The two bandits which you managed to defeat each have padded armor, buckler, short sword, shortbow with 20 arrows.

After climbing at least a hundred feet into the hills, the snowy trail finally levels off. In a clearing among the trees, a large wooden lodge overlooks a ravine spanned by a long rope bridge. Smoke rises from the lodge’s two snow-covered chimneys, and large woodpile is stacked against the outer wall. A small outbuilding stands east of the lodge, and a stone well nearly blanketed by snow is barely recognizable to the north. Several tracks lead southwest toward a detached stable.

Collecting the bow and arrow the fallen foe, The ranger is glad to see the possible bandit base.

While being as graceful as a moose, Ceobryrn feels something beneith his foot hidden in the snow, when all of a sudden, a crossbow bolt flies at the ranger.

But as if that wasn't enough, after the crossbow shot a bolt, it fell from its perch on the porch, dragging a string of attached pots and pans, which make a whole lot of noise, if they didn't hear the Pathfinders before, they have certainly been heard now.

@Everyone: make sure to keep your HP up to date in your header or post when you need healing. Aponyaye has three cure light wounds prepared and he also has a full wand.

Serah Farron moves up between Sterk and Cerobryn and readies her falcata for attack if one of the bandits or skeletons moves up closer to them, besides the one that is already surrendered and tied up by Lars.

From inside of the lodge, the sound of wheezing and coughing can be heard as several unarmored bandits come into view.
Sterk moves atop the bandit that lies bleeding before him and attacks another bandit.

The ranger looks surprised when he actually hit, but probably not as surprised as the bandit he hit.
(ooc: on the map the blacked out squares to the south (bottom right corner) is that another building or just the 2nd floor submap of the main house?)

The bottom right is indeed part of the lodge rather then a separate building.
Another bandit comes into sight from the room to the south, this one is armored, it must have been the one who woke up the sleeping unarmored bandits.
The bandits with blue dots are unarmored.
Lars tells the bandits to surrender, but they do not listen, though the armored one appears to be a little shaken. I'm going for you wanted to use your intimidate to demoralize rather then to Influence Attitude, which would take 1 minute (10 rounds), by which time the fight will likely end.
Out of further in the building, a half orc steps into view.

They then take their shortbows and...

Sterk attacks the Skeleton in front of him.

Unfortunately, looking at the map there doesn't appear to be any place to shift 5ft too.
So taking a chance, Ceobryrn tries to tumble back move from the skeletons.

One way or another Serah should be able to move up now.
