You guys were great! As I am not a native speaker my posting in sometimes not as refined so sorry for that. ;-)
I would not have known you were not a native speaker. You really did a fantastic job!
My only suggestion is to provide the old faction missions up front. Players who want can just ignore them, but I think they really add to the feel of these early scenarios and the early/rivalry divisions between the factions.
I may be presumptuous, but I assume that the goal of this group is to play (roughly) the same group of characters through to PC "retirement", which would be the "Eyes of the Ten" arc at level 12. I don't want to say too much for those who haven't already been spoiled (I have, somewhat, although I have not played the arc), but from what I understand, much of these early scenarios--including the faction rivalries--can have an impact in that 4-part arc (though less than before). Thus, I plan to offer them for each scenario and hope they will be offered by the other GMs in this group.
Indeed, to try and capture as much of that "early season" feel as possible, I'd like to play the scenarios as if nothing past Season 1 has yet happened--that it is all yet still in the future. (For instance, I will assume in my games that the PCs have no prior information about Grandmaster Torch).
That being said, I really liked the way you worked them in at the end, which seemed very fitting as an introduction to them.
The only other "concern" I had was my fear that a TPK would result from the whole party drowning, at one point. But that was squarely the fault of the "dice".

I think it is a great idea to include the faction missions!
I was afraid of a TPK a couple of times to be honest as a low level party like yours with no healing can be overwhelmed with the number of encounters.
You were so lucky that you handled the Sahuagins so fast as their first action would have been to turn the boat and throw you all into the water. That happened to my group when I played this scenario.
To be honest I am not really an experienced PFS GM and during the encounter with the pirates on top of the boat I forgot to include penalties to hit them due to cover as well as bonuses to hit as they were hitting you from above.
But you managed to get out of the scenario almost with full HP so that would not have changed anything.
I really dislike ghouls as enemies for low level encounters so I was really glad when you were able to fight them so well. ;-)

With the lack of ability to 'out heal' damage per se as I've seen in a lot of PFS groups, we've just got to try and be smarter in our tactics than average.
As for the faction missions, I find them entertaining. I'm ok with them either way. I've not done any of the eyes of ten arc and honestly with PFS V 2 coming out, I suspect I never will...but we'll see.

Technically, the Tier 4-5 stuff should be crossed-out (by putting a shape, line, "x", or something over it.
Otherwise, it looks good to me.

Mind switching this to Inactive? With all the GameDay threads on my campaigns tab, it's getting a little crowded, haha.
