@ Mort - just type [dice=XXXXX] and then type the dice like 1d20, plus or minus any modifications, and then type [/dice with a bracket at the end like"]"

Examples of how to type out the dice roll's are provided under the submit post button in the How to Format your text lick show and it will walk you though multiple examples of formating, one of course being Dicerolling Mort. :)

Come with me if you want to live kind of moment I had there.

I got an email from the organisers of the Game Day, in which they asked all GMs to tell their players what the expectations are. So here I go:
* The pacing/tempo of the PbP game the GM wishes to set.
I will post new chapters once the party's ready to advance in the storyline. Events don't complete themselves, and I'd like to see the players actively engaged.
* How frequently you will post as the GM.
Depends on the amount of posts the party members make. I'll post at least 1 time a day, but this'll increase when members make multiple posts a day.
* How frequently the players are expected to post. (Including how long they will be given before being put in “Delay”.)
You're expected to make at least 1 post on an average day. Almost everyone goes out of town sometimes, and most of us know what's it like to have a busy or unlucky day. Please do inform me, either in this thread or by PM, if something's up and you won't be able to post for a prolonged time.
* What the player inactivity level (in days) will be before the player is dropped/replaced. (As well as what level of credit a player will get should they quit/get dropped.)
If you suddenly disappear and are gone for over 3 days, without letting me know why, I'll send you a PM to ask you why. Once I've send the PM in which I ask you about your absence, the party will move on. Once the PM's send, you have 3 more days to get back into the game before you're dropped. If something horrible has happened you may rejoin at any moment, but your rewards for completing the game depend on your amount of activity.
Players who are mostly inactive will lose a part of their reward. This could be 1/3 you'll lose, or even 2/3 of your reward. Dropped players will receive no reward.
Unless most of you drop out and we have too few players for a legal table, which I don't expect will happen, there won't be replacements.
* What process combat will follow. Including how initiative will work, posting expectation, how the GM prefers die rolls to work in combat, et cetera.
I'll roll initiative once combat starts. Combat may be triggered by events or NPCs, but players may trigger combat as well. If a player triggers combat, for example by stabbing an NPC, all other players are to await the NPC's reaction and the initiative rolls that follow.
Combat will be done in groups. Within a group everyone can take their turn in any order. Unless a player is waiting for the action of an ally, the actions will resolve in the order they're posted.
* Where maps are hosted, and the expectations the GM has for their use.
I'll use Ditzie. When your character moves, please adjust your character's position on the map and link the new map in your post.
* Any other expectations and processes the GM wishes the players to follow.
Keep in mind we're all playing this game for fun :)

Seeing the Militia members fall Shael says her parting line. "Taste the Rainbow~" Before shutting the window.
J/K
First time playing an Arcanist hopefully it works out. :( Luckily they rolled low~ :)

Shael comes in from left field for a block!
xD
I was hoping we could have saved Musello too. :(
Color Spray was effective but not enough huh?

![]() |

@Mary The dice roller really doesn't like your paladin for some reason... :( Even in our last game it seemed to fail at the worst (best for DM) moments. :(
Although your bow shots usually kicked some butt though lol. :D Theres always a positive!

I know I'm just talking to my own experienc as a dm the die so far has a favored me many times this week.
My seven character party faced an opponent with color spray and round one only three of them were standing while the others were down for 9 rounds.
Rough fight lol

DM Corerue |

True the script is very important. I was just agreeing with you in being a bit competitive with the players. Besides in the scenario above it truly changed they're tactics as most the frontliners were the first to succumb to color sprays lol.
Your doing a fine job Steph and none of what I said was aimed at you or anyone. Just that the dice roller can be really fickle lol.

Apologies on getting stuff confused but the part where she openly threatened him doesn't change. Shael doesn't trust him and is naturally suspicious of people however his continued suggestions are angering her. Lol

From now on the most recent map I've seen will also appear below my name. (To prevent it from getting lost on previous pages, which sometimes happens.)
Heard.

Apologies post got eaten l.
Was at the hospital the last couple of days. So posting from phone when I have time and wasn't able to modify map. Sorry. :(

I'd say the party doesn't have much time to go visit shops given the current situation. Though if anyone succeeds on a Knowledge (Local) DC 15 roll, I'll let him know the location of a shop which the party may quickly visit on their way to the manor.
Items bought with the money from loot will disappear at the end of the scenario, because the money itself wouldn't carry over either.
