but he is still standing!

Roll a d20+2-13. So you basically need to roll a 20 unfortunately. You have to get over a 10 to naturally stabilize.

Hearing the commotion from the tunnels, Jaeron comes running out and sees the scene in front of him.

Jaeron waves a hand and speaks a small incantation before staring down the barbarian, casting a spell.

Standard action: Cast Cause Fear at the barbarian. He's right at the end of my range. Will save DC is 17

Jaeron's spell was very effective as the human barbarian looks incredibly frightened now!

The female dwarf smiles when she sees Kam fall but is surprised that her companion is frightened and that Verdant can heal.

Falshin ducks away from the arrow fired in his direction and immediately seizes the errant projectile with his powers to send it soaring back towards the elven archer. Unfortunately in his haste to return the attack the arrow shoots down the tunnel! He takes a step back to gain some cover from any further attacks by the archer.

Oh, didn't notice and he's behind the leshly and a...cactus?

Fae notices that Kam is now down and unconcious, bleeding out. She sees the other two are in combat and then decides to move over to him, provoking an attack from the Cactus creature battling the Leshy.

She draws her wand as a free action from her spring-loaded wrist sheath and then applies the healing magic to Kam, not knowing how far gone he might be.

Jaeron sees that the barbarian has returned and decides to make him pay for that decision. He moves over behind Falshin, whispers a few arcane words, and a black ray fires from his finger at the barbarian.

Move action: Move 30 ft. over to behind Falshin to the west
Standard Action: Cast Ray of Sickening and fire it at the barbarian, taking the -4 for firing into melee. Fortitude Save DC 17. If he succeeds on the save, no effect. If he fails, he's sickened for 1 minute.

Jaeron casts another formidable spell and a black ray hits the barbarian ... moments later you can see him almost throwing up!

Archer AC is 17. Verdant, I do not want to bot anybody in this fight so VERDANT you have another 12 hours. ;-)

I am assuming all the enemies currently have Soft Cover against my attacks due to Verdant's position.

Also, GM, Falshin is still at 21/21 HP. The archer attack only whittled down my Temp HP which regenerate at 2 per Minute. Just a friendly reminder as it's a very convoluted ability!

Attack vs Barbarian: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19
Damage: 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7

Watching how nimbly the elf dodged around his projectile, Falshin takes a moment and redirects his attention to the brute wielding the massive greatclub who just returned to the fight. He sends yet another rock over Verdant's head towards the human barbarian. He then moves swiftly behind his companions to stand near Kam to drag his body out of the chaotic melee!

Kam, next round I'm going to Pull you out of range of that barbarian and then get some heals into you. I'm not very useful in this fight with the super tight confines and my not phenomenal attack bonus with Cover everywhere.

Not sure if it matters, but Kam weighs 150# and carries 38.5# of gear, so it shouldn't be hard.

Falshin's rock attack avoids the cover and hits the barbarian hard on the head.

The barbarian sees the leshy attacking him and with a wicked grin swings his greatclub to hit the plant's torso and knocking it out.

Isn't the barbarian sickened? That should be -2 to attack and damage, as well as -2 for the saving throw below.

"Well, I've got one last trick up my sleeve. Here goes nothing!

Jaeron nervously steps up next to the fallen Verdant and casts a spell, as a dizzying array of colors flies from his hands at the enemies!

Move action: Move up 15 feet to alongside Verdant
Standard Action: Cast Color Spray, Will Save DC 16. Pick the square SE from me as the start of the cone. Should hit the archer and the barbarian without hitting my allies.
