Tugging another scroll from his waist, Umbrato rushes out of hiding onto the beach. His hands held up, each clutching a scroll, he calls out "Woah! WOAH!"
Turning towards the one called Olaf, he calls out "আমি আমার সঙ্গীদের অকাল ক্ষয় জন্য ক্ষমাপ্রার্থী।
"I apologize for my companions premature eruption. Rather than cause any undue harm here, please...I beg you..."
"Let us wake the sleeping beauty and confirm your story. Be it the truth, we shall gladly play along with your ruse."
We must do what is right here or more lives may be harmed."
Draw another Scroll. Move 20ft

Hamish strides over to the boat as he speaks, "I will happily do so. Most of us do not wish to fight but don't abide being lied to or ordered around. If this can resolve the situation then so be it."
Other than slipping his shield on as he starts to move, his weapons remain sheathed as he moves right past the Ulfen.
Double Move 55 ft while drawing shield, the movement does Provoke from Green.

Terrance sees that the Ulfen men are mad at him. Which is common in his line of work. He grabs a handful of sand and throws it into the lesser of the Ulfen men's eyes.
Improved Dirty Trick: 1d20 + 6 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (15) + 6 + 2 - 2 = 21
You can attempt to hinder a foe in melee as a standard action. This maneuver covers any sort of situational attack that imposes a penalty on a foe for a short period of time. Examples include kicking sand into an opponent’s face to blind him for 1 round, pulling down an enemy’s pants to halve his speed, or hitting a foe in a sensitive spot to make him sickened for a round. The GM is the arbiter of what can be accomplished with this maneuver, but it cannot be used to impose a permanent penalty, and the results can be undone if the target spends a move action. If you do not have the Improved Dirty Trick feat or a similar ability, attempting a dirty trick provokes an attack of opportunity from the target of your maneuver.
If your attack is successful, the target takes a penalty. The penalty is limited to one of the following conditions:
blinded, dazzled, deafened, entangled, shaken, or sickened.
This condition lasts for 1 round. For every 5 by which your attack exceeds your opponent’s CMD, the penalty lasts 1 additional round. This penalty can usually be removed if the target spends a move action. If you possess the Greater Dirty Trick feat, the penalty lasts for 1d4 rounds, plus 1 round for every 5 by which your attack exceeds your opponent’s CMD. In addition, removing the condition requires the target to spend a standard action.
In this particular instance, I would be attempting to blind the Red Ulfen. If I beat his CMD by 5 he gets blinded for 2 rounds.
If I beat his CMD but not by 5, he is blinded for 1 round.
Then Terrance steps quickly out of the bushes and around the Ulfen.
5ft Step. Terrance has Improved Dirty Trick so it will not provoke an Attack of Opportunity.
Underhanded (Ex): An opportunist gains Improved Dirty TrickAPG as a bonus feat at 1st level even if he does not meet the prerequisites.
This ability replaces the bonus feat gained at 1st level.

"Just what the hell are they saying anyways? I don't know this mumbo-jumbo. If the fight is going to end then tell them to drop the weapons or I am sending us all three to hell."
Common
Draconic
Dwarven
Goblin
Orc
Undercommon
Osiriani
Infernal
Which fairly enough, two large ulfen men with axes in front of him would provoke this kind of reaction from Terrance. And he has no understanding of Aklo or Skald either. It was all an escalating situation that sounded like lies anyways.

The Ulfen warrior does not attack Hamish and let's him pass.

Mosi keeps his readied stance, his focus soft enough to take in the entire scene around him. His senses are primed, listening and watching for things to go south. Umbrato skillfully takes the top off of the tensions, so Mosi decides it is wise to wait.
He waits.
Delay - but will immediately come out of delay if a pathfinder gets attacked.

In his best/worst stage whisper, Kolris addresses Terrance; all on the beach can hear. "I think we can get out of this one without battle, Terrance. Stop escalating the situation!"
He puts his hand on the hilt of his rapier, but pointedly takes no further action.

Round 2
1. Ulfen warriors & Olaf
The Ulfen warriors now all start attacking you.
-
The Ulfen warrior that is standing next to Terrance tries to orient himself and pinpoint the ratfolk but he is not successful to feel anything and tries to rub his eyes but he is still blinded.
Perception blinded Ulfen: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Olaf is now in rage and makes a small step towards Terrance! With a hateful cry he attacks Terrance with his greataxe and hits him so hard on the shoulder that the axe cuts deep into his body ... crimson everywhere and Terrance drops to the ground unconscious.
+1 greataxe : 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (20) + 10 = 301d12 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20

The two other Ulfen warriors both start to rage, make a small step, and start a guarded stance ... one attacks Mosi cutting into his left arm and one hits Syl'las's abdomen tearing deep into her flesh.

I'm not sure if it matters, but Mosi would have come out of delay as soon as the Ulfen warriors started attacking. In the end, I don't think the actual init order would change though.
Mosi accepts the pain of the attack in stride, redirecting the sensation into energy for his own attacks.
Stepping just to his left, Mosi tries to close the gap between himself and Syl'las. His staff and limbs spin in a flurry, trying to give his companions the upper hand.

Hoping she stirs he speaks quickly, "please m'lady, help us stop this fighting. If that is not possible, then stay behind me and I'll keep you safe."
He turns and moves towards Olaf as his flail slipps into his hand, "please stop and call off your men, no more blood needs to be shed today. You have already taken your revenge for his attack."
Move 30 ft while drawing flail.

The timing of Kolris coming out of delay will matter. As soon as combat breaks out, he wants to prevent Eleanir from leaving. This action should take place after the Ulfen warriors and before Eleanir.

"Eleanir! What in Hell's name did you do? I got your message, I came out to see you at the summer house... you bushwacked me! What am I doing here?" Michella sits up, rubbing the back of her head and is utterly terrified to see people fighting ...
