Sorry! Didn't realize that Chuffy had ninja'd me.
Target(Chuffy, Poog, Moggy, Reta): 1d4 ⇒ 3 Target: Moggy
Eagle3(bite): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Eagle3(talon1): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Eagle3(talon2): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
Target(Chuffy, Poog, Moggy, Reta): 1d4 ⇒ 1 Target: Chufy
Eagle4(bite): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Eagle4(talon1): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Eagle4(talon2): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
Chuffy is clawed by one of the panicked eagles, its talon slashing his side.
Talon dmg: 1d4 ⇒ 3
Eagle3:Fort: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18
Eagle4:Fort: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Chuffy:Fort: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Poog:Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
Moggy:Fort: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26
Reta:Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
With surprising fortitude, the would-be chieftains (except Chuffy) continue in the slop without pain. Unfortunately, the eagles are proving similarly difficult to cook. One of the eagles squawks in pain as it is pressed against the uninsulated rock wall of the "pie."
-1 hp to Chuffy and eagle4

"Oww! That's hot! Birdie hurt too..."
Chuffy takes a swipe at the eagle that just clawed him...
Dogslicer: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24, for 1d4 - 1 + 2d6 ⇒ (1) - 1 + (2, 5) = 7 damage.
...chops it in half, and then bursts from the pie.
Standard action: Kill bird. Move Action: Escape from pie.
GM Crucible
"Five and five makes..." There is a slight pause while toes are consulted. "Ten points for Chuffy!"
GM Crucible
Reta slices at the remaining Eagle, but doesn't do enough damage to make it a permanent part of the pie.
GM Crucible
A little goblin with an abacus nudges Mummy Sprattleharsh, and whispers something in her ear. "And five more points for Chuffy!" she yells.
That was 5 for killing the second eagle, and 10 for being first out of the pie. My bad.
Moggy struggles, twists, and turns, but at this rate is likely to still be bound long after the pie is cooked and eaten.
Reta gets resolved after Poog goes...
Poog of Zarongel - The_Lake
(Poog burned his cure light wounds for his inflict last round.)
Poog tries to further demonstrate the power of his god by giving up shield of faith for another inflict light.
Concentration: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
Melee touch: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Inflict light: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
He fails miserably to grab his target bird with the deathy touch hand.
GM Crucible
Poog's faith in Zarongel must have wavered. Maybe he was thinking of putting out the fire burning around him, heating the pie. For whatever reason, Poog misses the bird (that I'm sure he's been wanting to give to Reta). (Of course, Poog keeps the charged spell.)
Reta slices at the bird, nearly ripping off its wing. It's near death, and although it's squawking, it hasn't yet croaked.
Target: Reta
Eagle4(bite): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Eagle4(talon1): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12

Second holy bird touchie!
Melee touch: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Inflict light: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Poog squelches the eagle's life with his magic and climbs out of the pool, both birds held over his head.
See great power with Zarongel!
GM Crucible
Poog give the final eagle the unholy finger. It's lifeless body sinks into the churn of the pie. He grabs bird carcasses and holds them over his head in triumph as he leaves the pie. "Five points for the bird; five more for second out!" yells Mummy Sprattleharsh.
Reta, death in her eyes looks around for something to kill. Poog and Chuffy have robbed her of her kill. Fuming angrily, she too climbs out. With nothing left to kill (except Moggy), I assume you hop out.
"Three points for Reta!"
Mogmurch struggles. And struggles. He stands, then falls again, curdled milk and bird organs getting in his eye. Following a mini tantrum and much gnashing of teeth on Moggy's part, Chuffy helps pull him out (although leaving him tied), to the jeers of the watching village.
--POINTS--
Chuffy – 29
Moggy – 11
Poog – 18
Reta – 16
Mummy Sprattleharsh calls the Birdcruncher goblins close. "Chuffy has shown great greatness! With mostest points, Chuffy make good chief. All hail Chief Chuffy Lickwound!" There is much cheering. Mummy Sprattleharsh lets it continue for a moment before silencing everyone with a glare.
"These other three showed great bravery too. They make good sub-chieftans. There is more cheering.
Mummy Sprattleharsh brings out the Crunchy Crown, a crown made primarily from bird bones and wire. She places it on Chuffy's head with great ceremony, then whispers in his hear, "Wear it now, but maybe you leave it here in case you die tomorrow."
Not magical, but +2 on Intimidate checks made against BIrdcrunchers, while it's worn.
The Birdcruncher goblins throng, and try to impress. Some of the subjects prostrate, some bow, and some genuflect. Others hug their new leaders, leaving your cheeks moist with slobber and runny noses. Goblin women bring gifts of food. Goblin after goblin comes forward to try to impress the new leaders—by juggling live stoats, by head-butting stumps, and in one case, setting himself on fire.
As chieftains (apparently under the command of Mummy Sprattleharsh), you're given access to the "Treasury", a large and filthy chest.
In addition to a bunch of gold, trophies, jars of pickles, shiny rocks, dented armor fragments, and bird parts in various stages of decay, you find:
* four potions of cure moderate wounds,
* a potion of fire resistance,
* a wand of lesser restoration (9 charges),
* a +1 flaming dogslicer,
* a Small cloak of elvenkind,
* a bead of force,
* a necklace of fireballs (type I),
* and 5 ounces of sovereign glue.
Distribute these as you like, but Chuffy is the ultimate word on who gets what.
Mogmurch da goblin
Yah I say we let Big Chief Chuffy hand them out.
Moggy stood there with his hands tied behind him, dropping pieces of pie off himself. Moggy was almost in tears at the pain, the frustration; and the embarrassment. "Got pie in eye! Shut up," he yells at the tribe.
Some Random Goblin
Potion of CMW each, Potion of Fire Resistance to Reta, Wand to Poog, Dogslicer to Chuffy, Cloak to Reta, Bead to Mogmurch, Necklace to Chuffy, Sovereign glue 1 dose each (with the remaining one going to Chuffy). Does that sound reasonable?
GM Crucible
It's one bottle of sovereign glue with 5 oz in it.
GM Crucible
The goblins divide the treasure with a minimum of argument.
So, what next? Do you head off for the ogre's place the next day, or do you revel in your new-found Chieftainships to the ire of Mummy Sprattleharsh? (Or something else entirely?)
GM Crucible
You sleep the sleep of champions in more comfortable quarters than you've enjoyed for many a night.
The Birdcrunchers wake you early, clearly expecting you to head out and handle the threat of the ogre, Pa Munchmeat.
Wise Mummy Sprattleharsh has a few words of advice before you set off—she warns you that the fire-breathing pigs breathe fire, and that Pa Munchmeat hits hard. (That's wise women for you. She neglects to mention that water is wet and the sky is blue, but perhaps you figure that out on your own.)
"He also casts spooky plant spells and has a mean daughter with a pet weasel. It be bigger than a horse, and it's not the only foul creature on his farm. They all be mean." Mummy Sprattleharsh provides a crude map of the area that shows the way to Pa Munchmeat’s farm before shooing you on their way. She makes sure the crown stays with the Birdcrunchers so they can give it to a new chief next week, after you've all been killed.

