The trap door is in the ceiling. There are windows on the north and south walls (see map), but the door would be easier. It's likely the creaking wouldn't be an issue—it's so common as to be background noise.
And it's an *ogre*... would one bomb be enough?

Nope - but a Fireball (from Poog), an entire Necklace of Fireballs (from Chuffy), some arrows (from Reta) *and* a bomb (from Mogmurch) might cut it ;-)

Reta's arrow strikes true, and is the signal for everyone else to join. The conflagration is beautiful to behold. It's difficult not to dance with joy as fire, unable to be contained by the room, blows open the trapdoor in the ceiling and shoots into the sky.

Just before the blast, with the door fully open you were able to see a cage with a very dead wolverine, and very badly made taxidermic dire corby, and other disgusting trash. As the blast hits, everything is engulfed in flame. The (medium)spear leaning against the wall is pushed back toward you by the force of the blast.
Needless to say, most everything in the room is destroyed. The charred, pierced, blasted body of Pa Munchmeat is testament to that.
The bomb and the flaming arrow, aided by the fireball help things catch fire, and the walls in the corner by the bed dance with flame.
Several things happen at once. Carrion birds shriek from the ceiling above. Screams and cries erupt from the level beneath you. Rising above the din from somewhere below, there is screeching, much too big and fierce to be a normal owl.
It is beautiful, chaotic pandemonium.

Your excitement is compounded when the damage from the blast causes the shoddily built floor to cave in to the room underneath as well. Little fires continue, and the now revealed room below threatens to catch fire as well.
As you look up, the ceiling isn't in too great of condition either, and threatens to fall soon.
Fate: 1d20 ⇒ 7 Does the room below catch fire, yet? Yep.

Amid the carnage of the gaping hole, you realize the fireballs spread through the slats in the crude floor to the level below, burning a giant ferret as well. Isn't "spread" a wonderful thing? The floor landing on top of it certainly did little to improve the ferret's condition, as it lays black and motionless on the charred floor below.
Now in initiative order. I think your surprise round for this battle was consumed by all your cheering and back-patting (which is very goblin-like), so let's move straight into the round.

Description of room #6, which you partially see from above through the hole in the floor.
The floor of the filthy chamber below you is made of rough floorboards. Numerous gaps between them show a dark space below the building. A large pile of furs and straw (now burning) is heaped to the south, and a huge trap door sits in the very center of the room. To the west, a single ill-fitting door hangs askew on a single hinge.
I'll mark the map with squares that are on fire.

In order to group the adventurers in initiative, I'm just going to call that a "delay", Poog". So you can still take a turn.
From the basement, you hear smashing and banging. The southern door Chuffy glued bursts apart, and a scared owlbear emerges screeching in horror at the flame. You see it slightly slightly singed along the top side of its feathers and fur.
"MNARRRRRR," it screeches.
If you're on the edge of the deck it can reach you from the ground. (And you can reach it, if it's adjacent.)

OB(Ref): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15
Reta's flaming arrow strikes deep, ripping into fur. Even accounting for cover and range, Mogmurch's bomb connects with a loud bang. Poog's fireball connects as well, although the owlbear was able to avoid the worst of the damage, partially hidden by the corner. Chuffy's tries too, but his arrow bounces off its thick hide.
Between second fireball and the bomb, the south wall is weakened, and begins to fall away. (Missing wall marked with 'no' symbols on map) Given more oxygen, the fire spreads further into the first floor room.
An ugly, wretched creature, part ogre and part unknown races to the door. (Area 6, first floor, north door, which Chuffy glued.) She tries to yank it open, and screams in frustration as it's stuck fast. Looking up through the hole you've created in the floor, she sees your goblin faces and screams, "You have no chance to survive! Make your time!"
She's medium sized and appears to be armed with a morningstar.
The owlbear steps closer, and swings at the nearest goblin, missing. (Chuffy. +2 AC for partial cover from the deck)

Poog's fireball explodes wreaking even more havoc on the room, and causing the fire to spread further, blocking the new hole in the wall. Guffy (for that's the ogrekin's name) screams in pain at the burning, but somehow dodges the worst of the blast. "You killed Pa, you killed Spike. You be awful goblins!" She hustles to the trapdoor in the floor, opens it, and climbs down to ground level where you lose sight of her.
A feral dog comes up to the house, barking ferociously at the goblins.
