Can I use my prior perception check to scan the whole room? I would like to search the bodies, the alter, traps or secret doors on the alter, check both doors for traps, are both doors locked? Do I detect any secret doors in the walls? Can I discern what the enemies were doing before we interrupted? OR would you like new or more perception checks for specific things?

The door behind thr altar opens into the next room. Hinges on the right. Same for the other door but hinges left. No traps in the room, doors are not locked.

The door opens into a corridor. The corridor ends to the right behind the door. To the left it runs for some 20-30 foot ending in a door. Another door is in the opposite wall around 10 feet from the other door.

I hope a map is in the works cuz I'm not sure what doors are where now. Needless to say I will search the hall and all doors for traps and being locked albeit not opening anything.

Chanix maneuvers around Toren down the hall scanning for the slightest discrepancy and looking for signs of traffic or traps.

An orderly workspace stands directly opposite this chamber's only door. Neatly arranged books and tools seem to have their own specific places on the workbench and along the shelves. A collection of bones lies atop the workbench, arrayed like an incomplete children's puzzle. A stone altar stands along the eastern wall. Luxurious fabrics adorn the altar and the area around it, while several dark candles and incense burners glow gently, suffusing the air with a sickly sweet odor.

When you say Telda is unaffected by everything around her how would I perceive that in regards to the knife I threw? I'm assuming it did not just bounce off and she just resisted any damage.

The 'unperturbed' was more around the spell as this would have caused her losing her action.

There isn't much space with Telda between altar and wall. You have one space in front, one diagonal. There is an option to get up on the altar or across the altar to open up space otherwise. DC10 acrobatics or climb as move action - automatic to get up as full round.

Also take into account cover / hit into melee when using ranged weapons. They stack if you throw into melee and into cover = -8.