@Chuffy: I still need your sheet updated to reflect the level 3 Chuffy for WBG (please), or I'm going to go back to using your level 1 stats...
EDIT: I've moved Reta ahead, hidden.
It's nearly an hour into your hike to the farm, Chuffy and Poog spot an armored boar in a huckleberry patch.
Perception(Chuffy): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
Perception(Mogmurch): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Perception(Poog): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
Perception(Reta): 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14
Stealth(Piggy): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17

We don't have to stick with the pregen spells prepared right? If so, I will trade my cure light for magic weapon and my cure moderate for bull's strength.
Dang, every spell is touch range.
Poog will follow as close as he can to wherever Chuffy moves and draw his javelin in the process.
GM Crucible
Yep, changing up spells is fine. We'll assume Poog did it before combat...
Everyone looks at Chuffy to see what crazy thing he'll do.
GM Crucible
Surprise round, Chuffy. Only get a single move.
I've moved you back 30', adjust in that vicinity as you like.
GM Crucible
Chuffy and Poog slink forward, watched the whole time by the board. Moggy, as we start round one, you may wish to ready a different action, as the boar will engage further away than 10' from you.
Whatever the armored boar drank doesn't seem to yet have an effect. It charges forward, ending up next to Poog.
Double move. A tree was in the way, so it couldn't charge. Luck you.

Hence why I said I was *readying* for a flank - my attack will not actually occur until someone moves to flank; I assumed Reta, since she is a 5' step away. If someone doesn't flank with me, then the attack will not occur.
GM Crucible
Thanks for the clarification. Still waiting on Poog and Moggy.
Reta Bigbad - End Girl
Reta take her shot (with or without people in melee).
+1 animal bane arrow into melee: 1d20 + 8 + 3 - 4 ⇒ (19) + 8 + 3 - 4 = 26 bane arrow damage: 1d4 + 2d6 ⇒ (1) + (2, 6) = 9
Then she moves to set up another shot, but keeping trees between her and her prey.
"POOG! YOU RIDE PIG! RIDE PIG LIKE SQUEALY NORD! YOU CAN DO! THIS PIG JUST BIGGER, AND MEANER, AND BREATH FIRE! THIS PIG FOR YOU!"
GM Crucible
Moggy, I moved you forward as best I could figure based on your description.
Moggy moves and hides, but the armored board doesn't come close enough to him that he feels comfortable throwing his bomb.
Chuffy moves in, ready to strike when help arrives on the other side, but it never comes.
Poog calls for aid from Zarongel, and brings (un)holy fire to bear on the boar. (You smell bacon) The pig squeals in anger.
Reta skewers the crisped pig with a hurtful arrow.

Running the miss direction from the bottom
Moggy's bomb lands short, burning the boar with splash damage. -3; (Maybe Moggy uses the 'precise bomb' feature in the future to save his friends splash damage ...?)
The armored boar squeals, and burps fire at Poog!

Chuffy sulks, and decides to move away.
Withdraw.
If the entire party is going ranged, Chuffy will do the same; there is no point trying to act as a melee rogue if you can't get a flank ;-)
Reta Bigbad - End Girl
Sorry, would've had to drop the bow with the animal bane arrows. You can slay the giant. ;)
Well what do you know, "IT BREATHES FIRE! DRAGON-PIG!!" Reta yells as the beast chars Poog. He wasn't kidding about being a fire cleric.
Assuming no one is in melee by Reta's turn, otherwise -4 to hit
dragon pig-bane arrow: 1d20 + 8 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 8 + 3 = 28 1d4 + 2d6 ⇒ (1) + (3, 4) = 8
"RETA BIGBAD, DRAGON-PIG SLAYER!!"
Poog of Zarongel - The_Lake
No way Reta!
Reflex: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Poog takes the fire blast full in the face and shrieks in pain and anger.
Okay Dragon-Pig you want fire? I do fire!
Poog steps back and casts burning hands back at the boar.
Burning Hands: 3d4 ⇒ (1, 3, 3) = 7 DC13 Reflex for half

Chuffy withdraws to prepare a killing blow. Reta fires her bane arrow, wounding the armored pig, but not critically.
Pig Ref: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
Piggy, despite his bulk and armor somehow manages to dodge a portion of Poog's flame. Maybe Poog's aim was off.
