Grog, I put my stats in the Gender field on my bio, to keep it up permanently. You can change things like HP as needed.
You might also find it beneficial to list your stats (Basically your character sheet info) in the About Grog Half Orc section on the same page.
Lastly, here is a good (if very longwinded) primer on PbP styling.
The quick and dirty is this:
[ b ] "Bold and quotes for talking!" [ / b ]
[ i ] Italics are for thoughts [ / i ]
[ ooc ] Blue text is for out-of-character comments [ /ooc ]

I had to change my avatar - someone else is using that old one in another game I'm in, and it was throwing me off.

Oh! Paizo has a built-in die-roller.
[ dice = Label ] 1d20 + 1 - 4 + 2d4 [ /dice ] (Pull the spaces from the brackets)
So, you might do something like:
[ dice=Power Attack, Raging, Greatsword ]1d20+[ /dice ]
[ dice=Damage ]1d10+9[ /dice ] <-- 10-sided die + 9
Hope that helps. Look below the posting field at the How to format your text line. Click Show to see formatting hints at any time.

Pull the spaces from both sets of brackets.
Update: "Eureka!"

Not only that, Qstor, but let us know how else we can help you get your profile up and running, as well as any other questions you may have about playing in the pbp format.
We're more than happy to help you get comfortable. :)

Grog half orc wrote:I hope it was ok - I pre-posted my attack.Totally fine! :-) We have to accommodate real-world demands on our time.
Also, whenever you get the chance, please post your character's stats. I don't know if the River Thug's attack hit you. (AC 17)
It should be showing up at the top near the Avatar? I'm AC 14 so I'm hit :)
Mike

Also, I love that the most aggressive tactics shown in this game so far are from the Saerenite priest. :D
Hey! I chopped the MESS outta that rope!

You posted under the wrong alias (non PFS version) in Gameplay. They will look alike in the dropdown. A look at the Players tab might clear things up a little. The one that currently has no icon is the correct one.

It is, but I believe they're talking about seeing your full character sheet. If you click on any of our character portraits (or our character names), it'll take you to our profile pages.
There's no "one right way" to organize the information on your profile page, but in pbp format, this is your character sheet (and what the DM will use to look at your skills, feats, whatever should they need to).
If you click into your own character's profile page, you should be able to create a full character sheet for Grog. If you would like some help formatting, I'm guessing any of us could help yo out (as it can sometimes be a chore).

That's the one. You can add an avatar image to it, if you want.
Go to the "My account" link at the top of the page, right side.
Scroll down to "Pathfinder Society" and click the button marked Make Changes
Click Edit PFS character your wish to change, and then click the button next to Character Image

Kohinoor, Flyn is at 0hp and disabled - not dying. Thanks for the heal; I wasn't expecting it until I lost a few fort saves. It looks like the tide may have turned, especially if Rod shows up.

I'm assuming I can cut a rope as a move action, instead of a standard action(attack.)
Actions directed at unattended objects do not break the spell. Causing harm indirectly is not an attack. Thus, an invisible being can open doors, talk, eat, climb stairs... cut the ropes holding a rope bridge while enemies are on the bridge...
Not sure if I'm interpreting this correctly.

![]() |

Oh, I had no idea.
Now there is a separate secondary success conditions document.
How does that work? Is there errata for any campaign with defunt faction missions?

![]() |

Yep! Players are not supposed to read the secondary success conditions before playing a scenario because it has spoilers.

![]() |

Gotcha. Well, I'll avoid that then.
Don't click the link. Don't click the link. Don't click the link.

Apparently, there are a few exceptions.
With few exceptions, these faction missions are no longer tied to earning Prestige Points, but the players may opt to receive and perform these missions for Season 0–4 scenarios for no special benefit. In those few cases where the scenario still uses the faction missions, treat members of the Grand Lodge faction as though they were members of the Osirion faction, treat members of the Sczarni faction as though they were members of the Taldor faction, and treat members of the Silver Crusade faction as though they were members of the Andoran faction.
My assumption is that this is listed somewhere in the specific campaign info in the document.
